Absolutely wonderful. The staff was very friendly and eager to help with any questions or help that you needed. Will stay there again and recommend it to anyone who is looking for a nice campground.

Very nice campground plenty of things to do there for kids which so far this is our favorite campground we’ve traveled to this year. We will definitely be back serval times next year

Spent a week here visiting family, really enjoyed the beautiful new campsites. Lot of hard working people have made this an awesome place to stay.

Four and a half. Nice park. Clean facilities. Good wifi (with the added daily surcharge). Ample space between sites. Nice, helpful staff.

Absolutely Impressed! We stayed during a “Halloween weekend.” The amount of amenities and Halloween activities were very impressive. The campground is well maintained. Our particular site was large enough that the kiddos had a little room to run around. The staff was friendly. We will be back!

A lovely campground with a wide open field and very pleasant staff. Would have given a four star rating but the toilets did not appear to be cleaned on a daily basis.

You guys were great! From check in to helping me with getting parked and letting me do some fishing, I had a great stay. Even though it was a quick stay and some rain came through I still enjoyed myself and would definitely return again

We had a blast! Hayride, trick or treaters, carving pumpkins and watching a movie. Enjoyed our granddaughter so much! They really did a great job with Halloween for sure. The restrooms were clean and the staff is so nice. We stayed in our RV and our family stayed in a cabin. I would highly recommend.

Encountered what must be the best shower in the KOA system. The staff was great, the pet area spacious, and the site level.

Everyone we had contact with was very friendly. Site was level, no problem with any of the hookups. We stayed in the new section. Will be glad when the camp store is finally finished.

The bad: Sites are too close together. Campground is too close the the highway, too noisy. The cost is too high. The good: Staff was friendly and the showers/bathrooms were clean.

Great place to stay! The owners and staff go out of their way to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The new section is great for satellite reception. The Halloween festivities were really well done. Special kudos to Karen and Tammy for their assistance when we had a problem and had to extend our stay! Would definitely recommend and return when we're in the area.

Very nice park. We were only there overnight but the park was and sites were very well maintained, check in staff was friendly and helpful. Although we did not have kids, there were lots of activities for those that were in the park.

Our 2nd stay at Baileyton on 10/22/21. Well groomed campground, clean and full hook-ups pull-thru for us. Very convenient on/off I-81. Staff pleasant, organized and welcoming . We were lucky to secure a last minute reservation due to a cancellation on a VERY busy weekend! (thank you Tammy!) Our campsite was part of a new addition, although all have gravel drives and campsites. Level enough.

Stayed here several years snowbirding south. Staff always great and check in quick and easy. Good gravel roads and sites. Good cable and phone reception- (VERIZON). Wonderful upgrades to the grounds. Expanded 31 more sites, bigger playground, BBQ pit and pavilion. Excellent improvement and thanks to the great owners for a good job well done. We will pass along this KOA to everybody.

Nice, level pull thru site near the interstate. Great for a night or two stopover. Clean restrooms. Very dusty roads in campground so it was difficult to enjoy sitting outside with workers moving about during the day.

Close to I 81 very friendly and helpful staff. We were so lucky to be invited to a Halloween decorations contest run by a family reunion at the campground a yearly tradition. Will return when we can.

Overnight stay in new section. Latest section added since our visit last year. Gravel hasn't been fully compressed and wheels sank into it. Had to elevate trailer in order to drain holding tanks as we were on a slope. This is a nice campground and all these issues are due to the new section and I am sure they will be fixed

Stopped in on a trip from Texas to Maryland to find Halloween celebrations in full swing. What a nice surprise it was. Not my first stop here, won’t be my last. Nice new place still expanding, new stuff every time we stop.

Was a stop for the drive home. Staff was friendly Only complaint is in the newer full hook ups is that it’s tough to drain when your all the sites the sewer runs uphill from your camper

We started camping this past summer. Stayed in several campgrounds and this was by far the best. they offered so many things for the kids. Was amazing hope to come back many times
