It was an overnight stay in one of the cabins. We love coming to this KOA when we visit our grandchildren in Albany. We have used the cabins in the winter months and have also stayed using our trailer in the warmer months of the year. It is a nice KOA. We and our dogs enjoy the Nature Walk. Restrooms and showers are clean. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Enjoyed our stay. The grounds were excellent, and the staff very efficient and friendly. The dog park area was greatly appreciated by our 2 Great Danes. The only concern was the distance from the RV to the dump ( in full hook-up site ) . Many other RVs had to use very long dump hoses. We ended up using the parks dump by the office. We will stay again when we are in the area. Thanks !

The water was yellow and had a bad taste and odor. It did not clear with running. Multiple piles of dog poop in our campsite meant we had to be careful walking around our site. On positive note, this was first KOA in the 4 visits in which the wifi worked.

Wasn't bad, wasn't great, but if you are going to claim to offer Wifi it should at least work. Worst Wifi we have encountered camping yet. Can't jump on your computer to do some work at least for a bit got me know where unless I was up at 3:30 am.

It was disgusting. We arrived at night in the pouring rain. They had many sites available on gravel but instead put us in a mud hole. As well, there seems to be too many full timers which makes it look junky. We used to camp there a lot to visit our son atOSU and thought it was great. Not sure what happened but it went downhill

Friendly people. A safe, quiet and relaxing stay. Lots of amenities. Going to remodel soon with an even better look. Great place to stay

Site 90. Stayed two nites. Good level site. Utilities were easy to use. Checkin staff were professional, friendly, and welcoming. Seems to be quite a few longer term residents. Area around sites were muddy. There was some road noise. Will use this location when back in the area.

I came to visit my son Carlos Lopez in Corvallis he works for the city water works had just lost the president for city workers election. So I needed to spend time with him and my granddaughter somewhere were we could enjoy COVID super clean environment and boy did we find it the cabin was imaultimately CLEAN We loved it

There was no Propane —Water supply was brown - Loud vehicles in out loud mufflers—! Park 85% full timers traffic in all the time— Showers we’re very clean…

We stayed just one night on our way south. The cable channel options are excellent and the front desk were super helpful explaining to me how to connect through our TV. The WiFi connectivity is quite poor at our site.

The front desk staff were great! We have stayed at this KOA before. It's under new ownership, and I can see that they are doing their best to combat the problems created by the heavy rains, recently. There are lovely country roads around, to walk on.

We arrived late and rather than hooking up, we decided instead to just fill a white plastic container with water to wash a few dishes. The water from the campground faucet was the color of urine and was so disgusting we just dumped it and left. I’d be happy to send you a photo if you don’t believe me. This was our 2nd time at this KOA. We stayed in our trailer last Fall & this time rented one of the cabins. We are really pleased with this KOA. The restrooms & showers are clean, staff are friendly & helpful. We enjoy using the nature walk with our dogs. We have family in Albany. This KOA offers us a chance for a nice visit with them & our own space too. We will definitely stay here again!

It was a great stay. It would be nice if the pads were built up a little with more gravel. This time of year is really wet. And muddy.

it was unclear from the website that my cabin would not have a TV. The internet was unreliable at best meaning I couldn't watch TV on my computer or browse the internet to keep me busy. The bed were incredibly uncomfortable. So for 2 nights and 1 1/5 days, I had nothing to do and nowhere to sit or lie down and I could barely sleep at night.

The park needs serious maintenance and clean up. Trees need trimming, grass needs cutting, and the sites need to be built up and graveled. Full-time RVers should be required to keep sites clean and clear of clutter. We stayed at a number of KOAs and RV parks and this is one we will not stay in again.

It was good and quiet. Double booked trip as I never got a confirmation but it was taken care of by office staff. Thing your app should had a section where u can see your reservations. Bought stuff from gift shop and was not given the sale price so as to bring that up. Other than that it was a relaxing trip

I feel like the people here actually care about the condition of the facilities and property and it shows. The staff have all been excellent, friendly people.

The heater wasn't great and the over head light was very bright other than that it was very pleasant! Loved the cabin! oh it would have been nice if there was a microwave! Definitely will stay again when I come to visit my kids!

Overall we love the campground, we have stayed many different times but this last time our site got flooded and it did not appear to flood any others. It also appears that more and more long term tenants are moving in since the new owners took over which isn’t cool. The path to and the dog park needs tended to as it’s a muddy mess.

Both girls at the front desk were super friendly and helpful. Caleb the maintenance guy came in clutch!!! He saved the day! Thank you Caleb, you are amazing sir! The stay at KOA was great. Electricity was stable, water had good flow. Only issue we had was the site we were in was flooded but this was winter camping in the PNW so that’s pretty much out of your control.

The new management is very nice and accommodating. Due to the recent rains, the area that we stayed in was quite muddy. They need more drainage and more gravel.

Very impressed with staff. Had an electical issue with their plug ins and they worked with me to get it squared away and kept me appraised throughout the process. Very helpful and very customer oriented.
