We stayed at The highlands. Very nice part of the campground. Well kept and quiet. The other areas we found to be very crowded with campers pretty much on top of each other and lots of vehicles. So highlands was definitely the right choice for us. Overall a pleasant stay. Staff were nice and friendly. Also liked the text message reminders about events.

This was the only stop we could find for a last minute stay. We would never return. With just l small amount of effort, the park could be improved greatly. Highest priced park we have stayed at and the worse conditions.

Stayed 3 nights, had to move sites. Given site was muddy. Saw dust all over site from tree cut up. Picnic table broke, site 120 should have been closed till cleaned up. Want money back for night. Worse koa I've stayed at. Rep at counter didn't really care on cell phone

This is an awesome campground. The sites are beautiful. The management and staff are excellent. My grandkids and I love every minute that we spend there. Already looking forward to next season!

This is a conundrum. I think the campground is great for kids but without kids it's not so good. It very loud and BUSY and not at all relaxing.

Very nice. Clean and quiet. Level site that was easy to back into. Patio and and brick fire pit was a nice upgrade for us. Enjoyed the rocker/glider by fire pit. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable of the area, with directions or things to see/do on a rainy day. Great location for base camp between Boston and Cape Cod. Both only a 20 minute drive away.

Site was dirt and roots. For that price you should at least get gravel. Good location

We had been here before. It was comfortable and quiet but seemed a bit more run down then the last time. Also the site was somewhat muddy.

The office staff were great in letting us know how to get to the end of Cape Cod...and then the suggestion to dine at Woods restaurant was the BEST! Thank you so much!

I booked a site and paid for my husband and kids. At every campground I have ever stayed at for over 10 yrs my kids have setup a tent on the site to "go camping in". I have never had an issue with this until this past weekend. I had a man come to my site the second day that I was there to tell me "tents are not allowed on RV sites" Seems a bit ridiculous isn't that what camping is all about.

I arrived the day I was checking in on the campsite I was supposed to be at was occupied. Instead of them making the person leave the site they placed me in a different site for the night and made me move in the morning which was very inconvenient to do alone with a four-year-old. I told them it was unacceptable and I would not be staying there again if they made me move, they said that’s fine.

Super friendly staff from check-in to wood delivery-to garbage pick up, and just driving around staff. Helpful with suggestions on what to visit and how to go about it (ie train schedules, tours, sight seeing). Other campers were friendly also. On-Grounds store had a wide variety of items from necessary to frugal !!

The place is run down. for the price paid. smelly , antiquated bathrooms. un even terrain. it needs remodeling.

Large park. We were stuck in the back with 80% full timers. Lot was very sloped but my jacks were able to compensate lifting the wheels off the ground. Roads and lots are dirt/gravel so kind of a muddy mess with all the rain. Check in host was awesome!

The sites could use more gravel. They become mud holes when it rains. Also the road to the "highlands" need to have the potholes repaired. HOWEVER, the bathrooms and laundry were super nice. This is a very nice park except for lack of stone in the sites and the road If you are an older couple or have a big rig the "highlands" is the best place to be. It is quieter than the other sites.

Poor management they kicked out 5 families including our family who never had any complaints on our site. We have been camping Boston Koa since 2016 ,All because of miss understanding, general manager did not want to hear our end of the story. The complaint they received should’ve been address to the person who was at fault. Not all 5 families especially when your not part of the complaint

This is 2nd time we stayed here. We were in the Highlands section this time and I loved it. It was very quiet, more adults and away from kids activities so families might want to be closer to the action. We found a couple of really good restaurants just a few minutes away.

The Boston /Cape Cod KOA was one of the nicest KOA campgrounds that we have ever stayed. Although I didn't use the bath house it was clean. The staff was very helpful especially Ed and Sabrena. Ed gave us good advice about traveling into Boston that was less stressful than driving and trying to find parking. He also knew where to get a great lobster roll. Sabrena was great. KOA Boston is great.

So close. Our fire pit was next to the sewer from the next Spot. The kids did not or we’re not patrolled at closing, they were very loud. If you have kids it is very kid friendly Very muddy. Office was very friendly

Very helpful staff. Sites are shady and roomy. Good cable. You can't get roof top satellite to work with trees. Easy to get to Boston and/or Cape Cod. Perfect location for a park. It is easy to get to from Interstate. We stayed in pull-through site, 40ft MH with tow. Would certainly stay here again!!!

We did not stay very long as we were experiencing Boston. Upon arrival, the lady who checked us in was knowledgeable. The campground was quiet during quiet hours. The dump station and water refill station was easy to use. The store was mostly stocked, except for fire kinder. Check-in and check-out was seemless: easy.

Nicer than expected. Busy, great family setting. Surprisingly roomy sites. We’ll maintained.

Full hookup, friendly staff and plenty of things to do whether you are an adult with a kid at heart or a child. KOA HOLIDAY is a little more expensive but so worth it. Love the staff, love the place.

Loved our stay here! All employees we encountered were nice and helpful. We were here during the nor'easter and lost power for a day or so and the staff was in constant contact with us about everything going on.
