The first night there the pullout in the cabin was broken, contacted the office was told someone would come by to look at it. No one ever did our entire 6 day stay. Upon leaving the when speaking with manager about this and the grill catching fire on day 2 when attempting to make scrambled eggs in a pan, she beyond rude. Her exact words where "what do you want?" And " is that it"

Water pressure so high that even with regulator couldn't use, requested a site change but wouldn't accomodate, too many pot holes on road.

People in office wonderful. Very clean in all areas. Store stocked ok, looked for tea but they had none, there are stores close by though. Tv in delux cabin saved us due to the solid rain our second day there. Overall excellent. Going back in october cant wait!

yes the staff was helpful and kind especially Kenny he was very polite and helpful when we needed help with ordering wood and ice

Lovely camp site with a swing and paver patio. We loved the pool, Plymouth area and tge Boston/Cape Cod KOA! Thank you!

Very nice campground. It was clean and well maintained. Wish the store had a few more groceries like milk and basic supplies but not important. Great job to all the workers!!

I had the most beautiful site in the park! Enjoyed meeting employee Dennis, very friendly and helpful. Also, appreciated helpful employee Pat, who helped us with a recommendation.

We stayed 2 nights & were busy with day trips to Boston, Plymouth, & Cape Cod. The office staff were super nice and helpful. Gave me all the info I needed to easily get into Boston. We stayed in the 900 series pull through area and in terms of space they were similar to other KOAs. No issues. It was also quiet. If we were in the area again, we'd definitely stay here.

I've now stayed at 6 KOA's. Although this wasn't a horrible camp ground, this one is on the bottom of my list. For starters, the bathrooms, although clean, are in poor condition. Locks worked on maybe 2 of the 6 stalls. One had a lock but the old lock was missing leaving a hole the size of a silver dollar in the door! I was charged for a patio, the site didn't have one. It was a let down.

I loved the activities, age appropriate and fun. I liked the text informing us if the activities just wish it was for all activites I didnt always have the paper with me telling the times of the activities. A toilet/shower area a bit bigger would of been great. I had with me an almost 2 yr old and a 4 yr old and it was a squeeze. Everybody was very friendly and helpful. Activity staff was awesome!

If you are going to allow families to establish permanent residency in such small campsites you should have a warning for others when they make their reservation. It was very unpleasant to be next to a large family yelling at each other for 3 nights. Then we moved to full hookup. And found the electric box literally sitting on the ground and 6 inches from sewer pipe. You have a great location

We had never stayed at a KOA. We actually thought it was for members only! My five year old son loved it there. There were so many activities for kids. He really enjoyed the pool because he could stand up in the shallow end :) My one year old dog loved it there too! Having two dog parks was amazing. We stayed in T21 which was kind of small but we fit two tents and it was very shady which we love.

The site was great, activities were great. I did have 1 problem. I had asked 2 Staff members to get me a fire pit with a grill top because that’s how we cook our meals even though we have a camper. We never did get it and it made it difficult to cook our meals at our site. We were not very happy about that.

Was given a hard time with check about the amount of children I had staying with me, yet it was okay for another site to have 18 people throughout the day and night. Loud and obnoxious, also riding a little motorcycles around grounds with children on it. The site was talked to once and nothing was changed. Bathrooms were not kept up. Activities were good for kids.

It was an awful experience from the beginning when I arrived at my site. It was small and the people at the site near me were swearing and disrespectful. As the day went on more and more visitors came to that site and there were about 18 people at that site at one point. No other place I’ve been to has allowed that many visitors all being loud. Furthermore the bathrooms smelled like urine.

The campground was clean and easy to get to and easy to find places and sites in the campground itself. We used many amenities including the pool, jump pad, games, movie night, crafts, dog park areas etc. The staff was amazing and interacted with the campers and made us feel at home. We loved out stay!

Everything was great. The only “problem” we had was on Saturday night. There was a movie night at the pavilion. The sound was so pour it woke up my kids and scared them. Other than that it was awesome. All the staff was friendly and helpful. The camp site is beautiful. Thank you

2nd time there. Well maintained. Great staff. Would love to see an hour “ adult only swim!” Mini golf should be fixed. Could charge a couple bucks to play to maintain it. People live mini golf.

Called last minute to see if they had any sites available and they did! I was able to book a site right through the phone. The check in was fast. My children had a blast with all the activities and heated pool. We ended up booking another night! Will definitely be back. Thank you!

Great place to camp, especially if you have children. The staff is on top of the rubbish and the facilities are usually clean. I wish they would pay a little more attention to the kids on the jump pad and in the pool because they're constantly breaking the rules and rough housing. That puts the kids that follow the rules in danger and it's not fair.

Had a fun week. Grandson enjoyed all the kid amenities at the campground and the provided activities. Staff very friendly and helpful..

Full hookup, friendly staff and plenty of things to do whether you are an adult with a kid at heart or a child. KOA HOLIDAY is a little more expensive but so worth it. Love the staff, love the place.

Loved our stay here! All employees we encountered were nice and helpful. We were here during the nor'easter and lost power for a day or so and the staff was in constant contact with us about everything going on.
