Staff was friendly. Showers were clean. We would stay here again. Only negative thing I can say is that the grill was not cleaned out and so hubby had to do that before we could use it.

Staff was very helpful but the restroom had water problems - toilets didn't flush correctly and the bathhouse was not as clean as usual for a KOA. The campground is very nice and has a beautiful setting.

The entry gate of trying to scan a card to enter the park did not work just about every time we approached the park entry gate.

we have stayed at this KOA several times and love it. The only negative this trip was the fire ban due to drought (out of control of KOA) but we were told we could go get a propane fire pit.....after spending the money on one, setting it up and enjoying it for about 10 minutes we were told we could not use it. Sure wish we knew before going out to buy one.

Michelle and the rest of staff are awesome. Our only draw back was we couldn’t build a campfire and we were looking forward to it, since it was going be perfect weather weekend for it. We were told we could use a propane campfire,so went and purchased one, but no such luck being able to use it either!!! But we have it for future use and we completely understood due to how dry it was.

Beautiful campground to relax in with great staff! Michelle was always around saying Hi or informing us of things to do. No wifi in campsite only in pavilion but great reception with cell signal for both At&t and Verizon.

Full hook up Sites were in top of each - lucky nobody was next to us their sewer hose was 2 feet from our concrete pad . Staff was friendly very nice campground

the only time that we saw anyone that worked for KOA was when we checked in, unless they drove around the campground when we were gone. Have 2 campgrounds within in one area I think is hard to keep other campers from invading the other campsites. definitely need pull thru and full hook up and 50 amp.

We had a wonderful stay at Batesville’s KOA. The staff was very helpful helping us get situated. We enjoyed visiting with family members in area. The campground was nice and very well organized. I would gladly recommend this campground to family and friends.

We had an awesome time and for the most part a private site. No one camped to the right of us and we backed up to the woods. The only negative, which is out of KOA's hands, was that the County had a no "burn" ordinance in a effect due to the drought.

Everyone there is very pleasant to be around and they try to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. They come and check on you to make sure everything is ok, even after you're parked, great group of employees!!!!!

I want to start off saying Michelle is awesome. I was unable to dump my tanks the day I left due to the septic tank being full and sewage coming out the top of the lid in the ground. When letting a employee know they just said we will let someone know. No one ever made it around to help us with the issue. I had to back in the site next to me to dump my tanks. Other then that great hospitality.

Very quiet compared to the holiday weekends we've stayed even though the park was full. We arrived a little early as we've done in the past, No one around except in guard house. Lady wasn't the friendly. Told us " the rules can't be broken" when we said we'd checked in early the other years we've stayed there.. Seems the golf carts were following the slow rules of driving where as not on holida

Every time we stay it is a great experience and yours is one of the nicest and friendliest. The only issue we had was the septic was full and overflowing on lot 9 and 10 and we had to finish dumping at the dump station. No worries though, S*#t happens. LOL Pardon the Pun.

Yes, this KOA is part of a much larger campground, and yes, the sites are narrow. BUT, everyone there seemed to be having a great time. The office folks were terrific, even calling me to offer me a different site when one came open. Clean laundry. I understand they will have wi-fi next year.

We arrived Tues. 9-10-19 and plugged in at site #71. We plugged our cord into the 30 Amp receptacle and turned on the AC. That tripped the breaker and I found it was very warm to the touch. I advised Michelle and she had someone replace the breakers. We left Thurs, 9-12-19 and I found my cord end had melted into the Receiver end on the camper. I repaired the parts myself, cost $157.53, no labor.

We are 50 amp but stayed on a 30 amp spot. Usually no problem but the electric kep tripping. The KOA did try to fix it but it was over 93 degrees and since we were only 30 minutes from home, we left and went home. Came back the next day since it cooled off and we stayed but couldn't use the air. Also disappointed that mo cable was available. Spot was very small.

we love to stay at the Batesville koa Michelle in the office always helps my Husband back his camper in with no problem. every one is so friendly there and the grounds are kept very very nice .

Myself and 5 other guys stayed here for a bachelor party weekend. The staff was very professional and made sure our stay was perfect. The day we left, the septic tank that myself and the person next to me (the bachelor) began to over flow creating a terrible smell and health hazard. I notified the staff but they didn’t seem like they cared very much. No one came to check the overflow issue. Lot

We have been staying at the KOA in Batesville Indiana for several years. Every time we go we see new improvements to the park. The manager, Jody is always very helpful and you can tell she really cares about the park. It is clean, quiet , And family friendly. I would highly recommend this park to anyone. They do an outstanding job and should be rewarded for it.

Very friendly and helpful staff, they looked up info on the churchs in the area, after we had mentioned something about going to church, but really didn’t ask specifically about any additional info, Thank You !!! Stopped by the campsite just to ask if everything was fine !!! Good staff !!! Grounds were well kept and there was many things to do at the campgrounds !!! Ivan n Judy S.

The campground was not bad, and your office person, Jennifer, was polite and pleasant when we checked in. However, the following morning, I was in the shower when the water was turned off. We were not told that this would happen. If we had been given notice, we would have been prepared. I was not happy to be surprised when the water was suddenly turned off and the workmen were outside digging.

Just stayed overnight but when we checked in 15 minutes before closing the 2 women working the front desk upgraded our site to a pull thru so we wouldn't have to unhook our tow in the rain and dark😀 thank you so much! If we are ever in the neighborhood again we would stay again and hopefully have time to check out the campgrounds.

Awesome crew at the Batesville KOA! Stayed here a couple nights ago and had a couple electrical hiccups. The electrical guru fixed the power pole in minutes, and the amazing manager drove from town to help reset a dryer for me. Amazing care for the residents, and I was only an overnighter. Then today, to top off a perfect stay, I even got a huge rebate for my site fee. Will definitely be back next time I pass throughout the area.
