The cabin was nice. Bathrooms clean. Staff was helpful and kind. Too many campsites on top of each other however. Quiet time not observed by other campers near by

We have only missed coming to Bear Lake KOA twice in the last 30 years! This year we were surprised to have a NEW cabin that was fantastic. You have great activities for the kids and a friendly staff. We LOVE the Bear Lake Garden City KOA!

My family has come to Bear Lake for 4 years now and the Marina KOA NEVER disappoints! They have great activities for kids of all ages, clean lodging and bathrooms and I always feel safe when we are there. We already have our cabin booked for 2022!!

Great place and my family has been going there for years however, the bathrooms have become disgusting over the past years and need some help. Especially the cabin style bathrooms.

We are so grateful for the attention to keeping the bathrooms clean and well stocked. Thank you to the staff for being friendly and accommodating. One thing that might be nice for the campers tenting by the area where your little motor vehicles and equipment are stored is to keep the dust down as they drive back and forth maybe with gravel or road mix .

Our family’s first time to bear lake. stayed in a cabin with bathroom/micro/fridge. Stayed 3 nights. Enjoyed all the amenities the kamgound offered. Kids loved riding bikes around, jumping pillow, and pickleball. located next to a convenience store /market/hardware store. enjoyed spending hours at the lake and coming back to a fun time at the campground each day. Friendly family atmospher

The cabin accommodations were fantastic, minus the roaches we had to kill! The staff was helpful and friendly, the reminders were appreciated and the available outside activities were great!

Check in was smooth. Loved the a/c in our Kabin. We were in k104- handy to have fridge- but in the way of futon. Can you move it to the corner by the mirror by stringing the power cord around the door frame, similar to what you did with the TV antenna? We loved the Pickleball courts and the bath house by it- so nice - however hot water missing every morning.

We love staying at this KOA. We use RV spots and camping cabins every summer. There is so much for the kids to do. The only complaint I have is that my favorite RV spots (17 & 18) has no grass left because of the drought and restricted watering I’m sure. It was so dusty, I would love to see gravel or a cement pad under the tables next year or sod if we get more water this winter!

This is our favorite place to stay when we go to Bear Lake. The employees are super nice and helpful and we love all the activities for the kids and adults. Our only complaint are the beds in the deluxe cabin they are so small and the futon beds in the luxury cabins, the mattress is very thin and it feels like you are laying straight on the springs. With that being said we will be staying again.

Hated the skylights! It was so bright, especially in the bedrooms in the morning. I don’t know how anyone thought that was a good idea to put those right above the beds.

We come every year and love it so much every time. The staff is wonderful and they do such a good job of keeping everything clean. So impressed. If I had one suggestion or request it would be that you open the windows in the cabins before check in.

We enjoyed staying in the cabins. They were, however, very hot. It would be nice if they weren't so hot inside them. Other then that, we always love staying at this KOA.

It was a fun little cabin! How ever, I noticed in the back lot of the cabin that the sewer was overflowing from what I assume was a clean out drain. It was quite disgusting, as there was urine and toilet paper the was spewing from the tube when the toile was flushed. Hopefully this gets fixed before some unsuspecting person is made physically ill from it. Other than that, it was a fine stay.

staff is great!! camp is clean and there is lots to do. Only down fall is there are WAY TOO MANY dogs. the barking all day all over made it hard to relax quietly.

There for a family reunion. Seemed to have good accommodations for what family needed. To bad your pancakes wasn’t up and going. Enough people responded to train ride with littles, it could be offered every night. Lots of people using restrooms, an extra cleaning would be nice. Also, one has to struggle to get paper towels out. Why? Teach your workers to report back problems loose sink bathroom

Scheduled to stay 3 nites left after 2. Mexicans beside us Israel nite played loud carnival music and had about 30 people or more. 2nd nite they waited until after 10:00 pm and had another party with same amount of people. This time had a bright spot light that shone in our window until late after 10:00. Very rude Mexican .

Everything about our stay was awesome. We loved the cabin, the amenities and the staff. I wish the cabin would have had some hooks to hang towels and such on, but that is literally the only change. It's a great place. Thanks

We stayed for 4 nights in your captain cabin. We also had other family staying throughout the camp. Everyone had a great time. The only thing that would have made our stay better is possibly pushing quiet hours to 11:00 instead of 10:00. Since it didn’t get dark until 10:00, we didn’t usually start a fire until 9:30 and found ourself stepping on eggshells trying to keep voices at a whisper.

Have staff in the office, know directions to local sites like a good beach at the lake, Pickleville, etc. They handed us a map, but would have been nice to have a list of local beaches and a quick blurb about that area and directions if you can’t Siri it. More activities surrounding the wkly theme. Loved and enjoyed our time there and lots of fabulous memories!

I stayed in a cabin Saturday June 19 and checked out Saturday June 26. Everything was great except when I tried to take a shower the day I got there I had no hot water. I understand things don't always go as planned. The front desk sent a repairman quickly. He fixed it and I had hot water for two nights. The remaining nights I had to take cold showers or shower elsewhere. No time to call repair l

Mostly great as always. It seemed like paper towels being out was a constant thing though over our 4 day stay. In both the new bathroom in the back a ton and the bathroom in the middle of the koa.

Had a great time! We had deluxe cabin 304 and the gas burners weren't working, one window needed repair ( didn't close properly, and there was a leak under the bathroom sink -- we ended up putting the small trash can under the piping to catch the water. The burners and the window were addressed during our stay, but because of these small issues I needed to stop short of giving a perfect score.

The cabin bunk beds had bugs and the kids cried because they had to sleep there.

We had been riding bikes for several hours ( from blacksmith fork to Bear lake ) and this was a great place to stay over night!
