Cabin and site very clean, bright, warm & cozy. Previously stayed in super-duper deluxe cabin; we thought dishes/utensils would be provided in “deluxe studio.” We managed, however, with store-bought paper plates and a few provided by Housekeeping. A coat hook would be nice, but where? Amazing resort for families! We seniors enjoyed the quieter, creek-side studio with view of trees & birds

Park staff was helpful and friendly. They accommodated last-minute changes to one of our reservations. The park was clean and well-maintained as always. Looking forward to when it is fully open again.

Many campers, including KOA staff parked their vehicles in the roadway making it very difficult to get by them when coming in and out of the campground, ESPECIALLY during check-in and check-out time. Great stay otherwise. Very quiet during quiet hours.

loved the property and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I love the texting ahead of time and that someone was returning my messages to determine the best site for us. Unfortunately, I do have two complaints. 1. 5 day and 4- night stay and there were NEVER any paper towels in the men's restroom. 2. I needed 2, 1 gallon jugs of fresh water. Paid $8 at koa store, Wow!-

This KOA is at the top of my list for coming back. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Their is so much to see and do here that one weekend is not enough time. Even though it was a typical NW Fall weather (rain) the paved sites were great so we weren't dealing with mud. Can't wait to see you again soon.

Impressed by the amenities even though it is off season. Very comfortable and warm in our cabin. Linens were adequate, great bath towels. A rack for washed dishes would have been nice. I had my own dish towels with me so used them to set the wet dishes on. Noticed a scratching or rustling sound under the cabin floor late night, early morning. May need to check for animal in the crawl space.

Great customer service. One issue was the amount of young children in the hot tub and overall lack of parental guidance inside the indoor pool. WIFI was good enough to watch football during the day. Overall, we will return next year.

The stay was great, staff was amazing the whole way. I was rather disappointed with the lack of cleaning in the mens bathroom. Poop on the walls, carvings, pee on the top of toilets for the duration of our stay. Showers had the same garbage in them the duration of our stay and staff did stop in and cleaned?? That’s the only downfall this time. I love KOA and have grew up there. Do better!!

It rained the entire time so we didn't get to use all of the amenities available. However we were still able to utilize the rec center games and the pool. Lot's of activities for kids.

Camped in our 5th wheel. Space was perfect. The kids loved the indoor pool (could have been a bit warmer) since the weather was stormy.

There were leaks in the walls which made the floor wet near our bed. Much of our things were wet in the morning. No heater in the main room, only a small heater in the bedroom that didn't seem to have a working fan in it.

Our stay was over Thanksgiving holiday. We arrived late. It was nice knowing we didn't need to rush due to the text we received explaining late check in. We were pleased to see the office closed for the Holiday so employees could be with family. We always enjoy our stay!!

The cabin heat was stuck at 90. Blankets had hair on them and didn’t look clean.

We had a great time at the KOA! All staff was very friendly. The check-in and out process was easy. Everything was clean and there were lots of great options for activities! We will be back!

Due to unforeseen circumstances (Wife broke her leg) we got off to a late start south for the winter and arrived in Astoria in the off season. However, we would recommend it to anyone passing this way. It was our first time towing our Honda CR-V behind the motorhome and upon our arrival we discovered that the braking system used in car. One of the Park attendants helped in starting the car. Thanks

We love this campground. Just wish this time there was a little more activities scheduled first time staying in a cabin that was fun. only complaint was the pull out sofa bed pad was dirty.

Very nice, clean facility. Well stocked store and friendly staff. The C restroom showers could be greatly improved with some additional hooks and a shelf for clothing etc.

We stayed in a studio cabin, it was clean and cozy. The grandkids loved the play areas. If someone was going to build a campground, this KOA should be the blueprint. Can’t wait for our return visit.

There is so much to do and it is so beautiful there. My only complaint is the shower in our cabin was dirty like hairs everywhere.

Our BSA Scout Troop had a great time during our stay. The staff was very helpful in coordinating our groups' needs. The cabins are a great escape from pitching a tent. We hope to return again next year.

It was a great experience, the lodging and park is really nicely maintained. There was a lot of activities to do and a convenient store right on site. Very friendly staff. I can’t wait to come when the restaurant is open. I will come back year after year.

We love staying here! Every time is so much fun! We are so glad the indoor pool and rec room is open again! We will be back again this winter. Four stars for a toilet plugged in the pool restroom all weekend and no movie option on Saturday night. But otherwise an amazing stay, as always. Thank you!

the air unit in this unit is very noisy. would be better if the base board heating was an option like some of the other camping studios. unit could use some deep cleaning. mold in corner of bathroom. employees very nice

Great KOA. Stayed in February in a camping cabin which is reasonably priced. There are so many amenities, probably the best KOA I have stayed at. Also saw lots of elk in the campground
