Good, quiet, site was level and easy to access, camp ground staff friendly.

Not impressed. The door on our cabin did not fit right and there was a huge gap under it. All sorts of critters could get in. The air conditioner filter was VERY dirty. The cabin needed a little TLC. The owners were friendly. They need an early check out box for keys.

Thanks for your feed back. As new owners we are working on each cabin one at time. We have added the gap issue to our maintenance team log to be addressed ASAP. We have a slot in our night registration for keys to be place if checking out before the office opens.

Just needed some time away from the house to relax. Also was a good time to make sure everything in the camper still works. Even with the packing up in the rain was enjoyable. Watched movies and drank coffee, for me that's a great way to relax. Last time at this KOA was 2014. I liked the improvements that Jayar and Becky have made. Extra pull-thrus next to the road. The roads are better too,Thx

Campground was clean and well-cared for. Staff was friendly and helpful. My only beef was I thought $5 / person charge for our guests that came for a couple of hours was steep. We had no problem getting into our site. The staff delivered firewood to our campsite which was nice, and the firewood was nice and dry (this is not always the case).

Thanks for your feedback. I understand that you feel $5 is steep for visit fee. We are new owners and we reached out to various KOA to see what their charges to see if we are over charging. $5 is the norm. We do not charge is visitor is here for less than 1 hour.

The neighbors on the first night were a little belligerent, I know that has nothing to do with the Gardner family and they did offer to relocate us if they continued there stay! It wa as great place! Extremely family friendly and quiet. Will absolutely return!!!

VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL STAFF. WE WERE JUST PASSING THROUGH SO DID NOT UTILIZE ALL THE AMENITIES. PRICE WAS SOMEWHAT HIGHER THAN I WOULD LIKE, BUT LOCATION WAS CONVENIENT FOR OUR NEEDS.

We had a great time staying here. The Millers were wonderful and helped us switch to a cabin with no problem at all. Very accommodating and helpful.

Found the peace and quiet I was looking for and would gladly return in the future. While the showers were plenty hot, the sink faucets required a bit of a wait before getting hot.

The hosts were very accommodating and helpful! This was our first KOA stay on our shakedown trip with our new fifth wheel -- Becky and her husband couldn't have been more helpful and encouraging. Thanks.

First we were late in the year Nov 23 looking for a place, nice to find a campground open this far north all year. The new owners were very accommodating and assisted us to the site. Afterwards they invited us to join them and the rest of the campers for thanksgiving dinner. We really appreciated that after being on the road and our camper being winterized. Will be stopping again on way northward.

New owners where super friendly and helpful. Wonderful folks and we had a good time. Sites pretty level, we went in winter and knew from the start the sites are dry (because it's cold and they don't want the pipes to freeze)

Two nights, October 30 and 31. a major storm caused electrical power to be out all over the area. Hosts made sure us and other guests were comfortable, had water they bought if we needed it, and made sure things were looked after in a pleasant and professional way. Nice people.

We could not have been happier with our stay. The new owners are so kind and accommodating. The campground was really well kept and our cabin was amazing. We will undoubtedly be staying again, given the value. We highly recommend this campground!!

Very friendly and helpful management.....bad wind storm killed all power for several days so no water or electricity, but management brought water in for campers!

We were there at the end of the season and had a great time. The new owners are very helpful and friendly. It's great to know they are staying open til the end of October for those of us who like to enjoy the colorful maine fall. Looking forward to our stay next year.

The Best! Our honeymoon could have not been better. We had a campsite that was specially picked for us and it was delightful. Jayer and Becky deserve angel wings for all of the help and suggestions they gave us. Thank you again. It made memories we will hold dear for the rest of our lives. Thanks again

Kabin in "the woods" was great. Having its own bath was a huge plus. Friendly staff too.

New managers since early August 2017 are trying hard to restore this facility's reputation and facilities. Becky and Jayar are eager to please and friendly. Bathroom was very clean. This was our FIRST RV experience, and we wish them well. Location is convenient for those heading farther downeast, as in Acadia N.P.

Awesome KOA! Accommodating and very friendly hosts. I spent some time talking with them during check-in. They have just purchased the KOA in the past few months and I witnessed them working 14 hours a day on making improvements for next season. Will certainly be back.

The new owners Becky and Jayar are great they were helpful, polite and eager to please. I would recommend. While the camp grounds is on a hill the sites are level, lots of trees and you are not parked in a wide open field.

Becky was friendly and helpful on the phone when I called to check on site availability. Becky and the 'man in the kilt' (as Becky lovingly referred to her husband) were very helpful and customer / customer-service oriented when we checked in. The campground was in great shape! It was hard to believe they'd only been owners since August!!! Way to be, Becky and Mr Kilt :) Thanks!

Quiet, friendly. a little rundown needs a little extra touch...maybe a Kamp Kitchen serving dogs, burgers, coffee....not a lot, just a little gathering

The staff was helpful and we were very impressed with the maintenance of the shower house. My only suggestion would be to expand the youth area with a jumping pad and climbing wall.

We Absolutly loved it. My wife didn't want to leave. She was very pleased with the cleanliness of the washrooms they are very clean. The staff was wonderful. The owners are great and went out of their way to make our stay great. They were kind enough to give us an upgrade because the site we wanted was not available. Pencil us in because this will be our yearly go to spot

Very friendly owners and other campers. Always have a great time. Grandkids love the playground and indoor pavilion to do crafts and write on a huge white board. Will be back next season.

Definitely a relaxing atmosphere. Grandkids visited on weekend. They were entertained and enjoyed the experience. The bathrooms were clean, along with the showers. There are stools if you need to use them in the shower. Pets are welcome, nice well kept area. Good value at landry mat and dryer work well. All around great experience, will definitely return.
