Last-minute decision to stay at this KOA everyone was very kind and helpful I got a nice spot the price was right it’s a little noisy there because of the highways and the train tracks but I enjoyed it

Hi! Was just doing a quick over night this time. Josh offered me a tight but snugglet spit for my 19 ft motorhome. Dropped down to 36 that night. He offered suggested , was perfect! Deirdre

If you are in a tent avoid at all costs. It’s right in between the highway and train tracks.

I wasn't able to make my trip but was still charged the full price. It's very unlikely that I would ever consider staying at a KOA.

Clean, hospitable, and (except for the trains), quiet. But, as Paul Simon say, “Everybody loves the sound of a train in the distance, everybody thinks it’s true.” Josh was very helpful. The Veteran’s discount was much appreciated.

We absolutely loved our stay there, and wish it could have been longer! The kids had so much to do, and it was just perfect for families!!

We stayed here last year on our way to Sturgis. It was great then, as it was this year! The staff are super friendly and helpful. Will definitely be on our list for future trips through Big Timber! Tha k you!

Nice staff, great pool and bounce pillow for kids. If tent camping I recommend ear plugs, the train and side road can be quite � loud. 8 miles from any store so plan accordingly, BYOB :)

3 washers broken. Grill rusty. 1 toilet seat one trash container in KOA. My site had tree limbs hanging so low on ground. We could use only half the space. Picnic table had bird poop on it. Rotten wood on picnic table. Worker were awesome and considerate

Bathroom facilities are in need of updating very old, train tracks and interstate are directly beside the KOA and need to be noted as such. Lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful.

The online check-in process for our late arrival was superb. It allowed us to enjoy the 4th of July activities in Big Sky just a little longer. The campsite was clean with green grass. The facilities were clean and well maintained. Our fellow Kampers were quiet and respectful. The staff was very friendly.

The tent site was noisy and buggy and poopy but the front desk was kind and generous enough to refund my money back when I complained. So all in all it was not too bad.

The bathroom needed some work. The key would not work all the time and the door had to be forced open.

Bait & switch. When I called ahead, a kind & competent staff member assured me that they would provide us w/a contactless check-in. Then I put our request for a contactless check-in in writing when placing the reservation. At arrival, there was NOT contactless checkin, after asking, a surly, unmasked, crowding staff member reluctantly came outside to check us in. Our campsite was full of litter.

Lots of shade trees, some nice grassy areas...the hose and sprinkler were out so they do work at keeping up with the heat! Staff was nice and helpful, on the phone and in person. Thank you

The campground is close to highway and railway so could hear automobiles, trains and their horns through nite, otherwise good campsite

Social distancing was not in place here and masks were not being worn by any staff. Staff didn’t seem to care about health and safety of the campers. Also the loud train kept us up all night.

Hard by the interstate, this KOA nevertheless provides all that you’ll need for a restful night’s sleep. Camp staff happily accommodated my request for a different tent campsite.

I was alarmed to see no safe guards were practiced regarding Covid-19. There was no mention of social distancing or wearing masks. The bathrooms and office felt very unsafe. I was disappointed at the lack of responsibility and respect. Making it safe for visitors and making sure that Montana stays safe should be the focus for the KOA.

Train train hydraulics of a stationary truck parked across from the KOA sounded off about once a minute all night Four trains passed during the night blowing their loud train horns through the KOA. The staff was very nice and the KOA was very clean. Trains were a bummer.

The staff there are super friendly, we stayed in a deluxe cabin and it was really nice. This is my favorite KOA as well as San Deigo metro.

Location was easy to get on and off of the expressway. The people were so friendly. Fresh coffee in the morning was wonderful. The bathrooms and showers were clean. The only downfall was the occasional noise from the road or a passing train.
