Thankfully there was a tropical storm and some sites were canceled so the staff was able to accommodate us with moving to a different site since my husband booked on without sewer. Overall the cleanliness was pretty low. Hair balls in the bathroom, cigarette butts pool side, trash on the playground, and trash when we pulled into both sites. The "carnival" was 4 little games that were pretty lame

Spots are too close together. They have high water pressure of 110 and do not offer a regulator. Had to buy one. Then the map at night says to stay along the left road to get to the highlands. The left road turns you into a dirt trail that the RV hits trees and cannot make the turn into the camp. When I spoke to the worker he stated others do the same mistake. Why not put a do not enter sign??

We left that night. Cabin was infested with bugs, pincher bugs.. staff was very nice and reimbursed us but it was a waste of time

We enjoyed our stay. We had an incident w a guest and their dog. KOA staff handled the situation quickly and efficiently. The grounds were nicely maintained. The dog parks were nice.

Very good experience. Opportunities to improve: - bathrooms at laundry bldg, more hooks in shower area, more sinks, more soap dispensers. The front RR are much better Very nice facility, good spacing on sites, and great staff!

This KOA has a great location. We were able to take the train to Boston, and trolley hop from there. The sites are very cramped here, and there were only 5 working washers for the whole campground. Also, it was a bummer that the pool closed so early (8pm— still warm and light out). Despite that, we enjoyed all the activities, our patio swings, and the kids had a blast.

Great staff. Great location. I suggest putting more gravel on sites. Too much mud when it rains which was a problem for our stay

Only stay in the Highlands. Otherwise you will be like a sardine in a can. We were there for 4th of July. Oh my word. Long list of rules that weren’t enforced. Loud music from the cabins and KOA worker just looked and went by. One campsite had 5 cars and 37 people on it. Not what rules say can happen. But they charged for extra people so this KOA just wants your money. I would go back

Stayed for 1 MONTH Could be the nicest staff of any campground we’ve stayed at. Park is clean and well maintained...even the bathrooms. Lots to do for the kids and other campers were very friendly. THANK YOU SO MUCH !!!

Our stay was very good, except with all the rain, our campsite became quite muddy and swamped with water. We will return again because we have stayed at various KOA's across the country and it is our preferred RV campground.Thank you!

Well, it poured and was cold. Mother Nature just didn’t work with us. That being said, the bed sheets in one of the bedrooms was disgustingly filthy! Grossly STAINED. We had to strip the bed! Then, my son ran into KOA people late at night walking around our cabin for no reason with their flashlights. When confronted, they said they had a call for a cabin 2 cabins away. STRANGE behavior!

Great stay. Noisy over the holiday weekend but the no nonsense staff took care of the problem sites quickly. We will definitely be back.

When I made my reservation in March I asked for 50 Amp service 2 days before I was to arrive I got a email with my site and was told it was 30 Amp. Talked to the manager and she said she would work on it over the weekend went in on Monday and she had not done anything. So I couldn't run on 30 Amp for a month so I had to find another place. So in closing I am very disappointed and upset .

Showers were hot, bathrooms were clean! Sites are very close together, rules for dog cleanup not enforced, our site had to be cleaned up if broken glass and trash!

We stayed in the wooded Highlands. WIFI ok. Medium sized spots. "Gateguard" was very persistent on checking vehicle pass, even in the cold/rain. Store was well stocked. Didn't play mini golf or do any activities, but they looked ok. About 1 hour drive to Boston and 30 mins to Plymouth. Nice town with good food options. Would have been nice if weather was better (rainy and cold on 4th weekend).

Had a great stay however didn’t care for the neighbors next to me being excessively loud the whole time. We didn’t stay much in our cabin except to sleep because they were so loud. Thankfully we had friends to hang with at RV sites where you could still hear them. Cabin was amazing! Kids had a great time and huge props to the recreation department especially Melinda and Sadie! They did awesome

I had an issue I brought my dog and my 8 year old daughter opened door to cabin my dog ran out as someone was walking by, nothing happened my dog just ran up to man walking by. I got first call from office saying they would make a note in file if happened again dog needed to leave them 30 min later got call saying dog had to leave. Had to bring dog home and had to go back and forth. Not happy

Booked and paid for a “guaranteed site. Went to office. Registered,went to sirey207. Which was the guaranteed site. Their are people still on it. This was 2.20 pm. Just assumed nobody checked on site to be empty. That sucked. Lady said she would refund my 10. That was used to hold that particular site. Big deal. She made it sound like we were getting a free night. But we didn’t. Settled 20

Called to ask for late check out at 8am. Was told "we're full, someone is waiting for that site" (Sites aren't assigned until check in) On the app. it showed many sites avail for this site type. Then got a text after saying "Check out is at 11, please contact us before then for late check out" My tow vehicle had some mechanical issues, those extra few hours could have saved me a ton of grief.

It was good except for the service that was provided when i reported no TV and internet was working in my cabin. We didnt have any issues with tv not being there but needdd internet to pacify our kid who is in the spectrum.The guy who came was polite but the lady i believe the supervisor was rude and she was saying”our internet is basic and if u want youtube try it at 1 pm when everyone logso

The facility was nice but the sound level was incredibly loud. There were multiple groups playing loud music from 10am way past quiet hours. One group even had a DJ set up. It completely ruined our stay.

nice park employees very helpful if you prefer a more quite campground request a site in the highlands you will be away form pool and playground

Full hookup, friendly staff and plenty of things to do whether you are an adult with a kid at heart or a child. KOA HOLIDAY is a little more expensive but so worth it. Love the staff, love the place.

General store had a great selection of groceries and supplies, bathrooms were clean, staff was helpful. Very peaceful

Loved our stay here! All employees we encountered were nice and helpful. We were here during the nor'easter and lost power for a day or so and the staff was in constant contact with us about everything going on.
