Clean and well run

Large park. We were stuck in the back with 80% full timers. Lot was very sloped but my jacks were able to compensate lifting the wheels off the ground. Roads and lots are dirt/gravel so kind of a muddy mess with all the rain. Check in host was awesome!

The sites could use more gravel. They become mud holes when it rains. Also the road to the "highlands" need to have the potholes repaired. HOWEVER, the bathrooms and laundry were super nice. This is a very nice park except for lack of stone in the sites and the road If you are an older couple or have a big rig the "highlands" is the best place to be. It is quieter than the other sites.

Poor management they kicked out 5 families including our family who never had any complaints on our site. We have been camping Boston Koa since 2016 ,All because of miss understanding, general manager did not want to hear our end of the story. The complaint they received should’ve been address to the person who was at fault. Not all 5 families especially when your not part of the complaint

This is 2nd time we stayed here. We were in the Highlands section this time and I loved it. It was very quiet, more adults and away from kids activities so families might want to be closer to the action. We found a couple of really good restaurants just a few minutes away.

The Boston /Cape Cod KOA was one of the nicest KOA campgrounds that we have ever stayed. Although I didn't use the bath house it was clean. The staff was very helpful especially Ed and Sabrena. Ed gave us good advice about traveling into Boston that was less stressful than driving and trying to find parking. He also knew where to get a great lobster roll. Sabrena was great. KOA Boston is great.

So close. Our fire pit was next to the sewer from the next Spot. The kids did not or we’re not patrolled at closing, they were very loud. If you have kids it is very kid friendly Very muddy. Office was very friendly

Very helpful staff. Sites are shady and roomy. Good cable. You can't get roof top satellite to work with trees. Easy to get to Boston and/or Cape Cod. Perfect location for a park. It is easy to get to from Interstate. We stayed in pull-through site, 40ft MH with tow. Would certainly stay here again!!!

We did not stay very long as we were experiencing Boston. Upon arrival, the lady who checked us in was knowledgeable. The campground was quiet during quiet hours. The dump station and water refill station was easy to use. The store was mostly stocked, except for fire kinder. Check-in and check-out was seemless: easy.

Cabin was very clean and had everything we needed. Employees were customer focused. Definitely will be back.

I was surprised to discover that my tent site actually had no grass, just very hard dirt which was difficult to get a tent stake into and which got very muddy in the rain. It looks like tent sites 1-4 could really use some work to make them more usable! Many of my family members rented cabins and RV sites that they were very happy with. I enjoy KOA because it has options for everyone.

Although the weather wasn't great I still had a great time! Loved all of the updates I was sent by KOA and how quick and efficient their check in process was. Will definitely be back! Can't wait to have all of my friends tag along next time!

Polite and helpful front reception desk, hot water! Clean bathrooms! Convenient wash/dryer room. Beautiful grounds to walk dogs. Loved it and will return, Thank you all!

Nice enough for s short stay. The staff is friendly and always seemed to be actually busy working. Some sites were very large others (ours) wasn't, some sites had campers actually parked back to back!

Staff was helpful, especially manager Paul. Store was well stocked. Campsite was long and level but could use a more gravel. It rained while we were there and things were pretty muddy. Restroom/shower/laundry were good but they could use another complex in the back of the park. WiFi was really hit and miss. Cable was very good. Really nice, mature trees. Overall an above average RV park.

Too many visitors allowed to sites with no control on time they should depart. Very loud far beyond quiet hour. We saw them pouring in to the site without stopping at office to pay and after office closed. The site next to us had 20 or more loud visitors. The cabins had many visitors beyond quiet hour. Children running around as late as midnight yelling and very loud.

We had an amazing time as always. The entire campground was clean and the staff were super friendly. Looking forward to the two stays we reserved for next year while we were checking out.

We completely enjoyed our stay at site H48. The patio and Weber gas grille, along with the nice fire pit were perfect! Water pressure was good, and the site was level. The landscaping and shade were also very nice, and the campground was clean and quiet. We couldn't ask for more! I only wish we were able to stay longer!

Staff very friendly, helpful, Had back in 30/50 amp patio site and was extremely impressed with the cleanliness of the grill. Also the trash pick up.��

Campground was clean and well maintained. Our particular site was large, had a very nice patio, chairs, and propane grill provided. Campground was convenient for visits both to Boston, and out to Cape Cod.

The employees were extremely helpful and friendly from the moment we arrived. The facilities were fantastic. We stayed at a patio site and it was amazing. (Weber grill, nice table and chairs, and firepit) We didn't need to unpack any of our camping supplies. We stayed a non-KOA site in Maine, (KOA was booked), and were very disappointed. My advice; whenever possible stay at a KOA.

Stayed 8 nights. Staff was pleasant on arrival and campground was well maintained. Wifi was excellent. Only complaint was that the sites are narrow and very close together with no trees or bushes between sites.

Have stayed at this KOA many times now & enjoy it and the area very much. It is well maintained & the staff is excellent. Stayed for a week but surprised/disappointed during the weekend. Park was full, several sites including right next to us had very loud music, bright lights, golf carts zooming past shouting, movies projected on screens (and half of our camper) We will return but not a weekend.

Full hookup, friendly staff and plenty of things to do whether you are an adult with a kid at heart or a child. KOA HOLIDAY is a little more expensive but so worth it. Love the staff, love the place.

General store had a great selection of groceries and supplies, bathrooms were clean, staff was helpful. Very peaceful

Loved our stay here! All employees we encountered were nice and helpful. We were here during the nor'easter and lost power for a day or so and the staff was in constant contact with us about everything going on.
