Excellent campground. This was our first stay here. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They went around numerous times a day making sure the facilities and grounds were kept clean. Firewood was delivered to your site if you purchased it and garbage bags were picked up in front of your site. Overall an extremely well kept campground. We plan on returning next time we’re in the area!

4 night stay, first night blaring, LOUD music from neighboring campers UNTIL 3AM !!No way to contact owner/manager to address. 2nd night same 8:00 to 10:00 PM. 3rd & 4th night were perfect. A shame as the KOA is beautiful location with VERY clean facilities. To their credit, manager apologized for rude campers and addressed them. This is a 5 star campground with lax enforcement of noise policy.

I am sorry you experienced this during your stay. This year we have had an unusual amount of loud campers, probably due to new campers from the virus trying to get out of the house. Phone numbers for manager/owner are listed in our laundry room.

Our first time staying at a KOA. We had a last minute change in plans and didn't arrive on our check in date. The staff called the next morning to check in on us. We got to the campground the next evening and enjoyed our prime spot by the water. Staff was accommodating when we decided to extend our stay by a day.

CG has some sites which face each other and share the common area. This is a nice feature if you are going with friends who have another camper. It may be awkward if you are across from a large group kids, dogs, etc. This also allows for your utilities to not be near the neighbor's picnic table so you can dump when you need to without bothering anyone. Lots to do at the CG & staff is helpful.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean campground. Great layout. Pool was nice, store was stocked with helpful items. The only complaint was that our fellow campers in front and behind us both did not honor quiet hours, and left their exterior lights on overnight.

The site we got was next to a camper twice as high as ours and had no view except the cabin behind us. We also had a picnic table that the leg was bent and my husband had to hammer it out since he almost fell from it. The pool looked cloudy so we didn’t use it. Sorry but I needed to be honest and maybe have more staff around cleaning up the grounds that we never saw like other koa camps we’ve

I'm sorry this was your experience here. We have been replacing our picnic tables and at this point in time there are just 5 left which are being delivered this week that need to replaced and then every single one will have been replaced within the last 3 years.

Enjoyed our extended stay at Allentown KOA campground.Staff was terrific and very helpful with directions. Recommended visit to Leigh Valley Zoo and Preserve and had a great time. Also enjoyed our trip to America on Wheels. Had a great time visiting Blue Mountain Winery. In all Allentown KOA was a fabulous campground.

we used most of the amenities - pool, gem mining, golf, playground. the kids had a blast. we did bingo as well. we stayed in a tent site next to the stream- definitely added bonus.

Great place to spend family time together. We did have someone beside us that had a dog whining 15 out of the 24 hour day; however that is not a reflection on the KOA and on the owner of the dog.

Your campground has become a family favorite. This was our second visit this season, and have just booked another stay next month. The staff is exceptional. Even Mother Nature couldn't stop a good time.

The people who work there are so very nice and try to accommodate everyone. The sites are nice size and we love the creek. One thing we’d like to see improve a little is security. There is nothing to put on dashboard to indicate you “belong” there and it’s easy for anyone to drive drive into the campground.

Our stay was wonderful and relaxing! It was our very first trip with our new RV and we had the perfect spot #52 on the creek. The staff was super helpful and ensured we got in safely and set up well. Other campers were very friendly and diverse which was great to see! This was the perfect first trip for us and close to home. Thank you!!!

Nice Campgroud, clean and shaded. Our dogs enjoyed the dog park. I would have rated the Park 5 stars except, we lost power due to a storm, not the parks fault. However, while waiting for the power to be fixed, the Campground ran very low on water. Seems they don’t have a generator to pump water into the water storage tank. Our stay was unpleasant without power and even more so without water.

Friday night a large party across from our site staying in a cabin had outdoor television loud and bright till 11:15 and they were drinking alcohol. They also parked making it impossible for us to get out safely.

Good service,very nice site, good price& great ammenities.Only negatives were that you cannot get Verizon phone service in the campground at all.This was discussed prior to our arrival so we were aware &although they have WiFi it went out Friday evening at 10 pm& did not come back up until sometime in the morning.I tried contacting them but just got a recording& had to leave mssg to no avail.

We have a 26 foot travel trailer and we're at site 52. The site was very spacious and we did not have to share a common area. Some sites do have a shared middle area where the picnic table and fire ring are located. The parking is pretty tight. There are signs that say no parking in the grass but we had nowhere else to park at our site. Great location to surrounding attractions. Very quiet.

I’m giving 4 stars and not 5 because who ever was in our site last had an issue with their sewer hose and there was some sludge/toilet paper running along the side of the site. It was almost impossible not to walk through due to space. We understand it’s hard to keep up, but maybe rake that out and put fresh stone down? On the plus side staff was very friendly and everything else was fine.

Friendly staff and keeping everyone safe during COVID, a Lovely clean campground with creek and nice dog park. Unfortunately the drive in is difficult and narrow for big rigs (ours is 41ft plus pulling jeep) and the park itself has tight corners.

Campground nice but our drive thru site and the site next to us had to share the small green space between us. They had 2 dogs and 5 people so we stayed inside

Pool was dirty, lawn wasn't mowed, store wasn't stocked, pool wasn't cleaned for virus, too many people in pool area at one time. There was a group that was there for over 4hrs .Group was18 people

While we enjoyed the campground the guests make it difficult to enjoy. Groups of people cursing like crazy by the pool made it impossible to take our kids. Also the site next to us had 3 vehicles on there spot that hung out into road on both sides making leaving incredibly dificult. one cabin played loud music often throughout the day. we play by the rules and expect others too as well

The campground is very nice. I have stayed there twice. The site we had #28 is not recommended for a camper. It is very small and has a big drop off. You can’t put the picnic table under the camper canopy due to the drop off.

Everyone was so nice. We really enjoyed our stay. My kids tie dye t-shirts and had a lot of fun bike riding.

Such a great KOA! Wonderful quiet location. Nice sites. Close to so many of the things we wanted to do or see, even with COVID precautions. Will definitely go back.

Great basic campground with no frills, but family friendly and clean. Staff go above and beyond and were very helpful. Sites could use more stone for drainage during heavy rain but full hookup sites along the stream are huge and mostly grassy.

It was nice when it was not raining. Grounds keeping needs done better, needs mowed. No cell service. Some sites are too close. Ours was facing the next camp site so when we are out and the other site campers were out only had about 15ft at best between fire pits and each other. If we stay again I will be asking for site 54 because you are not right on top of other campers.

No WIFI it did not work. Cable TV only works on nice days not rainy days when you need it for the kids. Swimming pool , we were told only 15 people at a time, but you could not sign up for a time slot nor was there a time limit for the people that were in the pool. You had to stand outside the gate and wait for some one to get out. STUPID!!!!!! There needed to be a sign up sheet. Poor management!

Not to be biased but this is the hidden jewel of the Lehigh Valley. We have a great crew and we are constantly updating the campground. Looking forward to seeing everybody soon. We open the season on April 1st 2022..
