Only drawback is the place is laid out strange. In some sites, RVs face each other and share a yard. The dump station is on the entrance road before the office; narrow enough that using the dump station effectively blocks the entrance. Parked cars dead across from the dump station prevent passing. Internal roadways lack meaningful signage. Real nice people though, all good.

I was pleasantly surprised! The cabin and the campsite were very clean! However; I went to take a shower at 6 a.m. and there was no hot water. Other than that, My stay was very relaxing!

Our stay was very non relaxing, the music was so loud from a multiple tent group that we spent most of Saturday in our camper. We could still hear their music clearly. There were Men sitting in the stream. We always enjoy a campfire each night, Saturday night we did not light one, the noise from the tent site was too disturbing. We will not return to the Allentown, PA KOA

We were assigned #57 for our stay. As first-time campers and having never utilizing an RV before, this was not a very good location. Half of the advertised/reserved amenities were not within reach for us (the water and cable lines are opposite of the sewage and breaker box).

Hi, the owner was super nice, staff were so helpful...but it was crazy in there till 1:30 am. It was so loud that my kids couldn't sleep, we couldn't enjoy a relaxing night around the fire because the groups around us played music so loud the bass went through the camper, the second night I think they were asked to turn down music and then they were just screaming and laughing till 2 am.

We have enjoyed this campground before but not this time... Narrow site between a cabin and a huge permanent camper Junkie permanent camper behind our site Water hookup 18 inches down in a concrete pit 50 amp service only We were told it was our fault for not asking if there was 30 amp and had to buy an adapter KOA Hotspot only available after midnight. Our site (52) was amazing and very large with plenty of grass for our dog to run around on. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Understanding that you cannot control everyone's actions, the very loud music and three gentlemen bathing in the creek was a detractor from our experience.

We planned to stay at the Allentown KOA as a layover for a group trip, just as a place to spend the night. The grounds were well kept, quiet, and amenities were enjoyable. We will definitely be coming back for another trip to enjoy this campground.

Our cabin and the campground were clean and charming, absolutely enjoyed it! Only 2 concerns: while the bathrooms were clean at the beginning of our stay, they're not scheduled to be cleaned overnight or first thing in the am, so they were messy for a long period of time. Also, we were disappointed that there was no grass next to our chosen cabin and that would have been nice for our toddler.

Very friendly staff. Responsive to needs and requests (e.g. ice/firewood delivered right to site). Campground was packed the weekend we stayed, but had a great experience overall

2 playgrounds were advertised only to see one there and that was taken over by tent site group. The pool was ice cold. Woke up by multiple gun shots at 2:30 am Saturday morning August 22nd.

While the staff was very courteous the campground is small and cramped. We were first taken to a site that was on a hill and next to a bathhouse, they were able to find a better spot for us. Part of the campground had several old abandoned trailers that should be removed. The pool was green and had a strong chlorine smell. Bottom line, the campground needs to be completely remodeled.

The camper that you saw that was "abandoned" has now been removed. We have been upgrading everything that we can think of over the last 7 years, maybe give us a call and let us know what you'd like to see done to improve.

check in was easy, they guided us to or spot and delivered the wood we ordered. we didn't use the facilities as we have a class A and wanted to test out the systems and get used to everything. WIFI worked good and the spot we had wasn't overly large or too small, typical for a campground.

Excellent campground. This was our first stay here. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They went around numerous times a day making sure the facilities and grounds were kept clean. Firewood was delivered to your site if you purchased it and garbage bags were picked up in front of your site. Overall an extremely well kept campground. We plan on returning next time we’re in the area!

4 night stay, first night blaring, LOUD music from neighboring campers UNTIL 3AM !!No way to contact owner/manager to address. 2nd night same 8:00 to 10:00 PM. 3rd & 4th night were perfect. A shame as the KOA is beautiful location with VERY clean facilities. To their credit, manager apologized for rude campers and addressed them. This is a 5 star campground with lax enforcement of noise policy.

I am sorry you experienced this during your stay. This year we have had an unusual amount of loud campers, probably due to new campers from the virus trying to get out of the house. Phone numbers for manager/owner are listed in our laundry room.

Our first time staying at a KOA. We had a last minute change in plans and didn't arrive on our check in date. The staff called the next morning to check in on us. We got to the campground the next evening and enjoyed our prime spot by the water. Staff was accommodating when we decided to extend our stay by a day.

CG has some sites which face each other and share the common area. This is a nice feature if you are going with friends who have another camper. It may be awkward if you are across from a large group kids, dogs, etc. This also allows for your utilities to not be near the neighbor's picnic table so you can dump when you need to without bothering anyone. Lots to do at the CG & staff is helpful.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean campground. Great layout. Pool was nice, store was stocked with helpful items. The only complaint was that our fellow campers in front and behind us both did not honor quiet hours, and left their exterior lights on overnight.

The stay was nice. Check in and out was easy. The cabin was tidy but probably could have been cleaned better (floors swept/mopped) as there was dust and some glitter on the floor and table (probably from the guests prior?)

The tent sites are well maintained as well as the rest of the facilities. Everything is very clean! Our 7 year old son had plenty of things to do with the pool, mini golf and playground. They have measures in place for social distancing and the staff were great! Will definitely go back!

The site we got was next to a camper twice as high as ours and had no view except the cabin behind us. We also had a picnic table that the leg was bent and my husband had to hammer it out since he almost fell from it. The pool looked cloudy so we didn’t use it. Sorry but I needed to be honest and maybe have more staff around cleaning up the grounds that we never saw like other koa camps we’ve

I'm sorry this was your experience here. We have been replacing our picnic tables and at this point in time there are just 5 left which are being delivered this week that need to replaced and then every single one will have been replaced within the last 3 years.

Enjoyed our extended stay at Allentown KOA campground.Staff was terrific and very helpful with directions. Recommended visit to Leigh Valley Zoo and Preserve and had a great time. Also enjoyed our trip to America on Wheels. Had a great time visiting Blue Mountain Winery. In all Allentown KOA was a fabulous campground.

First time camping and it was awesome. The staff is very helpful. We were able to use the pool with a hour limit so everyone could enjoy and social distance. The prices in the general store are reasonable and not outrageous. My daughter was able to borrow the movie Frozen and we watched it in our cabin. Just wish the TV in cabin was bigger than 19” as it was in a corner & small. Will come again

we used most of the amenities - pool, gem mining, golf, playground. the kids had a blast. we did bingo as well. we stayed in a tent site next to the stream- definitely added bonus.

Great place with friendly staff. Stayed in a basic Kabin. The AC was so great to sleep in in after the 90 degree heat all day. Wood and ice purchased at the general store can be delivered and they had many other great selections. Ended up purchasing an extra Styrofoam cooler and other household items that couldn't fit in the car. The pool was nice and the river through the site was great ambiance!

Great place to spend family time together. We did have someone beside us that had a dog whining 15 out of the 24 hour day; however that is not a reflection on the KOA and on the owner of the dog.

Driving to the campground it looked nice but when we drove in and to our campsite it was not as expected. We did not end up staying. There was no privacy, campsites were super close together, and it just didn't feel like camping to us. I'm sure other campsites from KOA are better than this one but this one in particular was not one that we decided to stay at.

Your campground has become a family favorite. This was our second visit this season, and have just booked another stay next month. The staff is exceptional. Even Mother Nature couldn't stop a good time.

Not to be biased but this is the hidden jewel of the Lehigh Valley. We have a great crew and we are constantly updating the campground. Looking forward to seeing everybody soon. We open the season on April 1st 2022..
