We do a lot of RVing and have had a lot of bad experiences Your management has created one of the top RV parks in the USA We were there with the Jersey Pioneers and all agreed it was one of the best stays that we all had. We have stayed at your facility in the past and none of us were ever disappointed

We stayed in the Highland section of this park and were very pleased with our campsite and the spaces between other campers. Nice park and friendly staff.

Had a very noisy site. The WiFi did not work well at all, it would disconnect every few minutes even though the signal was good. Insufficient laundry facilities, was always busy and full.

Very friendly and helpful with sights to see in Boston and things in surrounding area. Also had to leave couple days early for a emergency at home and was very accommodating to the situation. Nice campground will definitely revisit to continue our sightseeing.

We had a great "quiet" time and location! If you want to enjoy a peaceful stay we suggest the Highland section of the campground which is what we look for from our stays with KOA or other campgrounds. Don't believe in camping on top of each other....wonderful section, spotty wifi, signal strength was good but bandwidth caused timeout occasionally so had to leverage my own hot spot.

It was good but there needs to be someone watching the jump pillow. Big kids are allowed in it doing flips, rough housing, chucking balls at each other. When the little ones are in it it’s very dangerous.

Great place! Needs a fan in the bathrooms to get the stink out ! and don't leave the ladies room door open. You can see right in there !! Overall really nice place and the employees are great ppl

The site was truly awful. It was flooded mud pit when we arrived. Staff was very helpful in bringing truckloads of dirt in order to be able to put the camper on the site. The activities department was wonderful but the schedule that we received was not complete so the kids missed a decent amount of stuff. Every staff member we encountered was amazing!!!

I was disappointed with my site at KOA Boston/Cape Cod. No cable port at the site and WiFi was slow and intermittent. Very close neighbors, heavy drinkers on one side and a chain smoker on other. Glad I only spent one night there. The staff was pleasant and professional.

Motor homes should never be put where there is no access by road. Having a lake in front of any site after rain is unacceptable… fix your drainage problems!

while site was beautiful and was one of drive through patio sites the prevailing winds come from west and fire pit was on west side of site which caused all smoke to blow directly across the site and into trailer. Any future patio sites should keep this in mind.

We were given a tent site #101 with electricity. It was a tricky site for a tent as it is a gentle grassy slope, we moved the picnic table it was ok. The swimming pool needs repair/attention, looks very old. The site is close to the entrance, cars kept coming in after 11pm, loud and bright. The street noise was loud in a tent, kept me awake all night. Left 2 nights early and wasn’t asked why.

the last site we were at ho1 was excellent they did a great job on the site not that any site is bad would definitely use that site agian if possible

The campground was okay. The site was a bit more dirt and made everything a muddy mess after a storm. My real issue is actually with the name implying proximity to Cape Cod. The reality is that this campground is at best and hour from Cape Cod beaches and nearly 2 hours from the end of the Cape at Provincetown. We ended up having to drive nearly 500 miles in the three days we were here as a result

Very nice staff. We didn’t have children, but activities were nice. Lot space was small and muddy. Bathrooms clean but need of updating and some commodes were not working at all.

Pretty nice park but spaces to close together. Had very noisy neighbors that played music way too loud. Think there should be more restrooms.

The grounds were clean and the amenities were nice. A TON of activities for the kids. The negatives were the number of restrooms (2 total). Not enough shower stalls or washers/dryers; there was a line no matter what time of day. The pool was always packed, so a second pool or larger pool would be really beneficial. Poor wifi.Couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone or call back prior to our visit

Guys, I am sorry, but your security measures kept me on guard. I felt like I might have been in a sketchy area. I believe your 7 dollar visitor fee is not appropriate. The campgrounds I stay at, and I stay at plenty of them, generally make you feel like you are glad you are there.

We loved the amenities. The jump pad, mini golf, and giant checkers game were a huge hit. We can't wait to book our next stay.

The good. Clean facilities and bathrooms. Friendly staff. Activities for kids (we do not have any) pool, bounce pad, etc good with some formal activities. The not so good. The sites were very close, no privacy. Due to tropical storm lots of free standing water and mud on our grass site. Neighbor dumped his black water directly onto ground (W/E site). KOA were aware nothing done. Gross

We the The Highlands section we were in very much! It was back off the beaten path! Also enjoyed the little walking paths through the woods! WiFi kept dropping but we also were hit by the remnants of The PSA so not sure if that was some of the issue.

We had requested to be near our family members and we were as far away as we possibly could be up in the Highlands. When I called to check on it a week before our stay, We were told we could not be accommodated, but there were 2 empty sites in the same area as our other family members that were also camping. Clearly the attempt was not made to assist us with our request.

It’s packed. Their own rules state no more than 2 cars per site and 6 people. Both sides of us had 4+ cars and one site had 11 people in one trailer! Guests stay overnight, against the rules. I tried to reach the office to get help so we could get out of our space but they didn’t respond. Had fo wake the neighbors to get them to move cars. My stay was horrible, although the staff did what they could, my stay was not a good one, they got my reservations incorrect and were unable to fix it due to the park being over crowded and not being able to move my spot to the requested reservation, cable hook up, sewer and a space that my 36 foot camper actually fit in.

The location is great. The campground is beautiful. It was muddy as we stepped out of the trailer. With the amount of rain you'd hope for gravel or cement. We were on a corner. It was busy and noisy. People were speeding around in golf carts and leaving skid marks. Laughing and yelling until 3am.

Full hookup, friendly staff and plenty of things to do whether you are an adult with a kid at heart or a child. KOA HOLIDAY is a little more expensive but so worth it. Love the staff, love the place.

Loved our stay here! All employees we encountered were nice and helpful. We were here during the nor'easter and lost power for a day or so and the staff was in constant contact with us about everything going on.
