I kinda felt like I was putting the girl out that checked me in. I asked if they had a indoor area so I could sign some papers. (I had to get a notary). Her response was we have a pavilion but if they are here longer then 30 minutes it will cost you $6. Needless to say the pavilion was outdoors and at night not the comfortable area or private. She did not volunteer useful information at all.

Had a great time, went with my husband and four grandkids ages from 8,7,5 & 2, they had a blast . Our second year visiting for the Halloween weekend. Trying to make it a tradition

Could not get streaming video to work over wifi. Only 2 bars AT&T cell coverage. Other than that everything else was ok. Campsite is easy access.

Our campsite was a mud hole. Rocks were sticking up 6-7 inches high right outside of our door. I called and complained so they brought gravel. They used a backhoe to remove the rocks and hit an electrical Line. We were left with a hole outside our door with plywood over it for a day. The fire pit was so wet we had trouble keeping a fire going. Management involved yet we weren’t offered a discoun

I love that the paperwork was all ready for me (even with my name on it) when I arrived. I know this sounds silly, but it made me feel important. It was a Halloween weekend. I loved that we were texted how much candy to get and what was going on throughout the day. Very fun experience. Already booked same weekend next year!

The Boston/Cape Cod KOA is very nice,lots of activities for kids, for halloween. The bath houses were extremely clean throughout our stay.

I enjoy my time at KOA. I am a seasonal camper and look forward to next spring. Lots of activities. Would like to see more food trucks come in for the times when I don't feel like cooking (LOL)

Site was very small, sewer was right there next to my picnic table. And the water hook up was at least four sites shared on Spicket and water leaked constantly which made my site wet the entire time. Been a member for a few years now and I must say that was my most disappointing sight of all.

Restrooms were spotless, Hook ups were placed just right. Not a piece of litter to be seen. This campground is 5 stars for sure.

The girl in the office that was from Pennsylvania was the most helpful person ever. Our trip to Boston and surrounding area was great with her help. Her knowledge of the Amish country in Pennsylvania I’m sure will be very helpful when we get there.

We had a great stay. We really appreciated the gentleman at he desk that took time to explain the details of getting in and out of Boston by train and seeing the city. We weren’t well versed in mass transit and he made it much easier for us.

Easy to find. We scheduled our site 6 months in advance and I thought I’d get a good site, we had to be one of the worst. I ad to use 3 2x6’s to make it level and the truck was in a twist to in hook and hook up, not something I would except from KOA.

Would like fewer text messages about activities. Husband would like more gravel at our site. Thanks for turning off water when we asked. Weather was wonderful.

Great sites, and facilities. The only negative is the cost $60 per night is High. I am currently at the KOA Resort in Cape Charles, VA it was only $40 same if not more of the services. I would have liked to used my points for my nights stay, but they already processed it on my Visa.

We had a nice quiet weekend to wrap up our camping for 2021. This our go to campground for the final weekend of the year and hope to get here during the summer too.

Check in staff were super friendly. Jose was amazing!! Willing to take time to help out with whatever we needed. Superior service and friendliness. This made our first camping experience with our travel trailer perfect.

We are repeat seasonal campers and we look forward to our stay each year. We consider our home away from home and appreciate the effort that was done this year to eliminate rowdy campers. My only problem is when we get excessive rain our site has a drainage issue. Speeders are a problem, the staff inside and out are never to busy to take time to help out, smile or wave as they drive by.TY

They keep making improvements to the campground every year. It's a very fun environment. My kids love going to KOA.

The campground was clean and the staff were very friendly. The only flaw that I could see was that the camp lots are very narrow and you do feel like you are right on top of your neighbor. Our lot could have been graded a little more level but we were able to work it with some wood blocks to level us out.

Couple suggestions: Trim dead limbs/ trees away from campsites and add some gravel to sites that can become muddy during rain. Thanks!

We had good time. It was very clean and staff was very friendly. Only concerns I had was the number of tweens and teens on play equipment bullying younger kids and riding bikes close to people while walking around campground

This was our first stay at a KOA it was nice staff friendly,helpful considering it was packed most campers were respectful no drama, the only thing I think there should be more for adults to do like interacting crafts or something just saying me and my wife don’t have kids and every thing seems to be for kids that’s not a bad thing just saying.

Full hookup, friendly staff and plenty of things to do whether you are an adult with a kid at heart or a child. KOA HOLIDAY is a little more expensive but so worth it. Love the staff, love the place.

General store had a great selection of groceries and supplies, bathrooms were clean, staff was helpful. Very peaceful

Loved our stay here! All employees we encountered were nice and helpful. We were here during the nor'easter and lost power for a day or so and the staff was in constant contact with us about everything going on.
