This is a nice campground, nice grassy sites, plenty of room, WiFi was really strong where we were. Camp host was very friendly and helpful. I would have rated it a 5 if there had been a pool.

Very nice KOA would definitely come back. Even though we arrived after 6:00pm the camp host still came by to see if everything was okay. Bathrooms were very clean.

The campground and facilities were clean and neat. The staff was very polite and helpful. The sites are grass but have plenty of space and the utilities are well located. We just stopped through for the night but if you were planning to be in the area we would recommend staying here.

Weekday check-in absentee owners relied on camphost to check campers in. He did an exceptional job considering the circumstances. Office was closed mid-day and during our entire stay. Campground was deserted/attractive- appeared to be about 4 transient and 6 permanent campers. Gnat situation was unbearable but may be indicative of time of year. Restrooms, laundry room was very clean and welcoming.

You have a very peaceful, place to stay! Large sites an level! Not a lot to do if you don’t golf an the sorts! I would recommend if you just want to relax! But please bring the cintronella with you or a fan to blow off all those gnats!! They are awful!!! They don’t bite just swarm around your head an legs an arms an anywhere on your body !! But as far as a nice quiet place we would recommend

Didn't have the chance to play but they di have free golf! Nice place, clean full size bathrooms and laundry facilities.

Just minutes away from Americus home of our 39th President James (Jimmy) Carter. Plus other museums of history. Shops and restaurants. Pleasant place to camp which offers golf and piece and quiet. I really loved this beautiful campground.

Very nice people running the Campground. Good place to stay if you are passing through -or- want to try a day of golfing. The Bathrooms & showers were clean. P.S. remember to stock up your supplies before checking ( in the middle of nowhere ). : )

Extremely pleasant stay except for gnats and snakes. Host Deb was most accommodating and thoroughly enjoyed the pancake dinner. Thanks for the hospitality. PS I think nightly charge should have been reduced since WiFi was advertised and we had none.

We hosted our Cheaha Good Sam monthly campout at Americus KOA. The owners were very helpful in arranging our stay. The facilities were in good shape and very clean. Owners treated us to a pancake supper which was great! Lots to do in the area and many good places to eat. Highlight of the trip was a ride on the Sam Shortline Train!! Would recommend this campground for other groups.

Our grandchild wanted to do paddleboats, but they were so nasty, we didn't do them. We wanted to play pool and ping pong, but didn't realize it was accessible only during certain hours, so we couldn't do that either. Basically, we enjoyed providing our own entertainment with the grandkids. i recommend staying only if you are coming to a town nearby and have no other place to park your camper.

More of an adult park. No pool, no shade at most sites, no WiFi, no game room. Thorny stickers in grass hurt. Nice looking park, well kept. Nice bathrooms and laundry. Nice staff. We did not golf but that may have been fun.

The grounds were very clean, very flat/level. There was no interstate/hwy noise. Restrooms were very clean as well. This KOA does not have Wifi or cable. We NEVER saw any KOA workers, even the next day before leaving around 10:30a. It was definitely a different KOA experience.

damaged my camper while mowing....talked to them about it...they denied it..wouldnt pay to fix it...stay away...they act nice but are not good people

Perfect stopover on the way to SC but their internet never seems to work. I know they’re working on it but in this day and age we need to connect to make further reservations, pay bills ,check for eating places etc and everything seems to be done online these days���

Surroundings were pretty and sites were level, but they were grass sites with plenty of bugs. No cable, aerial TV was limited, and trees blocked satellite. Needs improvement. Location was good for discovering the surrounding area historical sites.

We stayed one night and had a quiet, peaceful stay. The staff was courteous and extremely helpful. The restrooms and showers were very clean.

We had a very nice stay. Debra was extremely helpful and attentive. We were not towing and needed a car, they helped us out. Above and beyond. We had a very nice grass location sun and later afternoon shade and really enjoyed playing golf. They are still working to restore their WiFi since last October’s hurricane. That was the only negative. Cell data service was very good so we didn’t WiFi

We only stayed one night but really enjoyed the park. Very spacious sites and all pull through, we love that part. All of the amenities were wonderful. Very nice laundry, bathhouse, exercise room and if we had more time we would’ve loved to have played golf. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.

Lovely place with disc golf, ball golf and foot golf, Ms Sharon was so kind and pleasant when we showed up. We will be back for sure.

Clean, quiet, & comfortable RV park. Large, pull-thru sites. Clean restrooms, laundry, & work-out area. Free golf, disc golf, & foot-golf during your visit. Small playground & dog park area. Catch & release fishing. Paddle boats & horse shoes. All around a wonderful experience very close to Plains, Americus, & don't miss the Rural Georgia Telephone Museum in Leslie; a great little treasure! We'll definitely be back if we're ever in the area again.
