The stay was great, the entrance driveway needs work. There is a pot hole where the gravel meets the road pavement which is difficult to miss and caused some damage to our motorcoach when we exited this last time.

Clean and nice place. We knew we'd arrive late. Our packet with all the information was easy to find as were the instructions to our site for the night. Friendly folks in the morning.

Although the staff was very friendly& busy working, there were some frustrating things that made the stay less then a 4 star. They had a lot of Wi-Fi poles yet Wi-Fi was awful. At our site & others, we could not get our satellite tv to find service. There wasn’t any cable nor could you get basic tv. The pool was nice & cold but very refreshing. The sites are very small and the campground is not what you would expect when staying at a KOA. The bathrooms were not clean and need some work. After a long day of driving, we stayed there and couldn’t sleep due to the train running VERY close to the campground several times.

We reserved a tent site, but upgraded to a cabin because of the afternoon storms as we were traveling. It did not rain during our stay, but we were delighted with the cabin, and that is now our preferred option if one is available. We enjoyed picking wild raspberries, and the large bounce tube - what fun! The traffic and occasional train noise is not pleasant.

I will tell you that I absolutely loved that they provided linens. We had our own linens, but it was an added bonus not to have to get ours out and put them up. Everything was clean, staff was friendly and professional. Great KOA!

Stayed 5 nights. Sites very close together. Happy with our shaded level site. Good pool, playground equipment, laundry & store. Noise from the interstate and trains is really bad.

3 washers broken. Grill rusty. 1 toilet seat one trash container in KOA. My site had tree limbs hanging so low on ground. We could use only half the space. Picnic table had bird poop on it. Rotten wood on picnic table. Worker were awesome and considerate

Many earwigs running around cabin. Soap bar left on counter…soap bar very unsanitary in my opinion, if going to have soap in cabin have the small ones individually wrapped. Garbage can had garbage in it still.

There was a plugged toilet in the women’s bathroom that had been there awhile and the stench was unbearable. This was noticed at 7 pm. Had to endure this through the following morning. Unacceptable! Only one staff person who was suppose to be off at 6 and he was still there at 8 pm.

Overall, the one night stay in a cabin was great with no flaws but it may not be for everyone as there is a train that passes relatively close to the campground which blew its whistle at 0500 in the morning. Otherwise, I don't have any other negative feedback for this place.

The campground is great, I wish that the water slide was working, years ago we stopped and I remember as a kid going down the water slide and having lots of fun.. I hope the new owners can get it going again . we will come again

It needs work. Upgrade site spaces, electricity was lost for many. Needs sign at exit pointing to freeway. Good point is they were open late to handle peoples problems, pool was good. Laundry clean but needs clear signage for price of machines. It was quiet.

Friendly staff. Shaded pull through spots. Campground was clean. Full hookups available. There is highway noise and the train came through twice in the night but were not bothered by either.

Bathroom facilities are in need of updating very old, train tracks and interstate are directly beside the KOA and need to be noted as such. Lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful.

Only 30 amp was available so we had to use our generator to run our air conditioners. Freeway and train noise was loud. Other than those problems, the park is pretty nice.

Nice campground as long as you’re away from the interstate 90 side. Great amenities like basketball, horseshoes and a huge bouncing mat.

We only stayed 2 nights, traveling through to Glacier National Park. Big Timber was easy to get in out and personnel was very nice and helpful.

It is a really nice campground, nice and clean and well kept up. A little pricey, but was worth it.

We really enjoyed our 2 day stay at Big Timber, although husband was surprised at no TV reception. Turned out we had time for DVDs & Cribbage. Staff were friendly and helpful, bathrooms clean. Took a ride into town of Big Timber and had a fun supper at the Thirsty Turtle Burgers & Bar. Good burgers, excellent pulled pork.

The facility needs a lot of work. Not a lot of space to navigate, site map was not easy to follow and no offer to guide to the site. Compared to other "Journey" level campgrounds this facility is below average in our opinion.

Very nice stay. easy in and out. Large trees a plus. Able to get an satellite friendly spot fron the office. More RV parks should have satellite friendly locations. Lots of RVers have roof mounted satellite receivers and need a clean south facing view. Hwy I-90 noise not a problem. Train noice not a problem. Will put the park on my visit agian list.

The women running the kampground was absolutely wonderful. The cabin was clean and came with bedding and pillows, which was great. They also have a lot of activities for everyone to do. The only reason I did not give them a perfect score was because, somehow, my reservation got lost in the system. it was found pretty quickly, but still gave me quite a scare.

The pool and bouncing pillow were the perk of this place. The bathrooms were unclean and dark. The trash bins were full.

Other than the I90 and train noise it was fine. Staff was friendly and helpful.
