Magic Marshmallow Muffins
Ingredients
- 2 cans refrigerated crescent rolls
- 12 marshmallows
- ½ stick butter, melted
- ¼ cup sugar + 2 Tbsp. cinnamon
- 1 cup chocolate chips, melted (milk, semi-sweet or bittersweet)
- ½ cup crushed graham crackers
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a 12-cup muffin tin with cooking spray.
- Open crescent rolls, you will use 12 rolls, save the other four for dinner! On a lightly floured surface, separate the rolls and use fingertips to slightly spread out each triangle.
- For the cinnamon sugar muffins: Combine sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Dip a marshmallow in melted butter followed by cinnamon sugar.
- Place at the wide end of a crescent roll and fold up, making sure to seal edges. Place in muffin tin. Repeat with five more marshmallows
- For the s’mores muffins: Dip a marshmallow in melted chocolate followed by graham cracker crumbs. Repeat with five more marshmallows.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
- While muffins are still warm, brush the cinnamon sugar muffins with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Drizzle the s’mores muffins with melted chocolate. Makes 12 rolls.
