We stayed for 4 nights in your captain cabin. We also had other family staying throughout the camp. Everyone had a great time. The only thing that would have made our stay better is possibly pushing quiet hours to 11:00 instead of 10:00. Since it didn’t get dark until 10:00, we didn’t usually start a fire until 9:30 and found ourself stepping on eggshells trying to keep voices at a whisper.

The site was nice however the Bathhouse was disgusting, the showers were coedand extremely dirty and we even found dirty old men's underwear on the bathroom shelf and a hole on the wall! Staff definitely needs to upkeep the bath houses more! Also there was loud construction on the cabin behind our site, we couldn't sit outside and enjoy the site for the 1st day because of how loud it was.

It was fantastic. Great for activities and location is great. Everythinbg is well mantained and comfortable and the staff are so nice.

Fun, but crowded. The campground changes every year with new additions. But they can't seem to keep the grass green in the buddy sights and they should pave the main road. Other campgrounds have updated the main roads, but this one is still gravel. Time to update the mini golf, it's been the same for years. PLANT NEW SOD, THE DIRT IS SUCH A DRAWBACK.

Love this camp ground! Grass could have been mowed and weeded at our site but other than that it was very clean. Loved all the new plants since last time we were there.

This was about our sixth KOA over the last couple years. This was far the best. Lots of kids, people and dogs. The only draw back is they don’t have access to the lake. The showers were clean along with our space. We have a 35’ travel trailer with tow slides. No problem fitting into the space. Staff was friendly and helpful.

False advertising…no marina in sight! Poor management to allow large loud family reunion in cramped site which overflowed onto our space. Counter help people were confused and lacked good customer service skills.

This was one of the nicest KOA’s we have stayed at. Everything was very clean, the location was great and the staff was very friendly. I highly recommend staying here.

Have staff in the office, know directions to local sites like a good beach at the lake, Pickleville, etc. They handed us a map, but would have been nice to have a list of local beaches and a quick blurb about that area and directions if you can’t Siri it. More activities surrounding the wkly theme. Loved and enjoyed our time there and lots of fabulous memories!

I stayed in a cabin Saturday June 19 and checked out Saturday June 26. Everything was great except when I tried to take a shower the day I got there I had no hot water. I understand things don't always go as planned. The front desk sent a repairman quickly. He fixed it and I had hot water for two nights. The remaining nights I had to take cold showers or shower elsewhere. No time to call repair l

Mostly great as always. It seemed like paper towels being out was a constant thing though over our 4 day stay. In both the new bathroom in the back a ton and the bathroom in the middle of the koa.

We were surprised at the huge variety of activities and amenities available and thought it was an especially great place for families! Also a great place for family reunions and other group gatherings. When we got there, the fellow guiding us to our spot suggested that we take the site next to it for additional shade and space from campers already in their sites; that was very thoughtful.

This was my favorite KOA ever! We may head back to Utah just to go here! It was beautiful and so many fun things to do. We will be back!!

Had a great time! We had deluxe cabin 304 and the gas burners weren't working, one window needed repair ( didn't close properly, and there was a leak under the bathroom sink -- we ended up putting the small trash can under the piping to catch the water. The burners and the window were addressed during our stay, but because of these small issues I needed to stop short of giving a perfect score.

This was our families first time visiting Bear Lake. We had an amazing stay at the KOA. So much for our kids to do!

The cabin bunk beds had bugs and the kids cried because they had to sleep there.

It was sold out and very busy however the bathrooms were clean as well as our cabin. The staff were all helpful and friendly. The location is perfect for the lake and beaches.

Too many screaming kids and too many barking dogs. Worst part is our neighbor's dog barked almost the whole time we were there, including all day Friday when they weren't there. We tried to call the office numerous times and we either got no answer or the machine. We finally got a call back late on Friday and they told us they had been too busy to call us back and deal with the situation.

We only stayed for 2 nights, but loved how family orientated the KOA was and all the amenities that were included. It's a beautiful area and would love to come back in the future!

It’s worth it to make the splurge on one of the fenced in sites, otherwise you’re pretty cozy with your neighbors. This KOA had everything we could have wanted. Restrooms were always clean, so many fun amenities, and extra bonus it’s walking distance to the grocery store in case there’s anything you left behind. Can’t wait to come back!

The staff was very supportive and helpful in supporting our week long family reunion. The campground had great facilities to include deluxe RV sites, camp kitchen and pavilion. The camp ground was conveniently located next to a Ace Hardware and a very well stocked grocery store. We found the high altitude and cool summer weather desirable. Over all the stay was great!

Although I had trouble with the toilet in my cabin on two days, the staff made sure it was repaired right away. I give the staff the highest rating possible as they were always friendly, courteous and helpful. The park was close to things to do, which was a big advantage in having limited time in Utah.

They were not very helpful and actually are a little rude. They cancelled my reservation thinking it was someone else’s and then kept telling me that I canceled. My spot was not nice at all. We even had to ask them multiple times to turn the lights on for the pickle ball courts when it was way before quiet time. I have stayed there many years and never had the experience I just had. Nice KOA with a bunch of nice new sites. They need to put a security gate through to the Mike's / Ace parking lot so guests don't have to walk all the way around.

We had a wonderful time and felt so lucky to have found a cabin available. It would have been a 5 star rating because we loved our stay there, except we felt like the cabin we stayed in wasn’t quite ready for us. Some of the cleaning products were left on the table. It needed a good floor wash and cleaning.

We had a great stay in June 2021! Our site #S035 was one of the hot tub sites, and worth every penny! With this KOA being quite busy, it was very nice having a little extra privacy. The area could use a little more grass, and it was not very level. Other than that, a great base of operations for exploring the area.

We had been riding bikes for several hours ( from blacksmith fork to Bear lake ) and this was a great place to stay over night!
