Clean, RV's not stacked on each other and lady in the office was pleasant.....much, much better than my last 2 stays!! I wasn't stuck out in the middle of some open area with no shade. Also, the internet was finally reasonable......as for the internet.....if you are going to offer it then it should be powerful enough to handle the load of all RV's even the farthest away....

They should put on their website that the pool Is closed!!!! We wouldn’t have stayed there if we had known that.

Very clean and well presented with nice landscaping throughout. The managers are really on top of everything. The only negative was that the pool was not open and when we stay 2 or more nights at a KOA, this is essential, especially with 90+ ° Temps. This was the 2nd KOA that we stayed at the past month with no working pool. �

Small beautiful camp ground. We had a deluxe site with a swing. Unfortunately the rain and heat prevented us from enjoying the outdoor patio. Great dog park. Everything was clean and well maintained

Location was great. Lots of restaurants close by. Easy in and out. Bummed about no pool in the middle of July. My kids were disappointed after a long ride in the motorhome expecting outside pool play. We will be back if we travel though again. Grounds were very clean and the staff was great!

Thanks to all the friendly and accommodating KOA staff we had a most pleasant stay at the BR KOA - as we usually do. We enjoyed our breakfast at the KOA Kitchen - thank you Stephanie and Ed. We will see you the next time we are in BR area.

Nice KOA, loved the breakfast opportunities but was super disappointed that the pool was under repair, it was not mentioned when I called to book my 2 RV spots. Other than that we always enjoy KOA’s!

Our stay was only one night but the management made us feel very welcome. The campground is set up very nice with very good amenities. We will definitely return for a longer stay in the future.

First KOA I've been to that has offered breakfast, so that was a nice surprise. Overall a good stay, the grounds were clean, cabin was clean, and we got to play some minigolf before we left. I've always had a great experience at KOAs and this one was no different, better even.

We stayed in one of the Camp Lodge (bathrooms included in the cabin). Everything was very clean and well stocked. We were very pleased with this quick overnight stop on our way home.

Good overnight stay. Nice/helpful staff. The sites for travelers were pretty nice. The long term sites could use some work/attention. It was very wet and I could tell they were working so solve the mud/puddle problems.

I really appreciated that I could check in after hours. Easy to follow instructions to do so, along with a map. Facilities clean and accommodating. The only thing I would say is perhaps a little sign noting which street tent area is located. In the dark it took some time to find. Maybe attach to the sign with the existing RV numbers.

My family and I appreciated the hospitality and faculty at this location. The restrooms were exceptionally clean and sanitized. Thank you for such a great stay!!!

Flooded, unable to hook up septic, asked for a new, dry area was told not possible, all reserved. No compassion, no offer to reduce what we paid.

One of the Best park we’ve ever stayed in! Lots of fun things for the kids to do. Only negative is that it was packed and somewhat congested in trying to get a big RV out early in the morning.

We have stayed here several times but this is the first time I have used the laundry. They need more dryers! The 6 washers are all regular size, the 2 dryers are huge! Pool was not open. It also was not in mid May when we were there. On the plus side the staff is great! We noticed that some of the pads have been replaced with nice concrete pads. Hope this is a project that continues!
