Nice clean KOA. Due to the Nor’Easter the electric was out for about 12 hours, KOA did send text messages updating the campers, which I personally thought was nice. It rained all but one day so we didn’t get to enjoy the outside much, but nice place.

Beautiful campgrounds and the staff was so nice and very helpful especially Fran. I absolutely love that they deliver Ice & camp fire wood to the site. We had a huge storm come in that knocked down trees and power but they cleaned it up really fast and I loved getting text messages about the power and camp events.

Unfortunately this stay was following a major nor’easter. Since our stay was thurs-sat I understand it was a work week for them but our cabin was located next to a tree that had fallen and many times there were workers running chainsaws deal with this tree. Seems like they could’ve offered a discount for the inconvenience if there was no other cabins available which we weren’t offered at any

Amazing KOA!!! Beautiful and spacious camping w/ room.The first night was gorgeous and then the Nor-easter came in. The staff were all over safety & recovery, keeping everyone informed; the store stayed open to assist those needing quick goods. As soon as the wind died down they were out in-force to start cleaning limbs and debris. Really great stay, even with the storm. We will be back!!

Staff is fantastic! There were a few things we needed and they delivered right away. Our delux cabin was nice but smelled like dog. Beds are very comfortable. Halloween was a blast, We booked again!

Great family campground with so much to do for the kids,this time around I was very pleased with how many activities they had planned for the kids and the two woman hosting them (only got one name Barbara�)went above and beyond to make this stay feel extra special! Cannot wait to come back.

Another fantastic stay and lots to do for the Halloween weekend! This has become a tradition for me and my grand daughter. She has a blast and gets to always make a camp buddy! Great jib KOA!

Great place to stay! the staff especially the guy (I think paul) was extremely helpful and made checking a breeze. I have never been treated so politely and he actually showed he loved his job and his customers. Would stay here again for sure.

The front desk was very nice and helpful. The wood delivery man was very nice also. The cabin was clean and nicely kept. I was very happy with everything. We ll be returning next year

Great halloween weekend and festivities for the kids. Our cabin was not the cleanest. The top bunk had a dirty water bottle and trash. The bathroom toilet was dirty.

We stayed for our first time the weekend of 10/23/21 for the Halloween weekend and we had the best time! Friendly staff, friendly campers and very clean! We will be back!!!

Staff was friendly and helpful. The campers around us were great. The amenities are numerous, clean, with activities for all ages. We look forward to visiting again and visiting other KOAs around the country. Jack and Moira

Had to cut our trip short and was sad to do so. This is a beautiful camp, friendly staff, clean facilities. Had a site with patio, definitely the way to go. Will absolutely return!

Nothing is organized there. Quiet hours are not enforced by any means. All people is swear. No one is around to watch anything going on. My daughter tried to use the jump pillow and got sand thrown in her eyes by other children throwing sand on the pillow and there is no one even remotely Close to being around to tell.

We love the Highlands area and that's where our group of 8 rigs and 1 rental stayed, we've been coming there for several years now and the Halloween Festivities, as usual, did not disappoint!! I have to give a HUGE shoutout of Thanks to Paul - he went above and beyond to help me book our Smores Group (9+ sites at this time) for 2022!! Highly recommend the campground and the friendly staff!!

Very disappointed about not providing a different vendor for golf cart rentals. Great haunted trail just wish they had more people working it. Definitely not enough workers.

The reason I gave for such a low score is because of the office. I booked for next year already and paid the fee for the locked in site but the site was not put on our receipt. We had to put the site # on ourselves so we would know where we booked. when you book a site that site should be yours and that campground shouldn't be able to move you with out your consent.

There were a lot of great activities for the kids which made this an enjoyable weekend. However, staff was extremely rude in the office when checking in, and my kiddos were extremely disappointed that we couldn’t do pumpkins because there was no memo that we had to purchase them ahead of time. Our site was also extremely small to the point that we almost couldn’t fit our camper in it.

The lady at the office Saturday night and Sunday morning was so sweet and kind. I truly would come back just because of her. Just some food for thought, There needs to be more emenities for kids.

We loved our site 212. It was shady and halfway between the office and the showers. We picked the right weekend to enjoy the Halloween decorations and Trick or Treaters. The bathrooms were clean and staff was friendly.

We came down from north of Boston for a one night stay, being new to RVing I wanted to check out different camps in my home area. I liked this campsite, the feel of it was slightly cramped, seemed like the sites are somewhat on top of each other, but it wasn't a huge deal. We had a campfire, which was really nice to have. We will be back.

We have been camping at this koa for years and Never have we had such horrible customer service like we did this past weekend. Not only we’re our reservations screwed up that we made a year in advance so now half our party could not go camping my nieces and nephew were devastated. There was never one sorry or effort to help us. We were told we could leave. We will not be returning

Full hookup, friendly staff and plenty of things to do whether you are an adult with a kid at heart or a child. KOA HOLIDAY is a little more expensive but so worth it. Love the staff, love the place.

General store had a great selection of groceries and supplies, bathrooms were clean, staff was helpful. Very peaceful

Loved our stay here! All employees we encountered were nice and helpful. We were here during the nor'easter and lost power for a day or so and the staff was in constant contact with us about everything going on.
