Ingredients
- 5 cups old-fashioned oats
- ¾ cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 1 cup chopped almonds
- 1 cup salted peanuts
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 2 Tbsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar or coconut sugar
- ¼ – 1/3 cup vegetable, coconut or olive oil
- 4 Tbsp. melted butter
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- ¼ cup honey
- 2 Tbsp. vanilla
Directions
- Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Mix dry ingredients (up to coconut sugar). In a glass measuring cup measure oil, butter, maple syrup, honey and vanilla until it equals 1 cup. Pour over dry and spread on two baking pans lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20 minutes, stir, bake another 20, stir, bake another 20 minutes, stir and bake for a final 20 minutes. Remove from oven and cool.
