We were only here for about 12 hours. The park was clean and the staff was awesome!!

Pleasant customer service. My biggest issue was the pool being out of service for construction. Your website does not reflect this issue. The Wi-Fi was spotty at best and the cable was weak analog. This park is really an overnight stop, not a multiple day stay for families during the summer. Please let your customers know about having no pool.

Very disappointed. Made the reservation to stay a week while I was in class. Looked at the pool and loved the set up. Brought the family so they could relax, drove up and big sign saying pool is closed. Asked them and they let me know it had been closed for a month and will remain closed indefinitely while they have it repaired. I would have liked to have know that before I filled my rig there.

This was our second stay at Baton Rouge KOA. It’s close to home for us and a fun chance to camp. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. There is a very nice playground, complimentary mini golf, and a nice camp store. Very well maintained and clean. The only disappointment of the trip was the pool being close for repair, but we can’t wait to go back once it’s up and running.

Pool had no water. Still had to pay full price. Had two bored grandchildren! Will find a different campground!

Just stayed one night. Park has lots of amenities for every RV traveler.

Pool was closed the entire week, no mention of it on the website or in booking emails. There’s not much to enjoy at a koa besides the amenities, because of the crammed together sites with no views. We stayed for a week and planned to swim all week, so it was a big disappointment, especially since it’s June. Back half is long term, which is unusual for the other KOA’s we’ve stayed at.

Site numbers 20 - 40 have their sewer connection to far away for a Class A rig that’s pulling a trailer or a car on a Dolly.

Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Campground was very clean and in good repair. It is unfortunate that while we stayed, the swimming pool was under repair. BUT the fact that they are attentive to maintenance is awesome.

Great level sites. Everyone was very helpful and got us to our sites and made sure we had everything we needed. The bath house is exceptional. We will stay at this location again. Great job by all that make this KOA a great family stop.

Pool closed. Laundry says open 24 hours, closes at 8PM. Site was level though small. Staff friendly.

Staff was friendly. We did not use any of the features as we just overnighted there. We did walk thru the park and it was clean and well taken care of.

Sites were very close together. Pool was closed for repairs on Memorial Day weekend and we were given no advance notice. Asked to upgrade our site, but were unable to because electricity was being cut off to an entire row of sites on a holiday weekend. For the amenities available to us, we could have stayed at a state park for a third of the cost.

The level concrete pull-thrus were great. The couple who checked us in and took us to our site were very friendly and helpful; they are real assets to the park. If the owners would finish renovating the park and make the rest of it look like the first two rows, it would greatly improve the place. We will definitely return for another stay, if nothing else because of the hospitality shown.

Only issue was that there was no mention of the pool being closed on the website or when we called to make reservations. Would have been nice to know that. Other than that, very clean and super friendly staff.

Very disappointed!!! The pool and kiddy pool were both closed and no one advised us of this even though we spoke with the people in the office several times prior to arrival. Also, 4 of the games including the pool table were out of order with signs on them, or they took your money and did not let us play. The positive part were the staff. Will not come back anytime soon!!

Everyone very nice!!!! Our granddaughter really enjoyed the playground. The putt- putt was a neat surprise.

Would have been nice to know the the pool closure before our arrival. One of the reasons I booked this place was because it had a pool. No discount offered for lack of amenities.. Out of order games in the game room could also be fixed. Lady and gentleman that helped us check in were very friendly and helpful. Spot was is super close to neighbors but did have great hookups.

We stopped on the way back to FL from a cross country trip. This KOA was clean and friendly with good hot showers and plenty of laundry space. Most impressive were the dump stations. These were easier to connect than anywhere we have stayed on our 4 week trip. The new design had a cover that lifted by stepping on the side, and were elevated enough from the concrete to easily attach.

Very convenient to major roads. Lots for kids to do. Clean and made an easy stay. Will stay here again.

Staff was wonderful. Campground was very clean. Hook-ups worked well. Some sites were very close together but ours was spacious. Most cement pads were very broken up and in need of repair. The park seemed rundown. Price was high considering the rundown condition of the park.

We stayed here on 2 different occasions and we loved it there.The couple the runs that place are so nice and sweet. Campgrounds was so clean and well kept and it was very peaceful. I would go back again and again just to see that couple that runs the place.

Way to close to each other can't sit outside picnic table was rotten an can't use no fire pit an pool was broken an they said that we will not have power on truesday it was just awful we left the next day we had it reserved for a month just spent 1 night too hard to park tt in the spot not enough room they put us in long term lot it wasn't fit for a dog I will never go back

Facility should disclose that pool is not operational and that playground is unavailable. When traveling with children this some of the main considerations when deciding where to stay.

We stayed 2 nights at Baton Rouge KOA! Check-in was a breeze and we were escorted to our parking spot immediately! We were very pleased with our stay. Nice facilities too!
