All the staff were friendly and very accomodating.. Our initial site couldn't fit our slide out. Within minutes we were in a new site setting up for our stay. The camp ground was clean, restrooms spotless! We will be back again next year!

Great place centrally located to many attractions. We enjoyed the time at Solvang 1 day the next day it was Morro Bay awesome food. Hearst Castle close and if you have nothing else to do you can drive to San Francisco for a day. It was just a great time and relaxing. Also great farmers market in town on Thursday night's. Only thing that I would like to see is less traffic noise.

The pool, playground and activities were great! The kids had so much fun. The bike rental were good except the adult beach cruisers did not have good breaks. Our cabin was nice and comfortable but had a lot of ants even though we ate outside and didn't cook while we were there. The propane fireplace on the patio was a nice feature. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Love staying here! Staff is friendly and it’s so close to the beach. This is a place we always try to stay to and from Canada on our way to see family in Southern California. We’ll be back next year!

Very clean and neatly organized. All equipment was fully operational and the KOA Store was fully stocked and ready for campers arriving. The staff was extremely courteous throughout our stay and even placed us at the best camping location in the park for our needs with pets and young children. Overall one of the best campgrounds that I have stayed at.

It was pretty good. Only major issue is we were in cabin c and the bed was so loud it must have a broken box spring so you could even move or it would be so loud, and cranking. It was definitely a damper cause we barley got a any sleep. I would definitely look into getting new ones

Really nice place to stay. Great if you to bike. Nice bike trail that takes you to Avila Beach. Staffs are really friendly and helpful.

Camp is very clean, people are very friendly. The only thing that mats the stay is the fact that the camp is so packed on weekends and the freeway noise is a little annoying.

We enjoyed our weekend stay at Avila/Pismo Beach KOA. The staff is very friendly, and campground rules spelled out clearly. We greatly appreciated the escort and help getting into our site, a must in this tight-knit campground. We look forward to staying here again.

Suggestion: paint a stripe on the driveway letting those who are checking in where to park. We had to wait about 10 minutes to get to our site because they were completely blocking the drive way.

This place is conveniently located, clean, pretty, and well-maintained. The pool/spa area, playground, and dog park are all great. The spaces are VERY tight and we somehow missed this part ahead of time, so this is important to know. There are some very crabby employees here, which is mentioned often in reviews and we won't return because of this. Very unfortunate.

Nice location, close to lots of great beaches and coastal communities. Check-in was very easy, but the spots are a bit tight and the center back-in are back-to-back, not ideal. Wouldn't recommend site #21 as it's short and no where to park your tow vehicle.

The location was quiet and the grounds were beautiful, and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately our cabin rental left a little to be desired. The cabin was dated, and the walls, cabinets and baseboards could use a spring cleaning. There were ants in the kitchen, bedroom, and living room area. Additionally, though there was a barbecue, all of the kitchen utensils were plastic.

Very well located near a great walking/biking trail that is perfect for the family. We also went to the Avila farms petting zoo next door. Short drive to the beach at Pismo, shell beach or Avila.. The actual grounds are nice as well they have a play ground, Mimi golf a pool (closes to early is my only recommendation) and a rec room. There staff is friendly and helps with getting you backed in with your rig. I did the " deluxe " space with a patio,p it has a fire pit and a BBQ was such a great memory.. Very much recommend.

This is a wonderful KOA! Very well kept and managed. It's a perfect location to see so many things on the central coast.
