Great location for a quick get away from the desert heat. One hour to San Diego beaches and lots of hiking and biking near by. The rest rooms were nice and clean. The grounds were clean our site was good sized.

We had a wonderful time staying at Boulevard. The staff was amazing, very kind and helpful. The facility was very clean with lots to do. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the signage. There was not much signage and what was there was very small. Once we figured out our way to the tent site, we loved it. Tent sites are great, flat with shade & llamas (next door).

We had a nice peaceful and relaxing time while we were here. James was friendly and informative he made us feel welcome. There are hiking trails and a koi pond if you want to get out and wander around there is also a labyrinth you can walk around that would be fun for kids. We will definitely come back again!

Our stay was great! Campground was VERY clean. Staff was friendly. Pool was awesome and refreshing on a warm day. Kids had a blast riding the bikes around. See Saw was a bit high but they managed to get on it. Store was stocked enough for any last minute forgotten items. We loved it and will definitely be back!

This campground is a dream come true especially with those that have little ones. The whole staff could not be any more accommodating and helpful especially Jai! It was clean, organized, and exactly the fun we needed. We loved it so much we already booked our next trip! If I could give it a 100 stars I would! Definitely a must! Thank you all for everything!

We had an amazing time. We had an additional family camp next to us and they enjoyed it too. Liked seeing the llamas walk through the camp. Wonderful hosts. This was our second visit and it was just as nice as our first visit. Will definitely plan to visit again.

Staff is wonderful!! This KOA is overpriced for the park amenities. Power grid went out with no back up generator in the park, meant no water supply. Water pressure was low however management turned it up. Park is going thru a much needed upgrade. Cable TV would be nice for the price. Give this park a year or so and it should be in good shape. Limited grocery supply at the local gas station.

I never stayed. Due to the fires, I was called into the fire dept and canceled my stay. James told me he had no problem issuing a refund. The next day, I got a $75 refund. I paid $750 for a month. Never even stayed there for a minute. Jai is also another person that works there. Will NEVER do business with this ground again. Jai should not be working there either

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

It was our mistake, the refund was suppose to be 750 and 75 was mistakenly entered. A full refund was processed on the card you used to make your deposit. We are sorry for any inconvenience.

we had a great stay. all park personnel we met were helpfull and courteous. only issue we incurred was electrical service went out for about five hrs. because of a power company problem. very clean and quiet.

Very nice place up hear away from the city the manager is a very nice professional not rude or stuck up very good prices. Lots of shade for campers laundry room bath house pool everything well kept and clean this is a nice koa

Staff was friendly, informative and super helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. There was some construction going on but it wasn't intrusive. The park is investing in new infrastructure and its only going to get better, Cant wait to return. we enjoyed the koi pond, Labyrinth walk, the pool, and the hiking trails. Great way to recharge the batteries.

Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Campgrounds are manicured and facilities are clean. Nice quiet place to unplug and reset.

Staff were VERY helpful throughout our reservation process and stay. We enjoyed the pool and combo of bunkhouse and tent sites was awesome.

Have always loved this camp & unfortunately I had not been there these past few years. I was sadden to see that the park has shrunk �� the numerous trails & access to the rocks my kids used to love & climb are now fenced. Hopefully next time I visit, there is some kind of activities going on, don't know if it's because of the corona virus, but it would b nice to have some activity going on.

Love this quiet, rugged western campground. Acres of walking trails. World class mountain biking nearby. Nice pool, dog parks and shady oak trees. Great staff and owners. Power company working projects close by. All power interruptions clearly communicated with timing/duration via email. Casino convenience store and diesel fuel/big rig friendly 5 miles away. Safe with Border Patrol nearby.

The beautiful old Live Oak trees provided welcome shade for my full-hookup, pull through site. In addition to the usual amenities, this campground has a Koi pond and a labyrinth to enhance the tranquility. The staff were friendly and informative. I definitely plan to stay here again.

The owner at first seemed pleasantly friendly. It didn’t take long for them to show their true colors. They over doubled the rent or gave us the option to leave. You weren’t allowed to have company over and they tried controlling how you lived your life. We will never stay here and continue not promote this KOA ever.

The owner and employees are super hospitable and friendly and the campground is peaceful with very clean facilities. We stayed in one of the cabins and it was very comfortable. The grounds are large and beautiful with trails and many interesting features. There are plenty of big shade trees. We enjoyed our stay very much!

We were there only one night but cannot wait to come back for at least a week! Very peaceful, well laid out, friendly staff and clean. The showers were clean but had only cold water (but maybe we did something wrong, we were exhausted). If you want to see stars on a clear night, this is the place!!

This place is an absolute joke. The owner was very unprofessional from the beginning. He used vulgar language and was aggressive when confronted with issues that we brought to his attention. The staff wasn’t friendly and had a “take it or leave it” attitude. We were asked to leave because of an error made on their end. They over-booked their capacity for the campground. Stayed for a month, I was sorry to have to leave. Everyone at the KOA there was so accommodating, every need and request was met with a nod and a smile. The staff worked very hard to address the water issue, and managed to get the low water pressure issue fixed. I offered to lead groups for bicycle excursions because there is so many things to do and see. Stay and you wont be disappointed!

We enjoyed a very quiet and nice week in this campground.. The hostesses Karen,James and Gabriel were very friendly and helpful. Very clean and well maintained place.We definitely will be back again. Highly recommended.

A must stay! This place is great. We were only able to spend one night but had we not been on a schedule I could've stayed a week or longer. They check all the normal boxes with clean facilities, laundry, a cute, well stocked camp store, level sites and functional hook ups. But there's a little magic in the air here. The staff is warm and inviting. Ziggy and Zoey (the camp dogs) frolic around and will greet you if you ask. You can visit with ostriches, goats, pigs, and chickens. And the tree shaded sites make you feel cozy and relaxed. They have hiking trails and a place to see the amazing night sky. Seriously dont miss this location, you won't want to leave.

We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning. The zip line alone would have kept our kids fully entertained, but add in pig races, a nice playground, koi pond, ostriches...and so much more...we are leaving with some great experiences and memories made. The camp hosts are super friendly and helpful and interested in providing a great experience.
