We stayed there two different times over a 10 day period. The first time (Apr 9 - Apr 13) was great - no problems. The second time Apr 16 - Apr 19, the water was bad. It tasted terrible, left stains in our sink, shower and toilet (and I assume our water tank). The pump for the water well had been had been replaced between our 2 stays. But no one let us know at check-in that the water was bad.

Park seems to be mostly permanent guests with lots stored around each unit. Will find another RV stopover in that area.

Our kids loved staying in the cabin. Everyone had so much fun. They plan on coming back to stay here. We are here until the 27th of April and plan on this being our KOA when in Albany.

Love the campground. Friendly staff and always clean. The only thing keeping it from 5 stars is the highway noise. We’ll keep coming back!

We chose the Albany/Corvallis KOA because it was close to medical appointments. As is common with medical appointments, we had to change reservation days several times. Priscilla, Mike and their wonderful staff were always accommodating in adjusting dates and giving us our desired space. Our last stay had to be extended several times. The office staff always responded with, "No problem". Love it!

Quiet park and had a nice doggie play area, but all areas needed to be mowed. Our sight had garbage left from the previous campers which was a bummer because our puppy finds everything. Nice and quiet though. The bathrooms were clean but no dressing area to go after you take shower.

The campground has many year round residents conducting business in the campground. This caused visits and activities during the day and throughout the night. The RV next to us (as we’re several others) was permanently parked, with no apparent resident, but had nightly visitors. We didn’t realize KOA allowed these types of activities and won’t be staying there again.

Seems dumpy and unmaintained. Not very comfortable with some of the questionable people "hanging around".

The campground itself seemed nice and the staff was very welcoming. Our family stayed here for one night on our way home from a longer camping trip. The large population of semi-resident "campers" gave the campground a really strange vibe, and we didn't feel comfortable even letting our kids play in the grassy area in front of our RV. Maybe dedicate one side of the campground for the residents?

Very satisfied with our roomy site, utilities and facilities. We've stopped here twice, just overnight but wouldn't hesitate to stay longer.

The park is well kept, the owners are very nice! Laundry is affordable and kept very clean. The showers and restrooms are clean as well. Will definitely return!

We had problems with their sewer lines! We we credited for 2 nights and moved to a better spot! Not their fault kids threw lots of rocks in the sewer! We appreciated them giving credit and moving us! We love to stay here! Thanks

Muddy. In need of more gravel on sites. An old RV parked near us was clearly a abandoned the door was opened and flopping in the wind. Very disappointed in this campground.

The property overall seemed like there was deferred maintenance/upkeep. Lots of pot holes and areas in need of gravel. Our site had garbage in the fire pit and in the gravel pad. The person at the desk made a point to tell us about the nature trail but must not have been aware one path had a large tree across it and another was covered with water. The office did not answer the morning we left.

It had rained very hard before we arrived. The campsite was very wet and hard to get out of RV. My partner went to the office and they immediately fixed the problem by bringing in some gravel. I would stay again, clean and quiet. You can't stop mother nature.

Friendly hostess. Check in easy. The actual sites could use some work. Dirty sock in our site. Mud ruts. Lots of long termers which I am not a fan of. Bathrooms could use some work. Showers too. Nice basketball court, mini golf and pool (which opens in May). Just did not feel super safe at this one!

Bathrooms and shower area were very small and cramped. WiFi was iffy at best and the people in the front office didn't seem to care. Many mud holes that could have been filled with gravel.

We have had better stays at this KOA. Check in was not so good. person working was rude and very short, not to friendly. Having a bad day?

Cabin was filthy, floors not swept, food crumbs all over the fridge, food splotches on the counter, socks crammed in between mattresses, tiny black gravel on mattresses, bathroom shower has mold on walls and floors, used to be a nice place now I don’t think we will be back, I paid almost $100.00 for 1 night wasn’t with $10

My stay was so great! We got to Albany around 8:30pm and I was greeted with a clipboard with my name and cabin number. I went to my cabin and the porch and interior light was on heater was on high, there were k cups and kurig and a small bag of skittles in a goody bag! So very impressed! I thanked the guys the next day for the warm welcome. Could not have asked for a better stay. It was perfect.

We had two cabins, 57 and 58. 58 was fine but cabin 57 smelled like cigarettes and we found a sock, a cigarette butt, used lollipop stick and a used QTip in the room. We reported it to the office in the morning and all they said was they would follow-up with the cleaning staff. We spent over 8 hours on the road and just wanted a clean room to stay. Very disappointing.

We stayed in a tent site and even though we had other campers nearby we still felt somewhat secluded. We loved hearing all the frogs at night and birds in the early morning. The bathrooms were decently close by and clean. And the staff was super friendly and helpful.

It was great. I liked most everything about the place except the firepit which was difficult to use since there was standing water around half of it. Otherwise I give the campgrounds 5 stars.

didnt know how to turn the key in for the cabin back in, the mini golf was a nice idea however every hole was a straight shot the the lights and sounds didnt work so it honestly got boring quick. dog park had lots of dog droppings all over, it would be nice if it was picked up more, outside our cabin was flooded, others werent but due to all the water there was LOTS of mud. astoria is way better.

Campsite out in the country. Really nice dog park. Appreciate the desk clerk finding us a spot so late in the day.
