We were next to a sewer vent pipe and the smell forced us to leave earlier than we had planned. Lost my appetite for breakfast it smelled to bad!

Toilet not bolted down in the mens room. Really appreciated the newly built bridges on the woodland trails. Very nice places to walk the dogs.

I really like the convenience of the area we stay here at least 3 times a year . The campground isn't paved but it is clean. They could use some training on customer service although.

The campgrounds seemed clean, full of friendly people. I honestly am new to KOA. The ladies bathroom was pretty clean, 3 stalls for potty, 3 for showering. Our cabin was tiny and hot but cooled down after 10. Clean and had a mini fridge. Bathrooms and shower not far. They have a pool on site But we didn't use it. The people left a map and key in the cabin for us to find, thank you guys!

Perfect 4th of July camping experience. Hula hoop contest and ice cream social on the 3rd, with donations to benefit cancer camp. The 4th everyone gathered at the entrance to watch owner-supplied fireworks along with camper provided fireworks. All of that plus the pool, mini-golf, and a nature trail made for a wonderful camping experience. We will continue to come back.

Woman at check-in was constantly distracted from checking me in so others came and went as they checked in with the other clerk. The sewer line was clogged so the attendant had me drain my grey and black water on the lawn stating “we won’t be able to get someone to fix it and that the previous occupant must have plugged the line”. Rude people running the office. We run our rv on 30 amps everywhere we go. Could not run on 30 amps here, circuitbreaker kept popping. Told it was our problem. Packed up, got a refund and went down the road to another rv park where we are running on 30 amps with no issue. Rude, snide comments and sarcasm. A horrible mix for running a so called business.

We were able to make the reservation 1 hour before arrival, but were given a site next to a very busy road with traffic through the night, and the shower room was locked the whole time we were there with no staff on site to unlock it.

We stayed at the Albany KOA for a softball tournament. We enjoyed the park. It just so happens that the weekend we were there temperatures hit 115 degrees. My only thought is that the pool closes at 830pm...we even asked staff if they could extend hours due to heat, unfortunately no. If the pool stayed open till 10the review would have been 5 stars.

Nice campground, staff accomodating. Only issue was one dryer was broken the entire week we were there. 4 washers, 2 working dryers (1 broken). Could have been a problem with parts but I believe there should be 4 dryers if there are 4 washers

The stay was nice but none of the appliances worked which kinda sucked. One of the restrooms was closed witch left 15 ladies waiting in line for a shower, one an hour in a half wait. In 115 degree heat. We will definitely be coming back again but not during this season

Lovely kampground and awesome staff! We were there on THE hottest weekend ever and the breaker kept tripping so we couldn’t use our air conditioner as we would have liked.

Could use a little more shade and on site #39 it didn’t have sufficient power for us to run our ac, but it was over 100 that day. Staff was super friendly though! And the place was clean!

Trashcan was overflowing. Pool closes at 7:30 when the heat was over 100. Bathrooms were in need of repairs.

Quiet, clean facility. Shaded areas with fire pit and picnic table. Gorgeous mature walk. Awesome dog park with plenty of room for your dog to run and play.

Overall the park is clean, well kept and has several amenities. Internet was minimal which is difficult when you are trying to run a business on the road. Sites were uneven but not a major issue. The nature trail was a nice addition. The location made it convenient to drive to Corvallis or Albany to see the sites and spend the day exploring.

Nice spot for an overnight stay. Didn't get to use the amenities but the pool looked nice! No info left for late check-in people besides a site number. The bathroom code and wifi password along with a map would have been nice at 12am in the dark. I got the check-in email the next morning when we were leaving. Some road noise but not too bad.

The RV park was clean and appeared well taken care of and the staff were very friendly and helpful. All the services worked satisfactory and we enjoyed our stay.

It was a clean environment, staff should check on paper towels before restroom cleaning time. I would to see a few shade trees and water available in the dog park.

It is a decent place to stay for a quick trip. The smell of the sewers were terrible at night and inside the bathroom. The theater was closed, the mini-golf was definitely mini, my kids didn't even want to play after one time because each hole was so tiny. They didn't get to swim because the pool closed at 7:30.
