We just pulled in for the night. But it is a very nice KOA very clean. Staff was very friendly and prices are very reasonable.

Back again! Our favorite spot was already booked, so Michelle placed us in a new spot that she thought we would like. She was right!! Super close to the restrooms, the site had a lot of shade, and even with the quick thunderstorm, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Took our boat out and enjoyed the lake too! We now have 3 favorite site spaces! We will continue to return multiple times a year!!

Camp is beautiful. Site was clean, close to water and bathhouse. Well lit. Friendly and helpful staff. Bathhouse needed more frequent attention. Someone missed potty with #2, stepped in it and tracked it through the ladies side on Sunday evening. Big mess wasnt cleaned up until late Mon AM. Trash was overflowing in dumpsters. Need better contract with waste management?

We enjoyed our stay with KOA! Except having to move our vehicle for others campers! Yes!! I was pulled in my parking spot!

The site was level, which is always a plus. There is an abundance of large potholes, which is not a plus and you lose points for that. We stay at many private campgrounds, whose offices are open and available all day, unlike this one that is part of a corporation, so we couldn't register our arrival until exactly noon. It's kind of anal but we understand. It was fine.

I use KOA campgrounds to get away, but I work during the day on Saturday. I booking my weekend on the Monday prior and didnt see anything about the internet being down. Once I arrived, I was notified that the internet was down and unknown when it was going to be up. I was told it was on the site. I dont check the site once i book. Big mistake. If i would have left I would have lost my depost

We only stayed two nights as part of a small road trip. Campground was nice and very family friendly! It is part of a larger resort so it’s bigger than any other KOA that I’ve ever been but was still very nice! 45 minutes away from Cincinnati for a great day trip too!

The nice lady that was running the front desk and driving the golf cart to each site was incredibly helpful. She even offered to allow me to move to a different site, if I wanted to, which I didn't need to. This KOA is beautiful, sites were level and the lakes, trees, distance from freeway, were perfect for a good day of recreation, or in our case, sleep.

The box to site 82 is far away from the camper, but we were able to borrow an extension from friends.Then we couldn't get the electric to work. We spent at least 30 minutes fooling around with the box to get it to work. Hopefully it is fixed soon because we weren't the only ones to have this problem and people were upset about it. We like coming here, but it wasn't our best visit.

I want to give a great big shoutout to Jody and Michelle! Thank you for going above and beyond to make our weekend turn out as amazing as it did. We ended up having issues with the electric pole at our site. You got the electrician out to us and when it wasn’t resolved, you moved us to another site. The extra small things you did spoke volumes to us. You definitely care about your campers!!

Restrooms is always the kicker :( again with covid 19 we need constant cleanliness and hot water. Patio was muddy and dirty I'm guessing from previous day's rain.

Sites are way too small. Too many long term renters creating a constant traffic jam of golf carts.

This was my first time RV camping. Michelle was very patient, helpful, and friendly! The spot she chose for us was perfect! Everything was very clean and the people were very nice!

Nice place to camp. The roads in the KOA area are terrible. They are gravel and there are potholes big enough to lose a small camper. Roads need to be improved immediately.

We were a late arrival. The pre-arrival email didn't provide information on site number or late arrival information. We went to the registration office and no information on the door. Then we went to the security office. The lady was able to provide us with our site number and a map but didn't know where are site was. I would suggest better signage for site markers. Water hook up was too far.

The host(Jody?) went out of her way to be helpful. Space was limited with our camper size and we had no room to park our truck. She offered for us to park at the adjacent campsite.

It was great. We had a nice shady area picked out by the staff which made it very comfortable, even during the hotter parts of the day. The staff always cane by to see how we were doing. Very enjoyable!!

Always a great time at the Batesville KOA. Love the pool and playground. We also fished for the first time this year and had a lot of fun! Wish the bathrooms were nicer and that the wifi was working, but other than that... great place to stay! Everyone is always friendly. The spots are nice.

Good campground. That could be great. They have made many improvement over the winter i.e. Installed wi-fi in the campgrounds. Still the roads in the KOA area are not very good. For the most part they are gravel. These roads are in sad shape. Full of potholes and standing water. All other areas in the RV resort are paved.

We had grandbabies with us, they loved the pool and the kiddie pool. The playground was really nice. And the sand volleyball area they played a long time in the sand!! Cars drove a lil fast through the area, so not comfortable with the lil ones on their bikes. The trash looked liked it never been emptied overflowing and everywhere!! Some site were tight. Overall it was decent.

Great Lots every time! Michelle does a wonderful job and makes sure that our experiences at KOA are complete. She is great at customer service as well which is needed when your dealing with so many people. Having the ability to bring is golf cart sets KOA apart from the State Parks in Indiana and Ohio, this KOA is very large, and spread out, so we always enjoy the leisure drives around the park

We arrived before any other campers, after a 45 minute check in, we were told we couldn’t choose our site because the regulars get first choice. After much discouragement she allowed us to choose two different sites. There was human feces all over our site, garbage. She told us she’s check on the pool then told us it was closed, even though it was open. Terrible customer service. Terrible expe

Great site, 85, no shade during the hot sun hours, otherwise wonderful water view site. Just wish there had been a bit more grass for the dogs. The customer service was outstanding! Very clean campground.

We have been asking since last year, that gravel be laid around the concrete pad on #36 ( our favorite spot)! We camp on #36 regularly.... we were there for four nights and the second night it rained for 2hours. We were surrounded by mud and puddles. I called the office, Michelle brought us some cardboard boxes to help with the mud. We have noticed that most of the pads in that row have been grav.

Cold showers. In a campground with over 1000 sites and you have to shower houses with the total of about 8 showers maybe 10 toilets. Other than that all was well. Bathrooms always seem to be an issue at this place

We had a great time. The bathrooms were clean and the grounds were well maintained. It was perfect weather for a bike ride and a long walk around the grounds. It was a bit chilly to swim, but the water looked inviting. We were visiting some friends who were passing through in their RV, but we would definitely stay again if we were in southern Indiana.

Just stayed overnight but when we checked in 15 minutes before closing the 2 women working the front desk upgraded our site to a pull thru so we wouldn't have to unhook our tow in the rain and dark😀 thank you so much! If we are ever in the neighborhood again we would stay again and hopefully have time to check out the campgrounds.

Awesome crew at the Batesville KOA! Stayed here a couple nights ago and had a couple electrical hiccups. The electrical guru fixed the power pole in minutes, and the amazing manager drove from town to help reset a dryer for me. Amazing care for the residents, and I was only an overnighter. Then today, to top off a perfect stay, I even got a huge rebate for my site fee. Will definitely be back next time I pass throughout the area.
