Very good experience. Opportunities to improve: - bathrooms at laundry bldg, more hooks in shower area, more sinks, more soap dispensers. The front RR are much better Very nice facility, good spacing on sites, and great staff!

Well, it poured and was cold. Mother Nature just didn’t work with us. That being said, the bed sheets in one of the bedrooms was disgustingly filthy! Grossly STAINED. We had to strip the bed! Then, my son ran into KOA people late at night walking around our cabin for no reason with their flashlights. When confronted, they said they had a call for a cabin 2 cabins away. STRANGE behavior!

Had a great stay however didn’t care for the neighbors next to me being excessively loud the whole time. We didn’t stay much in our cabin except to sleep because they were so loud. Thankfully we had friends to hang with at RV sites where you could still hear them. Cabin was amazing! Kids had a great time and huge props to the recreation department especially Melinda and Sadie! They did awesome

I had an issue I brought my dog and my 8 year old daughter opened door to cabin my dog ran out as someone was walking by, nothing happened my dog just ran up to man walking by. I got first call from office saying they would make a note in file if happened again dog needed to leave them 30 min later got call saying dog had to leave. Had to bring dog home and had to go back and forth. Not happy

It was good except for the service that was provided when i reported no TV and internet was working in my cabin. We didnt have any issues with tv not being there but needdd internet to pacify our kid who is in the spectrum.The guy who came was polite but the lady i believe the supervisor was rude and she was saying”our internet is basic and if u want youtube try it at 1 pm when everyone logso

The customer service was above and beyond at the Boston/Cape Cod KOA. Traveling from Michigan to Massachusetts our car broke down and we had to stay overnight elsewhere while it was being repaired. KOA modified our reservation and reimbursed us the first night. Then we had to leave a day early due to an emergency at home and got a refund for that night as well. We really appreciated all of it.

The assigned Cabin was perfect for my long weekend stay! the newer appliances were very welcome! Comfortable space to relax. I would like to mention that the air filter ac units need to be cleaned/replaced (indicator lights were on) and the under Microwave light bulb need replacing as well. I will definitely put this cabin on my preferred list for my next visit in the future. Thank You!

Nice facility. However, I think the people that used the cabin before us took advantage of the new recreational cannabis laws in MA. Cabin definitely smellled funny. Not musty cabin funny either.

It was short buy lovely. The cabin was great. Mattress we laid in was a bit thin making it hard and feeling all the planks under us. The bunk bed mattress (even though the same) felt thicker when laying on it. Summershine people were amazing especially Melinda! The other 2 lovely young ladies were great and patient with the kiddos.

Wonderful quiet cabin nestled in a corner field under a nice canopy of trees, water on-site, picnic table, fire ring, charcoal grill, electricity and ceiling fan in cabin, sturdy beds. Campground was very busy with plenty to do for kids, good communication via text messaging re activities and notifications. Bathrooms nearby, store stocked with camping essentials, pool even has a handicap lift!

Everything about the campground is amazing but we had bugs in our cabin that left several bites on us and a sleepless first night. The staff gave us bug spray to use so our second night was better but the damage was done the first night. We have always had good experiences here and everything else was great but unfortunately not getting sleep and being covered in bug bites kind of ruined our weeke

Full hookup, friendly staff and plenty of things to do whether you are an adult with a kid at heart or a child. KOA HOLIDAY is a little more expensive but so worth it. Love the staff, love the place.

Loved our stay here! All employees we encountered were nice and helpful. We were here during the nor'easter and lost power for a day or so and the staff was in constant contact with us about everything going on.
