I would gave given Baileyton KOA a 5 if the pads were concrete and the roads were Blacktop arrived after a snow and it was very hard to maneuver into a spot(ice)and the snow melted or if it rains the roads and site get to be very wet and messy. The staff is very friendly and helpful showers and bathrooms are clean.

Nice place. Staff was friendly. The sites are gravel with dirt either side which became muddy when it rained. Water handle was difficult to operate. I'd say it was slightly over priced.

We've been staying here for over 6yrs and you couldn't find a better place. They are very accommodating and will go out of there way to make your stay enjoyable. If ever in the area check them out. We always stay in the cabins and they are very clean and you'll feel right at home. Way to go Karen and staff.

This is for most KOA’s, you really need to show more pictures on your website!! It would help in making a section where to stay, I know it would for us. I always look for sites with trees, and haven’t had much luck.

Always a great place to stop on my travels up North. Easy access and away from the interstate noise. Utilities always work well and a good place to get out and stretch after being behind the well for several hours.

The reason for the middle of the road is my recommendation depends on: they have dogs or not. With dogs I give NO RECOMMENDATION and 1 star: inaccessible dog park 1/4 mile away on a hill of ankle deep mud with a trash can NEVER emptied and NO sidewalk to get thru the mud. W/O dogs then it’s OK with a 4 star rating. Open internet is useless, cable TV is good, staff friendly.

Well kept Campground, bath house was well well-kept and warm. Playground didn't affect us, although many children playing in it. Office staff was super friendly and helpful

We stayed at the Baileyton KOA on 2 nonconsecutive nights while traveling along I-81. It was extremely convenient. The staff was responsive and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again.

This is what I expect from a KOA. Easy in and out for an overnight stay. Friendly and very helpful staff. They did seem to cater to a longer stay group too. There was plenty to do at the park if you were staying the weekend. There were new sites under construction and will add a lot of new spaces soon.

Our 5th time staying here .We stay here when visiting our Son and his Family.Sites are easy to pull into and pretty level .Park is clean as well as the showers and it is very quiet at night.

This KOA was ok, but it seemed that there were about 70% permanent campers. Lots of occupied sites had pieces and parts for camper repairs and other items that give that impression. I could have stayed up the street at another "campground" if I wanted that. Bathrooms were clean.

This was our first stay for any more than a single night and we really liked the place, friendly staff and had great weather. One week stay and ready for our road trip further south to another KOA

We enjoyed it. It was $90 more per week than other Baileyton park-and $600 A month more, but had the internet service we needed for work. Sift Gn says bathrooms are cleaned daily, but I'm OCD with an eye for detail; I definitely did not see that.

This is a great KOA. We stayed for one night and came in late but upon waking up in the morning we found a beautiful facility with rolling hills and great views. Will stay again

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Very clean and quiet campground. Numerous activities are available. Staff is a # 1 in all of the KOA's I have stayed.

First surprise was the welcome goody bag, then a diner on site & a take out pizza that delivered to our site & last the peace & quiet on a low lit night for sleeping!!

Late check-in for us, but it was seamless. Super clean, which for us is more important than location since we are only looking for a place to spend the night. Close to I-40 which is convenient if you are just passing through.

We started camping this past summer. Stayed in several campgrounds and this was by far the best. they offered so many things for the kids. Was amazing hope to come back many times
