The KOA was fine. The staff was friendly and nice. However the sites on one side of the road are extremely LOUD. The loudest campsite we have ever been at.!!!The other side Is paradise. So I would stay again but only if we could be on the side with the pond.

Great-close to freeway-easy to park-all ready for us when we got there. Stay here every year on the way down and back.

I have stayed in kamper kabins in many KOAs. This was the basic queeb bed abd bunk beds with no bathroom, and it was much better appointed than any others I've stayed in. Plenty of seating, an actual table (not just a shelf bolted to the wall), refrigerator and microwave. The WiFi worked reasonably well even for streaming. Great value for the price.

After we set up"neighbors"arrived with FIVE dogs, that barked if one was with the owner who took them one at a time to defecate within 5 feet of where we were sitting.Leashes were tied to the"backside"of their camper-which was our"patio area".We moved grill, ate inside,listened to barking after 10pm and well before 8am.The reply to each complaint call to manager"I am dog friendly".Area fully booke

Check-in was relatively smooth. Good assistance to campsite and backing in. Urinal in Men's restroom would not flush, causing an offensive odor every time I needed to use the facility. Campsite water faucet sprayed water as soon as it was turned on. KOA maintenance needed to fix this at it sprayed water all night. Otherwise, we had a short overnight stay and the campsite was adequate.

We stayed in one of the cabins. It was really nice. There were 2 swings, a bench and a picnic table with umbrella. The fire pit was great for starting fires

The campground was very open and clean! Service was very friendly. We checked in after the office had closed and the directions to get to our campsite we’re perfectly outlined for us. We will definitely be back, lots of nice wineries in the area also

When I arrived, my check-in information was ready for me, with instructions to my campsite and all available amenities. I was escorted to my site by a cheerful gentleman who made sure I was properly located. While I did not use any of the outdoor amenities during my quick overnight stay, the wooded campground appeared neat, clean, and welcoming. Free cable was a nice treat!

Why did I get this in Spanish? Suggest food improvements (no veggies for pizza); egg rolls only fair. Map was inaccurate as to trash receptacles.

The site we had was too close to the road. Really diminished the outdoor feel. Had I known better I would have reserved by the pond area. Much better area at the Benton Koa

I really liked their sites on the opposite side of main road to KOA; much less interstate traffic noise than the sites on the other side of the road

Great people run this campgroung!The only thing is the noise from the highway all night is like your setting on the side of the road.

Nice stay. Great site. Rating hurt because WIFI did not work, cable service was poor, and no NBC channel so we missed President's Town Hall. NBC was listed on page given to us, but did not come up when cable was added. Dog park was nice, but the latch needs to be repaired.

I loved that Karen called me before our arrival date to let us know they were planning Trick or Treating for the kids! Unfortunately, we did not realize just how close we would be to the interstate. We couldn't enjoy sitting outside our rig due to the road noise. I took a walk to the pond area of the campground, the traffic noise was minimal there. Staff was friendly, sites were clean.

First off when arrived there the young lady behind the counter said sorry you have no reservation. I had called 4 hrs. prior talked Kelly she said we have a spot for us. The lady behind the counter said I have no pull thru's available for you this was at 5:30 PM. So I sat in there driveway searching for a place to stay. When some older gentlemen came up to the motorhome and asked what site I had.

Benton has become our favorite stop in our travels. We stay here twice a year and they get better everytime.

Late check-in was easy. Cabin appeared clean but found a roach climbing the front wall (close to front door). Killed it. Then, when my grandson got ready for bed in the bunks, he found another one. It pretty much un-nerved him. We checked out early so did not verbally notify management.

More wooded and secluded than most KOAs. Bathrooms and Showers must’ve been closed as they were keypad controlled and I never received combination with late checkin materials.

We stayed for one night while passing through. The campground and spots were very easy to get in and out of. The lady in the office was very nice. She upgraded us to a pond front site for no charge which was great bc it was really close to the playground.
