The deluxe cabin was a good fit for our family but the stay was mediocre. The bed and pull out sofa bed were very uncomfortable and there were no mugs for coffee. Customer service was disappointing and not accommodating. We asked for late check out for 1 hr as we arrived late and have children and got all sorts of answers. I brought my daughters here since toddler and I don’t think we’ll retur

Great stay! Our porch light on cabin wasn't working and maintenance came within a few minutes to fix it. The facility was very clean. We will be back!

We had a great time. Our cabin was ready for us and the heat was on when we arrived. After hours arrival was easy with the check in box outside. Staff was very friendly and helpful. One thing I noticed is the toilet in the men's restroom of the indoor pool is loose and wobbles on the floor. Not leaking or anything but thought you might want to know

Got us in a cabin on short notice which was super nice. Pool and hot tub were open which was nice for my kids and me.

Stayed in one of the studio cabins. Nice to have a full bathroom. The water pressure was very low. It was more like getting rained on. Loved the kitchenette. Bring your own plates and utensils. The bed seemed like a full but had its own linens. And best of all our doggos were allowed. Fire pit and gas bbq are there. The price was very reasonable. Better than a hotel room.

Stayed in a basic cabin for NYE/2 nights. It was freezing temps outside so the heater inside the cabin was appreciated. Staff were so nice and helpful. Bathrooms/showers/laundry facility so clean and warm! Indoor heated pool and jacuzzi nice winter amenity to enjoy! Definitely will stay here again!

Overall this was a great place to stay. There did seem to be a few maintenance issues around the park but nothing terrible. We stayed in a kamping kabin and it was just fine. We will stay here again.

It was OK. Staff was not overly helpful but they were OK. No extra efforts but minimal needs were met. Not sure it was worth the cost and everything cost extra including reserving a specific cabin even though there were many empty cabins and we reserved early.

Best KOA we've stayed at yet. Such a pleasant surprise to see so many amenities still open during the off season. Our deluxe cabin was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. Loved the indoor pool and jacuzzi. Friendly service and well resourced services avaliable on site.

We had a great time despite the unexpected winter weather. The indoor pool and hot tub are so nice. The cabins are not stocked as well as they used to be. A few suggestions for items that would make our stays easier: ice cube trays, spatulas and other plastic utensils (large spoons, pasta fork, tongs, ladle), plastic plates and bowls, and a cutting board would be nice too.

We had fun as always but had to cut it short due to an incoming snowstorm and needing to make it home. They graciously refunded our last night we couldn’t stay. We miss the pancake breakfast and fun activities but we had a good time nonetheless. Thanks!

We had a wonderful stay. There are some nice amenities in and around the cabins. However just to note, linens were not left for bunks or pull out. Paper towels were very low so a new roll or an extra would have been nice. There were a few broken items (reported at checkout) and garbage from previous camper left in the game book. Given the holiday closure, an extra garbage bag. Still, we love KOA!

We love your place! However, this last stay was rough. The door had huge gaps and the walls were moldy and rotting. In the last 10 years of going there, every year, that was the worst. Bummer, but I still love ya!

Only thing that would have made it better would have been to have a cover over the porch on the cabins!!!! Cabins were great!

We had a great time as always. We enjoy the year round pool. It was our first time staying in a two room cabin and I would suggest a heater for both rooms. Super cold in the front room where the big bed is because we had to close the bedroom door for the kids so they could feel the heat from the heater. It does not heat the room very good. We will come back in the summer when we don't need heat.

We have stayed here the same weekend every year for years and so much has changed (been taken away) that we won’t be back. The different codes on every door, including the bathrooms, was over the top. Especially when the codes are left at the front door entrance for anyone to acquire so there is zero security. We rented a cabin but our toilet clogged and we didn’t have the code at 1am.

We’ve had great visits several times in the past. This time was definitely not as good. The bathrooms were in terrible shape. Honestly, we’d rather have pit toilets in the state park or dig our own hole/use a bush/not shower, they were that bad at the koa! We understand that staffing is difficult and life happens. Hoping for a better visit next time. The staff we did talk to were very nice.

Great KOA. Stayed in February in a camping cabin which is reasonably priced. There are so many amenities, probably the best KOA I have stayed at. Also saw lots of elk in the campground
