These directions are different that "GOOGLE MAPS". They make use of Traffic Lights to help negotiate the local traffic grid
From I-84, take Exit #44. Turn North- this road is "Main Street". Travel about 3 city blocks and you will arrive at the intersection of "CORPORATE Dr." (There is a stop light at this intersection). Turn LEFT on "CORPORATE Dr." Travel the distance of about 3 city blocks.
The intersection of "5TH St.", turn right and go 1 block. This street is "W. PENNWOOD St." Turn RIGHT and go the distance of about 2 city blocks. The Boise-Meridian KOA will be on your LEFT. (This route allows you to use stop lights to navigate across traffic.

Travel about 5 blocks to "Franklin Road", Turn left (West), on Franklin Road, (stay in center lane) go 1 block to "Meridian Road" Turn Left (South), get in the right-hand lane. You will go 2 blocks to "W. Pennwood St". This street is just before "JOHN'S AUTO". Turn Right and we are on the right-hand side. Be safe!

Over here in Meridian, Idaho, summer has begun! The skies are clear, days are long, and it is the perfect setup for celebrating Meridian Dairy Days! As a previous recipient of first place for their float, the remarkably TALENTED and FUN Meridian Journey KOA staff is finishing up their parade float for the Saturday evening “Real Dairy Days Parade with KTVB-TV”. It’s a parade you don’t want to miss. Be on the lookout for the dancing cow under the disco ball! KOA all the WAY!
But that’s not all…Meridian Dairy days has so much to offer nearly everyone, young and old! It is action-packed from morning ‘til night! Swing on by to taste tantalizing treats from food vendors, watch delightful dances, listen to live music, shop at vendor stands for locally made items and visit the Rainier Carnival all weekend long.
Thursday and Friday night, make your way to the Meridian Speedway for the rip-roaring races that will surely entertain! You never know what to expect. The Speedway has a large family-friendly area where there is no alcohol allowed. There are vendors, food, and drinks available for purchase. If you’ve never been to the races, it’s a must-do!
Hot? Head on down to the Ice Cream Social featuring Stella’s ice cream on Thursday night. Saturday, from 12-5, is Open Swimming at the Meridian Pool! I can’t forget to mention the Volleyball and Corn Hole tournaments and so much more! One of the greatest things about Meridian Dairy Days is that all the activities are in close proximity and within walking distance from here! It is about a 10-minute walk or about half a mile away. Stay hydrated, laugh, and enjoy these summer days at the KOA!
