We enjoyed our stay! We had a nice pull thru with patio. Pretty trees nearby. Nice park & it is not far from Albany in case you need essentials.

Staff very friendly, restrooms very clean and sanitary. I liked that I didn't feel packed in like sardines, on top of each other, like some KOA's I have stayed at. My 1 complaint is we were next to someone who was obviously living there, messy and lots of stuff around their trailer. They walked their dog on the grass between our spots, obviously to lazy to take them to the pet area.

Very clean, very spacious. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice walking path in the back. Very central to Corvallis and Albany. Would definitely stay again.

our site was dirty.... used diabetic test strips, cigerette butts, old wood screws and dirty q tips were found in our site. fire pit was also dirty and picnic table had red sticky stuff on it! Come on maintenance dept, clean sites are important!

Unfortunately, the campgrounds location is right next to what is now a very busy highway. We left our AC fan on at all times to mask the road noise, but even then it is just too loud. Can't imagine tent camping here. Overall, I think it looks like the campground owners put a lot of work and maintenance into the place, but the noise will just be too much to overcome to want to stay there again.

Checked in after dark , using late checkin. There was no description of available sites. Meaning length of site unknown. Park lighting was poor and hard to negotiate in the dark. 2 of the available sites did not have ANY site identification. Trees in the way on our site. Blower box cover was broken. Entire place needed to be mowed/weeded and cleaned. Just a lack of maintanience parkwide

What do you have cost for what they have there and tweakers kept me up all night walking around yapping on their telephones it looks like a Tweaker campground

Given the pandemic, the staff took great precautions with requiring face coverings when going in to the office, provided hand sanitizer both inside and outside and even had face masks if anyone needed one. The site was clean, bathrooms and showers were also clean and stocked with paper towels and toilet paper. Only negatives were lack of trees for shade and noise from nearby road.

The staff were great and we enjoyed the amenities. Stayed in tent site 48 which was very noisy due to traffic from the nearby highway. If you are looking for solitude, this might not be the place for you. Also, the smell of manure was quite strong from the nearby cattle farm. Nonetheless, we enjoyed our stay.

Was very relaxing, good customer service, quiet.... the far bathroom smelled like natural gas leak really really bad the whole time we were there. There’s something that isn’t right in there, and I didn’t want to breathe it. Needed more cleaning as well. That’s the only complaint

Very friendly staff, the lady in the office was great! The only downside was the smell, and frequently had sewage smell through the park. I think this is due to the onsite sewage treatment, but may have been some other source.

I know The campground is in a tough spot with all the governors rules and regulations. They were very helpful as this was our first official stay at a park with a trailer. Was a bit disappointed that we had to sign up for a win times but again that is part of the new covid regulations. My kids really enjoyed fishing along the river just wish there had been an easier path down to the river.

Very disappointing stay this time. I requested a full hook up site with sewer and didnt get the sewer part. I had to conserve water so I could dump upon leaving. Their dump station was so far off the ground it was difficult to get the pipes unloaded via gravity. Also, not as friendly this time & they always have voice mail on & you have to walk to the office to get a key to use the shower room.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Our dump station is state of the art. Guests can drive up on both sides....dumps are on the ground...NOT up ....wrong park????

Overall the stay was great. My concern comes with when you have reports of a child vomiting in the pool and you fail to close it for cleaning or to notify other campers. A young kid came out the mom said it was just water and they would fish it out with a toy bucket-it was colored and how is that acceptable cleaning - esp. in the midst of a pandemic? Please train you staff to better handle this.

Th was my second stay at the Kampground and it will most likely be my last. The place was filthy! The owner was not diligent about wearing a face covering and she coughed while it was off. She doesn't agree with wearing face coverings and didn't mind stating her opinion about wearing them. The bathroom was disgusting. There was even a used Tampon in one of the shower stalls.

Not sure if they can do anything about the horrid smell at night. However that is the sole purpose of the low rating. I could not sit outside at night because of that horrid smell and will not be back or recommend.

Nice and neat. The K9 park and nature trail well maintained. The restrooms and showers were particularly clean.

The people working in the park are awesome! The park itself has issues though. The lawns are all dead, the guests do not clean up after their pets In the dog park, (not the responsibility of park, but should be picked up). KOA value members or campers in general need to be more respectful to others and clean up their waste. Be respectful to other campers
