We stayed in the highlands. Small site, awning extended over fire pit, rain caused a river through our sandy, rocky site. We booked well in advance for a week. Have stayed here several times before but probably won’t be back.

It was very nice, had problem with our cable reception call someone came, sorry can't remember gentleman's name very nice got it running. On a bad note the people behind us they didn't have a seal for their hose, hose. when he dump , then he rinse his sewer hose and let it drain on the ground. This person surely does not have any idea about hygiene and no regard for the campsite, rules

Love the cabins and location, however I found my cabin to be less clean than my previous trip. There were several hairballs on the floor. I had spilled some water on the floor filling a water bottle when I first arrived. I grabbed paper towels to clean and the paper towels came up dark brown. I would have hoped for a cleaner cabin, with clean floors especially during covid and the rental cost.

Staff was great. Plenty of room to maneuver into spot. Only downfall was being so close to route 44 noise, but really wasn't a problem at night time

We loved our stay at KOA. The staff is extremely helpful. We really appreciated the effort everyone took to make our stay comfortable. We have already booked for next year!

We upgraded to a cabin(no restroom)-cuz of rain...awesome. But.. the next morning... we were stepping in 1" Of rain to get out to the restroom, car area... We were in the downside of the grass area. This is an older KOA, so the shower area could use an update, caulking, sealant! Other than that, wonderful host all around

Second time we have stayed there our site was awesome love the campground great location for all of Massachusetts sight seeing. Staff go out of the way to make sure you're needs are taken care of

My wife and I stayed for three nights and had a wonderful time. We had a great site staff was very helpful ,very quiet and peaceful. We needed the down time from the hussle and bussle of work and it was relaxing.Hopefully we will be returning soon.

Everything was ok, The place needs a face lift the pool (too many people you need 2) mini golf mining area train all facilities just aged. Staff was excellent we enjoyed ourselves overall.

Deluxe Cabins are fantastic. Staff were welcoming and accommodating; very quick to respond to requests. WiFi service was not very good; coupled with weak cell phone service, it made communications very difficult.

We camp here every year! So much to do for kids. Campground is clean and staff is amazing, very friendly and helpful. We look forward to coming here every summer!

Great camping cabin experience. Our only issue was the Keurig maker did not work. Swapped it out upon discovery and got a second unit that worked once and did not work again!

This KOA has lots of amenities and very accommodating staff. They bend over backwards - DJ, ice cream social, tie dye. But it’s way more RV resort than camping. Yes it’s in the trees and the site is lovely, but it’s not going into nature for hikes and exploration as it is near nothing (1 hour to Boston, etc). We enjoyed our stay - it was easy to book and register. The staff were very helpful and friendly and e site was clean. My son also loved the pool!

We arrived about 1/2 hour before the stated check-in time and were charged a $25 fee for an early check in. When I asked about check out times and process to insure we were not charged another fee I was told we could stay past check out until 1:00 pm for a $10 fee. So if you arrive 30 min early you pay an extra $25, but if you want to stay an extra 2 hours when you leave it is only $10.

Gelreat location between Boston and Plimoth/Cape Cod. Campground well maintained. As with all KOAs, campsites are packed in beside each other with little wiggle room, but we were fortunate that our row of sites was not booked full so we had space for our big family.

So very crowded. Tons of stuff for kids but we dont have any. The staff was friendly and helpful. Lots of seasonal people with lots of very tacky stuff around their site. It didn’t help that it rained 5 inches.

Service was great - very friendly. Our campsite was not great. Not level. No tree coverage. View of dumpster and rock pile. Don't love the use of gas powered golf carts - the exhaust was not great for family member with chronic illness.

The campground is a pleasant place to be. The RV’s sites in the Highlands are nicely spaced. We look forward to returning.

Great location for seeing Boston and Cape Cod!! Amenities are very nice except for the pool and mini-golf. Poo; and mini golf need major upgrades.

This was a nice place to stay. Very peaceful and the people staying around us were so nice and friendly. A real family atmosphere. Had so much fun we booked another stay while we were there. There can be some light traffic noises but its not constant.

we stopped here for 1 night while traveling. The staff was very friendly, and the campground was very clean and well manicured.As KOA s go this was one of the best we have ever stayed at. Alison and Joe D.

Our stay was fine except new gravel was down on site and we just sank into it with the camper. Wrong kind of gravel. There was sand beside that so we dragged sand in to the camper and then it rained and we dragged wet sand into the camper. The office staff were very friendly and polite. That is a good way to greet customers. Over all, KOA is a very nice place to stay.

Full hookup, friendly staff and plenty of things to do whether you are an adult with a kid at heart or a child. KOA HOLIDAY is a little more expensive but so worth it. Love the staff, love the place.

General store had a great selection of groceries and supplies, bathrooms were clean, staff was helpful. Very peaceful

Loved our stay here! All employees we encountered were nice and helpful. We were here during the nor'easter and lost power for a day or so and the staff was in constant contact with us about everything going on.
