Great staff very friendly, nice campground but the site I was on was so small and we were jammed in between 2 other RV’s we couldn’t have a campfire because there was not enough room

Campsite was great. Staff were great. Activities were good, my daughter loved prize bingo. The extra stuff was run down or broken. The mini golf is a mess and falling apart. The mining setup didn't work. Why keep this stuff around if it's not going to be maintained?

It was very clean and we had a great time. The mosquitos were really bad though. Would have liked an option of renting a golf cart. All the staff were so friendly! We will be back.

We had a very nice level site with plenty of shade to keep us cool. We enjoyed the pool & the kids absolutely loved the jump pillow. The only thing that could have been better is if the sites weren’t packed in so close together. Luckily we had good neighbors for the week we were there. Thank you, we had a wonderful time!

Sites were nice and easy to set up in. Bathhouse could use some work. Multiple stalls in men's room did not have a functioning lock (bathhouse near highlands entrance). One shower stall taped closed. Remaining 2 showers worked well one had very nice high pressure the other was low pressure. Staff kept grounds and bathrooms clean. Dog parks were great. Neighbors and atmosphere felt safe.

Campgrounds are beautiful and well maintained. Our spot was difficult to pull into due to our size of fifth wheel but most sites would be fine. We will definitely return

Second time i stay and i was not disappointed. Even though the cabin we had the firs time was much bigger this one was perfect. Everyone kept asking me about it! the manager and staff went above and beyond and i appreciate it. Thank you for all you do !

My wife, Grandchildren, my sister from Florida and her Grandchildren had a wonderful 5 night stay. We did day trips to Boston and Plymouth. Enjoyed the pool and other amenities of the park. Thank you for a wonderful time.

The campground was nice and clean. But there should be more activities during the day like art&craft or bingo game. The pool was too crowd. If there is splash pad to cool off during hot day that would be better.

During our Storm Henri stay, we were upgraded from a tent site to a cabin Sunday night at no charge. They were concerned more than we were about our safety! Didn't see much of the campground but we'd definately stay there again - thanks much KOA!

Horrible place. Tents are packed together. Nothing worked. Tree trimmers at 7 in the morning. Horrid! After camping at two different KOAs, on this trip that we’re excellent, this was HORID.

Staff super friendly and informative at check in. Park clean and kept up. Did not use any amenities except laundry. There were 6 of each washers and dryers which was a little small for the park size.

We totally enjoyed our stay ! We had super nice neighbor's , and was thankful for the daily trash pick-up! We will be sure to visit again ! Have a blessed day !!

Sites were a bit closer than we like. When we arrived there were mud puddles on the site, which are preventable with proper site maintenance. Overall decent place but not one of our top 5.

Sites were incredibly small, materials for games run down and booked Disney weekend which had minimal activities and those that they had were lack luster for sure

Most expensive rV place we stayed on our New England 5 week trip. People in the cottage behind our site were allowed to be load past 1:00 am! Our sites were ok, but our view was a bunch of storage trailers. The good part was we had no issues canceling a night due to the hurricane

Campsite is nice , activities for the kids and all. But the manager here has an issue with battery operated ride on toys. Told my kids couldn't ride razor battery scooters at all, later went on to text message the entire campground That even the powerwheel jeeps needed to be driven by licensed drivers! It would have been comical to see grown adults driving those powerwheels.

Pro: bathroom, registration, store were great - cons: site too tight- too close to neighbors - roots were tripping hazard for us older people - we were not given a choice to be away from kids area-would have rather been far away from that, firepits too close to neighbor - we would look elsewhere before camping here again.

Four suggestions - 1) only one paper dispenser, hand dryer in the bathroom (next to the office). Very inconvenient, 2) Kids cannot reach soap station or grab the paper (bathroom is not kid-friendly), 3) The light & fan is operated by thsame switch, there is no way I can have the fans on for the night without the light, 4) Noise from neighbors (cabin 03 after 11 pm, cabin 04 members used to spit)

Stayed for 3 nights. While staff was very friendly this was the first koa I’ve been to that doesn’t offer an escort to your site. They have great playground areas for the kids but was disappointed with bathroom conditions. They have a texting service but only text out about rules that need to be followed but not what daily activities are happening. Tree chipping at 8am was a little uncalled fo

From check-in to check-out our stay was very pleasant. I was towing a 38 foot trailer and was concerned about finding the site. we were given an escort to get to our campsite. I asked for the grass to be cut and it was done within the hour. I also asked for a couple bundles of wood and they delivered it to the site.

The Campground is varied with so many different types of sites. Some covered with Trees, some are in grass, Some are dirt with no Gravel. The Campground host are very nice and the facilities for Children are awesome. My complainant would be that our site was under pine trees that with sticky pine needles. The site was all dirt and when it rained had nothing but mud. Made for a messy stay.

First time staying here and most definitely will be back. Our cabin was so clean and comfortable. The heated pool was so enjoyable to swim in. My grandson was out playing all day as there is so much to enjoy. Absolutely loved the gas grill to cook on. The campground is so clean and quiet. Simply the best vacation I have had in a long time.

We spent one night in a deluxe cabin. The amenities were clean and welcoming. My only "complaint" would be that the AC was really loud, but I could have turned it off or put it at setting that would not have it kick on and off. I was too tired from all the fun we had to get up and adjust it. :D So, overall, clean + fun = exhausted toddler. Win!

Full hookup, friendly staff and plenty of things to do whether you are an adult with a kid at heart or a child. KOA HOLIDAY is a little more expensive but so worth it. Love the staff, love the place.

General store had a great selection of groceries and supplies, bathrooms were clean, staff was helpful. Very peaceful

Loved our stay here! All employees we encountered were nice and helpful. We were here during the nor'easter and lost power for a day or so and the staff was in constant contact with us about everything going on.
