Always love it here. So glad to see Michelle return she is the sweetest! Wish they could figure out how to keep ppl from junking up the restrooms � nasty folks. (Cameras maybe lol)

The only reason that I did not give 5 stars was due to the fact that site 90 has an electric hookup on a wooden pole. This pole was rotting and caused the pole to lean. Had to use duct tape to keep our cord connected..

The spot was not level and was very “swampy” and had standing water in the back near the electric and septic areas. The waste tank had not been emptied prior to our arrival at 5pm, and there were three spaces that came together within 30 feet, which doesn’t leave much space to move around should they all be rented. However, we still enjoyed ourselves and will visit again, in a different site

The spots were small & very muddy area. The pool wasn’t open. We were told it should be open when we arrived, we found out at arrival it was closed, they were awaiting inspection to open. We were told the beach was open, it was more muddy than sandy and there was a sign stating that it was closed due to state law. Our kids loved the playground & would have liked the pool. Michelle was friendly.

They are always so friendly and we love the family focused staff! Michelle is so accommodating and really works to make sure all guests have what they need!!!

The garbage dumpsters were completely full when we pulled in. Trash piled up all around the out side! . At night there was an order that came from the dumpsters into our camp site that was in direct line . Four days later it was finally addressed. Won’t be back!

Only saw one worker the trash was overflowed from sat thru we’d. No security. Did not receive a receipt. I am now realizing 1st opening after vivid but still feel like I got the comforts of a koa

The site was very nice very well-maintained grass was cut the only downside to the whole time was garbage they did not pick up the garbage at your site and when you went to the dumpsters every single one was packed full I would think if the whole campsite was Packed it would be 100 times worseThat was the only downfall to the whole experience

My space was amazing, but, if there would have been a 2 RV in the space next to me it would have been VERY crowded and not fun.

Check in went with ease, with the staff escorting us to our site. The playground is large along with a full size basketball court, 6 corn hole pits, and horseshoe pits.The pool was closed for the season. The campground could use more staff. The garbage cans very over flowing out front of the restrooms/bath house on Friday evening and remained full when we left Sunday. Men's shower area dirty.

We had a very nice time for the weekend. we look forward for the holloween trick or treat at the site. Staff was very helpful.

I booked 29 campsites and everyone had a great time and we all plan on returning next year and then some! Thanks for always taking care of me and my family and friends!

Love the Batesville KOA! Would love to see cable and wifi added. Would also love to see upgrades to the restrooms. Other than that... absolutely love the area, staff and all of the activities that the Batesville KOA offers!

If you're unlucky enough to get one of the middle sites without full hook up you are on top of you're neighbor. Sites are too close and too many golf carts and other vehicles driving around. Can't even unhook or hook up you're camper without a back up off golf carts. No place to park truck after unhooking from camper.

Like always it was very good we go there a lot because it’s so clean the people are nice they take care of you and it’s a quiet park. Michelle was the most gracious staff member that I have EVER encountered at a KOA! Would most definitely recommend staying there to all!

Very friendly, only reason for a 4 + instead of a 5 no WiFi, however they said they would have upgrade by next year... we are year round travelers so this is important to us... We would return if we are in area.

Great place and great employees. We were not happy with the first site we were assigned to. They made a change for us with no questions asked! Also my dogs are like my kids it was so awesome to meet Leah when she stopped and got out of her car with dog toys!

The ladies in the KOA office were so nice and I love that they would stop and chat with us making sure we were happy with our stay. We will be coming back.

The staff is always very friendly and helpful! The campsite had everything we needed. The one issue that needs addresses is the restrooms! They are horrible and gross. I realize we’re camping it’s not going to be the Hilton. There were only two working toilets and the restrooms were dirty and gross. They are desperately in a need of an upgrade.

Staff was friendly. Showers were clean. We would stay here again. Only negative thing I can say is that the grill was not cleaned out and so hubby had to do that before we could use it.

The check in lady was very friendly. First time visitors, we picked our site off the map. She took us to it but we realized it was too high traffic so she let us switch. Grounds we nice overall, spots can be tight but we didn’t have anyone immediately next to us so that was great. Only negatives were only 2-3 toilets working and loud drunk people long after the 11pm cut off.

Staff was very helpful but the restroom had water problems - toilets didn't flush correctly and the bathhouse was not as clean as usual for a KOA. The campground is very nice and has a beautiful setting.

we have stayed at this KOA several times and love it. The only negative this trip was the fire ban due to drought (out of control of KOA) but we were told we could go get a propane fire pit.....after spending the money on one, setting it up and enjoying it for about 10 minutes we were told we could not use it. Sure wish we knew before going out to buy one.

Michelle and the rest of staff are awesome. Our only draw back was we couldn’t build a campfire and we were looking forward to it, since it was going be perfect weather weekend for it. We were told we could use a propane campfire,so went and purchased one, but no such luck being able to use it either!!! But we have it for future use and we completely understood due to how dry it was.

Beautiful campground to relax in with great staff! Michelle was always around saying Hi or informing us of things to do. No wifi in campsite only in pavilion but great reception with cell signal for both At&t and Verizon.

Full hook up Sites were in top of each - lucky nobody was next to us their sewer hose was 2 feet from our concrete pad . Staff was friendly very nice campground

the only time that we saw anyone that worked for KOA was when we checked in, unless they drove around the campground when we were gone. Have 2 campgrounds within in one area I think is hard to keep other campers from invading the other campsites. definitely need pull thru and full hook up and 50 amp.

Just stayed overnight but when we checked in 15 minutes before closing the 2 women working the front desk upgraded our site to a pull thru so we wouldn't have to unhook our tow in the rain and dark😀 thank you so much! If we are ever in the neighborhood again we would stay again and hopefully have time to check out the campgrounds.

Awesome crew at the Batesville KOA! Stayed here a couple nights ago and had a couple electrical hiccups. The electrical guru fixed the power pole in minutes, and the amazing manager drove from town to help reset a dryer for me. Amazing care for the residents, and I was only an overnighter. Then today, to top off a perfect stay, I even got a huge rebate for my site fee. Will definitely be back next time I pass throughout the area.
