Staff was friendly, but the park is not well maintained. Several garden hoses were laying around near the pool, the pool needed repair and the mini gold needed a makeover. All the pictures on the website show nice green lawns. Not the case. Lot's of empty spaces, yet we ended up in a space next to a monthly camper who was quite messy. We were surprised they had nightly RV's mixed in with monthly.

Nice little campground. Easy access from the highway. Right between Albany & Corvallis so it’s easy to visit either one or both towns. Sites were nice size and easy to get in and out with a big rig. The only issue we had was lack of a good WiFi signal.

Staff was friendly & helpful. I especially liked the nature trail & blackberry picking experience. The only thing I didn’t like were cigarette butts in our space.

Two night stay. First night, our neighbors arrived late (after 9pm) and were up until 2am talking. So not much sleep that night. Second night was quiet. The facility was convenient to the towns of Albany and Corvallis, and not too much road noise from the highway. Go Beavs!

Upon arrival we learned that our pull-thru reservation had been changed to a back in. Then, despite paying for full hook ups, we were advised that all tanks were full and we could not dump.

Not as clean as previous locations. We got to our spot and had to pick up a lot of hair. It seemed as if someone had gotten a haircut and left their clippings everywhere. It was pretty gross. Other than that, our stay was fine. The nature trail was awesome for my daughter. Definitely enjoyed that.

Too many residents. They weren't camping they were just living there. Ran their AC ran all day and all night. They were working on their trucks. They had cars parked all over the place. Road noise (nothing you can do but it's bad). Workers were nice.

I have been full-timing for almost 3 years. This is the poorest managed campground I’ve ever stayed at. I do not know how it keeps the KOA franchise. I will not be back, and after staying here, for my future travels, KOAs anywhere in America will no longer be my first choice. Disappointed is an understatement.

Friendly service, good for overnight stay. Our site #18 was a pull-through, very level, has a picnic table and fire ring. 30amp, sewer and H2O. Only drawback was the road noise. I would come back just for the blackberries that grow wild around the property!!

Our 1st time staying at a KOA was a wonderful experience. The whole campground was very neat and clean, and the staff were very friendly.

The only real issues for us was that our window curtain rod kept falling off and we only had one, previously open and missing stir stick, condiment set for our coffee. The office was closed both times we went to let someone know. Other than that, we had a lovely time.

Not up to KOA standards by any means. Low water pressure. Completely dry grass at sites and dry grass at dog area. Campsites were not cleaned upon arrival. Dog feces in dry grass area at site. Need to trim trees so rigs can get out. Did not use the pool or restrooms.

I reserved 2 RV and 3 tent spaces they were able to get us all together. Had a wonderful 5 days we will be back.�

This was my first time with my family locally. It was very relaxing and as a group we enjoyed the pool, dog run and the walking area. We felt safe and at ease. I would like to come back and visit the Corvallis/Albany KOA again.

We spent over $4,000 at this KOA during the pandemic when no one else was there. The owners discriminate against those with mental illness. We were told quote " we don't want strange people here. " We have reported this KOA to the Oregon Bureau of Labor and industries and also to the corporate headquarters. I've never seen more awful management and their front office does not get along.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Made an exception for this guest....we require a vehicle...relative said the guest could not drive and he would mentor because of problems. Guest wandered around the park at night....went through sites, others guests reported and did not feel safe.

We only came here because their pool is the only one that we could find that was open during Covid. No other programming available. Health and safety issues: only a few weeks ago, there were homeless people living in one of the bathrooms, and it still smells like it! There was still appearance of a 'homeless camp' onsite. There were dangerous,unmarked holes in the ground where work was being done

I like it,, the people have begun, picking up after their dogs.. great.. I enjoyed my stay & will come back next yr..it the last stop be4 Vancouver.. the younger staff members, were great help, no problems. just agreed, & let me move 2 a shaded place 4 my dogs..

The staff was very friendly. The doors on our cabin both scraped the floor like they had sprung hinges. We could see outside through a crack in the wall. The bed creaked very badly.

We took our 4 year old grandson to Enchanted Forest for the day and decided to make a little motor home trip out of it. We looked for a RV spot that would have some amenities so he would have something to do. Homeless woman verbally abusing her 2 year old in the camp site next to us. Cops came and spoke with her (apparently she was placed there by child protective services). Trash all over. My girls were scared to sleep there. Our site was also next to the freeway and turn so traffic ALL night. Dead lawn. But we were able to swim and dump our poop so, yeah!

Our spot was a little tight for our 26' RV and day time excursion vehicle, but we managed to make it all fit. I love this KOA, great nature walk, nice sized dog park for off leash play, fun activities (miniature golf, horse shoe, pool, basketball court), and the back-in spaces have a good amount of grass area between spots so you do not feel too close to your neighbor.

Everything was great and I would recommend this campground! One suggestion would be to change the time the bathrooms are closed for cleaning. Right at check in time and people traveling need to use the restroom. Office staff was very friendly and campground is clean. A little Highway traffic since it’s close the a busy road.
