We loved this koa but it has really gone downhill. The golf course is really falling apart, dangerously so. In the morning, when especially needed, the bathroom was filthy and without towels to dry your hands. I had to flush the toilet by pulling the chain in the tank. More play equipment is needed, as my granddaughter fell from the top of the slide when rushed. We will be looking elsewhere.

Great campground with friendly staff but our site was a mess. There were yellow jackets everywhere attracted to a half eaten sandwich, fruit & graham crackers all over the site. Our “drinking water” YELLOW. When we complained, the friendly staff said they would call maintenance but nothing was done to improve our site. I love this park. Very well kept, nice and quiet. Good places to walk the dogs.

Overall a good stay...a bit noisy during the day with hwy 34 so close by, but quieted down at night. Yellow jackets were a bit annoying when trying to cook/ eat outside. Campground is nice, not a lot of shade,, tho.. has a little fenced area to let your dog run leash free..a nice touch.

Terrible camping experience. Gravel was loose, sewer was being dug up and lines were hooked up next to your table. Pull through sites not long enough to keep tow hooked up. Had to back out to leave because of big rocks. Not big rig friendly. Ok got a one night stay and close your eyes.

The campground itself was pretty, but many "long term"? campers. I don't have a problem with this, but we were parked right next door to someone who had a lot of junk piled up everywhere. Did not feel like any sort of camping I ever want to do again. Campground was quiet, though.

Always enjoy staying at ur park! We r local so gkids can keep their schedules and spend time with us when they can. Everyone enjoys the time

We stayed at cabin 57. Here is the issues I noticed. 1. There was a smoke detector bracket, but no smoke detector. 2. The room looked like it was not cleaned. The mattress had sticky stuff on it, not swept, and wrapper on the floor. 3. Carboard paper towel roll was there, but no more paper towels. 4. Latch on screen door was missing, so we could not keep it shut.

Two nights. Camp ground was clean and well kept. Drive ways were clear and well marked. Site was clean and inviting. Staff was friendly and cordial. Good place to stay

Charming KOA with lots of activities for the kids. Loved the hiking trail and dog park (although I didn't have a pet). Picked blackberries for breakfast! Clean, liked that they had two bathrooms. The tent sites were a little close but luckily I had great neighbors.

The place is well kept. The walking trail was a bonus!!! Dog park was large and clean!! The office girls were so friendly and happy. Loved our stay

Upon arrival the lady working the counter was completely unprofessional and rude. Had me spend $3.60 on my credit card just to park vehicle number 2 for my cabin. When I questioned it she looked at me condescending and said this is a normal thing. Even though I called a month prior to being here to clarify. My son had problems at the pool, I had the cops called in me, etc... I can continue if I ha

We have a lot of family in the Corvallis area so it was very handy for us. It was very hot so it was a delight to be able to have our 3 grandkids over to swim in the pool, thank you so much. We liked that it is a pretty quiet park.

A little ran down. The store was not stocked well. The bathrooms were dirty. The grass for tents were full of driveway rocks. I would say the place needs very updated.

Frustrating that laundry didn’t open until 9:30! Especially since it’s touted as an overnight spot! So we hung around only to have the machine working very poorly.

Great staff! Very accessible and amenities are awesome. Pool is clean and refreshing. Hated the pitch from fir tree.

Beautifully quiet with excellent amenities. Would love to see the basketball court turned into a pickleball court! Loved the place and loved the staff.

The staff was absolutely amazing, however it is directly on the freeway so the family and I didn’t get a lot of sleep :/

They oil slicked the gravel dirt roads around the park which kept dust down. The park is fine and quiet and clean, no issues there but there are no trees and with the high 90 temperatures it really baked our unit and we had to have the AC going all the time. Also, it is right next to the Hwy 34 so it’s noisy. There were no other options in the area.

It’s a popular KOA so it’s time to fix the broken clothes dryer, and add one more ! build more shade structures for extreme Oregon heat waves. Staff excellent, very helpful. Spacious sites.

The bathrooms were gross and needed cleaning and fixing. Some showers didn’t work or worked poorly and they were were dirty.

Camp ground itself was quiet, clean, and dust free. We used the communal showers and were less impressed. The men's side had dirt on the walls, mud, toilet tissue, and a q-tip on the floor. The 3 x 3 foot shower stall had a 1 foot square piece of mat on the floor. I was not comfortable sitting or letting my bare feet touch any surface. Lawn watering was spotty and the water was left on too long.

The cable wasn’t working on our site and nobody was able to even work on it. The pool was gross with many bugs swimming in the water.

The restrooms and showers were horrendous! They were cleaned for days. Piles of hair in the bottom of the shower, the floors hadn't been mopped in days. I thought maybe it was just that they missed a day but 3 days later....

First time staying at a KOA. Wonderful stay , easy check in, our site was close to the road so a little noisy but ok, blackberries were ripe so we picked 2 days, yummy!

Only issue is with the cleanliness of showers, even within an hour if cleaning time. Disappointing to find globs of hair in the shower mats. Otherwise, a very nice place to stay and we will return.

We came in late unfortunately and had to leave the next day but will definitely be back! Great KOA and nice folks in the office at check out! Thanks again for the easy pull thru knowing we’d be coming in late!

Too much road noise. Clean park. Fire pits were scary. Ashes were at top which put fire up out of ring. No privacy between sites. Cable worked intermittently.
