The cabins were nice and roomy. The bunk beds are definitely not suitable for an adult though. The hot water did take a while to start up and we did wish there was some sort of motion light in the back where our fire pit was because by 8:30/9pm it was pitch black outside and we couldn’t see to make our s’mores and clean up.

I've been camping at KOA for the past 28 years, it is a family campground, I started with tents then a camper and now iam enjoying staying at the cabins, during the weekend we always enjoy the activities and the nights around the fire pit with family . I really recommend KOA for vacation and relax

Great area consistent with KOA standards. Hi not downside is very loud. Movie night on Saturday was so loud next to our site. Great events. We will come back.

We had a great spot, right across from the laundromat, which was very clean and had plenty of washers and dryers. Would definitely recommend.

It was a very nice campground with lots for kids and it was also quiet and peaceful at our campsite in the highlands staff was very friendly and helpful.

Sites need leveling and are super small, expect to know your neighbors well by the time you leave. The facility has activities for children, we were given a tent site for our 24 ft Van we had to SQUEEZE in between 2 trees Site 108 luckily no one was on site 107 which we had to park in. Worse KOA camping experience we have had. Even the patio sites were very small , bring levelers

Wonderful stay! Kids loved the sleeping loft. Everyone at the KOA was super friendly! Beautiful grounds with lots of amenities! Highly recommend!

First of all, I would like to thank KOA for allowing me to reschedule my visit three times due to medical issues. The Deluxe Cabin was perfect. Everything was clean and in working order. The only thing I didn't expect was to pay additional money when going in to register and get the keys. I would have liked to know there would be additional fees when rescheduling. It was the perfect spot!

My family and i stayed this past weekend and had a wonderful time. Lots of activities. Just 2 complaints, that can easily taken care of.. Our room was clean, it had an awful stench upon entering the cabin like there was something dead under the deck or in the AC.. We didn’t complain as we knew there was no other rooms available. We just sprayed and used candles Pool needs cleaning more oft

Nice staff & very helpful. Campground needs some improvements: I fell walking down the gravel hill in the Highlands. The road/roads need major improvements, many pot holes & loose gravel (this is why I fell.) Mini golf needs a makeover; rotting wood, paint, etc. Our campsite was mostly dirt, when it rained our site was a mud pit & a mess, especially not fun with dogs. Not enough washers & dryers.

This was our first time camping with a camper and we were very pleased with the accommodations. The whole campground is very nice, but we got the best spot on site. Its very quiet and peaceful!

Great place. Pool was really crowded but it was a heat wave. Not KOAs fault.

We stayed from 8/8-8/14, the staff were welcoming and happy to help with any problem. Had a small problem with our site electric but even tho it was 11pm it was fixed in a short time with another helpful staff member. They made us feel like family, also had a medical issue and staff checked on the problem a few days after. It was about an hour from Boston, we will defiantly stay here again.

Always a great stay! Friendly, helping staff with the exception of the woman who checked us in. Tons of activities for the kids! Cabin was amazing.

Great campground! Location is awesome central to Newport RI, Martha’s Viinyard, Boston, Cape Cod… We actually ran into friends from another state we didn’t know were coming. Thoroughly enjoyed our time!

The escort was awesome to our site in the Highlands! Great pull thru site to get in and out of. Staff was great in the store. Laundry facilities were clean and open 24 hours. It really made a nice base camp to see The Cape, Boston, Plymouth, and concert at Xfinity Center. We will definitely be coming back to camp here.

the camp site was very nice the bathrooms were clean. My only suggestion is that the pool hours were extended for older people. They close at 8 so it gave us little time to just relax in the water after the little ones were to their sites.

It was a difficult determination as staff were very friendly/accommodating with good activities for kids. The jump pad was a hit with my 6 yr old as was the pool, but the pool was a little run down and very dirty. The campsite we were at, 104, was the smallest campsite we have ever stayed in at a KOA (extremely crowded/no privacy). Large powerlines run through the campground. We were disappointed.

Good: Friendly staff and amenities. Pretty good pool. Bad: Laundry. Coins not available from the laundry room. Women's bathroom. Only two shower room and steamy hot.

Our stay there made it possible to reconnect with many people we know in the area. This place is so well designed and has anything a traveler needs. The staff all work hard to keep it neat and clean. Definitely will be back! Thank you..

Stay was nice and relaxing. Loved the cabin. Could have used more inside amenities though. 2 rolls of toilet paper for a 5 day stay family of 4 wasn’t enough. In the middle of our stay housekeeping should be reaching out to long term stays for this and also towels for the shower. Top scores for the shore pumps! Ali’s no one in the office never picked up the phone???? Annoying

We have been coming here for 8years and this is the worse i have seen it ! Landscaping sucked at camp sites. Dead Hanging limbs in trees about to fall on peoples vehicles and campers ! Told management and they said don’t park under it…. Ummmm it’s was in my campsite over my camper how can I not park under it .. trash pick up wasn’t the same. Very poorly managed

Great scenic campground. But they need some upgrades. Washer and dryers were falling apart. And wi fi was intermittent. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay there again.

Overall good experience. Very friendly, helpful staff. Clean restrooms and nice pool and children’s amenities. Only issue was that we were in a not so nice site in an area where full timers lived and our breaker was bad, but thanks to KOA Ken it was replaced immediately and no further problems. Two dog parks were great for our fur baby. Easy access to nearby attractions of Cape Cod, Boston.

My stay did not start out well. My site was flooded. Honestly I wouldn't be so upset but this could be avoided with some upkeep of the low spots. Also disappointed that there are no golf cart rentals.

Our trip this time was not so pleasant due to: Our rustic cabin smelled like dirty public bathroom I always bring wax melts along our trips to make our place smell like home .. That did not help The neighboors across from us the last 3 days were a nightmare. I think loud music should not be allowed even if its not during quiet hours. The music at the pavillion is always a minus... Thanks

Full hookup, friendly staff and plenty of things to do whether you are an adult with a kid at heart or a child. KOA HOLIDAY is a little more expensive but so worth it. Love the staff, love the place.

General store had a great selection of groceries and supplies, bathrooms were clean, staff was helpful. Very peaceful

Loved our stay here! All employees we encountered were nice and helpful. We were here during the nor'easter and lost power for a day or so and the staff was in constant contact with us about everything going on.
