First time here and now, we cannot wait to visit other KOA campsites. Clean campsites and bathrooms. The staff is very friendly and always at your service. Prices at their shop were good too. Nothing overpriced. Thank you KOA for such a great experience. We will be back.

Easy check in process, variety of spots for tents, rvs and cabins which is nice. Small place but perfect not too many people. We just made a fire and relaxed for our one day stay. They have very clean bathrooms with showers. Playgrounds and other activities to do there for children. I would recommend

We absolutely loved our stay at the Allentown KOA. It was a large group of us and we were able to stay in one of your group spots. It was private, clean and provided plenty of space for all of us. We lived the personalized escort to show us exactly where our spot was and where all the hook ups were located. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. Scott and the staff were amazing and friendly. This is my first stay at a KOA and it was wonderful. Things were laid out well for after hours check-in and I thoroughly enjoyed myself. We'll certainly be back!

I only stay at KOA's when we camp. You can tell that customer service is the one thing that is consistent across all KOAs' The bathrooms at this location, were not that clean and the lock didn't work, my only suggestion would be to upgrade the bathrooms and have them cleaned often.

Love the location - we normally stay at KOAs we used this one to spend the day at Hawk Mountain Sanctuary. The only thing I would change is a better tent site. Mostly rocks - we choose to put our tent in the grass near the bridge, but there is a $10 fee of dead grass. We took our chances.

We stayed in a tent for the night! Everyone was so helpful and kind!!! The women at the shop was so sweet and the man that brought us wood was very kind. We loved our stay and can’t wait to come back!!!

Quiet and away from traffic, friendly people and staff, very clean campgrounds, bathrooms were clean and nice looking. They advertise 2 playgrounds but only have one, the one that is there is nice and in good condition. The pool was closed for our stay (after Labor Day). Cute little stream running thru the grounds which was well maintained. Over all a nice stay.

There was only supposed to be 6 people per campsite, however the campsite beside us had 15+ people who were extremely loud, had spot lights set up, and kept opening/closing car doors and locking/unlocking car doors through 4 in the morning. We spoke w/ them but it didn’t seem to help. We could not report the issue until 9 the next morning because no staff was on site, which was upsetting to us

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

I remember talking to you in the morning, we did talk to the people next to you once you came in. We have phone numbers for manager/owner listed in our laundry room. I am so sorry you dealt with this, this year has been unusual with new campers who don't know camper etiquette.

The tent sites are well maintained as well as the rest of the facilities. Everything is very clean! Our 7 year old son had plenty of things to do with the pool, mini golf and playground. They have measures in place for social distancing and the staff were great! Will definitely go back!

Everyone’s so friendly, will go again only downside is the bottom of the tent is very rocky other than that great stay no one bothered us and everyone was so helpful

Driving to the campground it looked nice but when we drove in and to our campsite it was not as expected. We did not end up staying. There was no privacy, campsites were super close together, and it just didn't feel like camping to us. I'm sure other campsites from KOA are better than this one but this one in particular was not one that we decided to stay at.

I might reccomend this site to families with children as long as they have an RV/cabin AND earplugs. This KOA had a nice set up- spaced out, and various fun facilities. I felt that it would be a great place to go with kids, so I brought my sister's family. However, we tent-camped and half of our family could not sleep because of the noise every night(which got louder from 10 pm- morning).

Sites are on top of each other so there's not much nature to enjoy when you hear all your neighbors. Quiet hours do not seem to be enforced as the second night, a group of teenagers were hanging out well into 2-3am in the playground a few yards from our site. They were loud and kept shining flashlights into our site. Nonetheless, the bathrooms were very clean and the customer service was excellent

We had a BLAST! It was our first rime camping and even though it was pouring rain the first We were there, putting up the tent in the rain was fun! We swam at the pool, did arts and crafts in the rec center, played in the creek, at the playground and even searched for gems in the sand! Our kids made lots of friends and the staff and even the other people that were staying there were so nice!

a stay for a 1 night , It was suppose to be a simple pull through site because we would be in and out. Upon arrival we learned that our site had been given away because another camper couldn't fit into their site. We were forced into a back in site that barely fit our 30 ft trailer. Feared our trailer would fall of the edge into the creek below. Decent pool, nice staff.

Three kids and I stayed for two nights of tent camping. It was a beautiful site next to the creek and under huge trees. The boys played in the creek, the pool, played mini golf, and panned for gems. Overall, a fun break for everyone.

The Allentown location was very well maintained and staff was friendly and welcoming. Could not have asked for more.

This was a last minute Hail Mary - our other site wasn't what we were looking for and we were ready to camp. KOA came through - our first time and it was nice - a little too close to other campers, but we were behind the rec center, so it was secluded.

For 1st time camping we didn't know what to expect. But we had a great time. Fellow campers were friendly and helpful. So was the staff. Tent Sites and bathrooms were clean . We will be returning.

Completely packed full of people. Constantly had people walking by in the middle of the night shining flashlights into our tents or turning on their vehicles in the middle of the night, lighting up our tents with headlights. There were 4 dog fights while we were there. At one point there were 6 cars in one tent space across from us so they started parking in our lot. Will probably cancel next stay

Not to be biased but this is the hidden jewel of the Lehigh Valley. We have a great crew and we are constantly updating the campground. Looking forward to seeing everybody soon. We open the season on April 1st 2022..
