It was great. We had a nice shady area picked out by the staff which made it very comfortable, even during the hotter parts of the day. The staff always cane by to see how we were doing. Very enjoyable!!

Always a great time at the Batesville KOA. Love the pool and playground. We also fished for the first time this year and had a lot of fun! Wish the bathrooms were nicer and that the wifi was working, but other than that... great place to stay! Everyone is always friendly. The spots are nice.

The park and bath house was extremely clean. Michelle (KOA employee) was very friendly and helpful.

Good campground. That could be great. They have made many improvement over the winter i.e. Installed wi-fi in the campgrounds. Still the roads in the KOA area are not very good. For the most part they are gravel. These roads are in sad shape. Full of potholes and standing water. All other areas in the RV resort are paved.

We had grandbabies with us, they loved the pool and the kiddie pool. The playground was really nice. And the sand volleyball area they played a long time in the sand!! Cars drove a lil fast through the area, so not comfortable with the lil ones on their bikes. The trash looked liked it never been emptied overflowing and everywhere!! Some site were tight. Overall it was decent.

This was my first solo camping trip in a new-to-me pop up camper. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Buildings and pool area were clean. Campground was spacious.

Great Lots every time! Michelle does a wonderful job and makes sure that our experiences at KOA are complete. She is great at customer service as well which is needed when your dealing with so many people. Having the ability to bring is golf cart sets KOA apart from the State Parks in Indiana and Ohio, this KOA is very large, and spread out, so we always enjoy the leisure drives around the park

We arrived before any other campers, after a 45 minute check in, we were told we couldn’t choose our site because the regulars get first choice. After much discouragement she allowed us to choose two different sites. There was human feces all over our site, garbage. She told us she’s check on the pool then told us it was closed, even though it was open. Terrible customer service. Terrible expe

Great site, 85, no shade during the hot sun hours, otherwise wonderful water view site. Just wish there had been a bit more grass for the dogs. The customer service was outstanding! Very clean campground.

We have been asking since last year, that gravel be laid around the concrete pad on #36 ( our favorite spot)! We camp on #36 regularly.... we were there for four nights and the second night it rained for 2hours. We were surrounded by mud and puddles. I called the office, Michelle brought us some cardboard boxes to help with the mud. We have noticed that most of the pads in that row have been grav.

Cold showers. In a campground with over 1000 sites and you have to shower houses with the total of about 8 showers maybe 10 toilets. Other than that all was well. Bathrooms always seem to be an issue at this place

We had a great time. The bathrooms were clean and the grounds were well maintained. It was perfect weather for a bike ride and a long walk around the grounds. It was a bit chilly to swim, but the water looked inviting. We were visiting some friends who were passing through in their RV, but we would definitely stay again if we were in southern Indiana.

The KOA is part of a larger RV resort and is definitely an after thought. Spaces are tight and many of them require an extension for your power cord?water hose. The bathroom and showers are far way and you are better off driving a car to get to them. Registration requires CC payment or exact change. Campstore has limited hours, closing at 6pm. No amenties available, no reduction in charges.

Very nice place to stay! Michele was so helpful and found us the perfect spot after driving all over the complex with us. She helped us with setup and everything.

Not impressed. Taken to a site which was not level. Ended up parking on slab reserved for picnic table. Lots of nice sites in our section, but no sewer. Staff nice.

Wet large and spacious. Staff very nice Clean. Good amenities. The only down side was lack of voltage at campsites. AC shut down several times due to low voltage. Was worried about burning up electrical appliances in camper. Needs more capacity to keep up. If you can fix this we will def be back.

Bathrooms had standing water from the showers. Escort girl was not familiar with sites. Campground ran out of firewood. Overall generally disappointing.

Nice sites, some are shaded and some aren't. When everything opens back up, there will be plenty for you to do. Super nice staff!!! We will def be back!!

Traveling through area. KOA always open. Electric didnt work at campsite. Only one shower house open for whole campground which consists of 3 different ones. Close to Brookville lake which is good and away from highway so less traffic noise. Fell in pot hole in road. Ok stay I guess. Too many parties with alcohol going on for my taste.

We stay at Batesville KOA as often as we can. It's the nicest KOA campground around. Michelle and Jodi are the sweetest and most helpful. Always greeting with a smile and accommodating for our 3 family crew. Campground has acres and acres of clean, cut green space for kids and pets. Large, maintained play area.

Michelle is the best, she's always doing everything she can to help and to make sure that you're enjoying your stay. She even comes around when she's getting ready to leave to make sure that nobody needs anything, that's A+ in my eyes!!!!

The camping area was nothing compared to other KOA. Staff was pleasant on arrival. But delayed at returning calls or answering phones. Our sight was under water some place water above ankles. The beach was closed due to water testing and was not informed ahead time.

We arrived on a very rainy afternoon but the person who escorted us to our site did not have a problem with the heavy rain and took us to our site with a smile.

We could not do much in the area due to COVID 19 but we will be back because of the things to see and due.

Just stayed overnight but when we checked in 15 minutes before closing the 2 women working the front desk upgraded our site to a pull thru so we wouldn't have to unhook our tow in the rain and dark😀 thank you so much! If we are ever in the neighborhood again we would stay again and hopefully have time to check out the campgrounds.

Awesome crew at the Batesville KOA! Stayed here a couple nights ago and had a couple electrical hiccups. The electrical guru fixed the power pole in minutes, and the amazing manager drove from town to help reset a dryer for me. Amazing care for the residents, and I was only an overnighter. Then today, to top off a perfect stay, I even got a huge rebate for my site fee. Will definitely be back next time I pass throughout the area.
