Nice campground with excellent bath houses, but no shade in the full hookup sites. Pump or generator (some piece of farm equipment) was rather loud and ran all night. Also would be nice to have recycling bins.

Nice bathrooms but—-need more ventilation. Dog park has some gaps @ gates so that a small dog can get out but nice space. My campsite was beside road leading to you pick site so with little dogs and kids at risk. Cars were flying down road and created horrible dust. I couldn’t eat there without dust in my food—need to change traffic problem. Stay away from sites on end of roads

We took 3 days to relax, this KOA was amazing.. It’s a real working farm. Stuff for kids and kids at heart. You can pick fruits and veggies or flowers. It was so peaceful and quiet.. we loved it. Thank you

All attractions (railroad etc.) closed. We rented a "Silo" for three nights. Not clean, even the sink sponge was used. We attempted to get clean towels at the office. Staff confused as to how to obtain them. Shower door leaked and the place was full of spiders. The good news was the ONLY venue open to serve a limited menu of food. The staff was very nice and helpful. The food was awesome.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Hi Gary, it looks like you did stay during a Sat which is when we advertise the train running. The train times were in your packet :) About the towels, we didn't know if you were staying in your own rv or cabin. Once we realized you were in the silo we said if you need more you can call us :)

Fun time! Everything was good. Daughter loved the obstacle course and kayaks. Would rate 5 stars if they fixed up their games, paddle boat, and some other things that need repairs.

It was great. The onmly complaint was that there were some young guys in a cabin that went wayyyyy past the quiet time making a whole lot of noise.

Easy check in, new sites and bathrooms. The facilities were pretty new. A little pricey considering there is no pool, clubhouse or shade on the drive thru spaces. The roads were pretty dusty and both weekend days there were a lot of visitors to the actual farm which caused a lot of traffic. Location is close to town.

The campground portion is fairly new and the amenities were nice. I feel the surrounding areas could use some maintenance as the ancillary building are in rough shape. I understand the area is supposed to look like an old western town, but... Also, the petting zoo is a nice attraction. (If campers are already paying 85-plus dollars a night, one would think the Petting zoo could be included.)

Campground was a little run down for it being fairly new. Weeds all over gravel pads, Red ant piles everywhere! Water pressure was good. No problems with electric or sewer. Campground groundskeeper was very friendly. Bathroom was fairly dirty for campground being empty. Playground, pavilions, grills and lake with free kayaks were cool.Farm & activities were good (most activities are an extra fee).

Nicest and most interesting campground I have ever stayed in. So much for families to do. Greatest bath and shower buildings. Quiet and well kept campus. I enjoyed the “you pick” wild flowers. Wish I could have stayed longer.

After loving the bathrooms/bathhouses the last stay we were super excited for this stay. The bathrooms seemed that they we not cleaned since Friday. They were disgusting ALL DAY Saturday and check out day on Sunday. Also wish there was an additional outlet at the electrical boxes. The flower fields and produce store were great.

We enjoyed the atmosphere And tranquility of the camp. However lot 60 and 61 need a little care due to the fact there was a slight slope and when it rains it puddles creating an algae film which is very slippery just need to be filled with some dirt. All in all had a great time there.

We had a nice time and loved the spacious sites, huge dog park, pond with kayaks, volleyball area and new restrooms. The staff was all very friendly. The only thing we were disappointed with was the game room area. The grass was overgrown, the equipment for the games was broken or missing, and the whole area seemed run down. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and will likely visit again.

We stayed in the covered wagons. Very fun especially for grandsons. For us older folks the bed was a bit too low. Great that it had AC, small frig & Microwave. The buffalo and sheep were quite entertaining! It felt like we were home on the range. Loved the fire pit and patio area. A fun, family weekend.

We loved the lot spacing and the variety sites. Loved the famers market and the dairy farm. The large K-9 fenced in area was massive and worked really well. My only negative concern is quite hours; especially when large group of kids are gathering around the bldg (showers/laundry). We look forward to returning to this KOA.

we always love coming... We want to have a give back day to hunsader farms...if somehow we could all come back for a fix up day wed love to be a part of it... Bring your tools and some supplies and help put stuff together that some guests have broken ...please let me know

Very nice campground. Easy check in; easy in & out. We didn't have kids with us but with the farm attached it's a great place for kids!

Really nice place. Lots of room and long lots especially good for big rigs. Great people and internet. No cable but great antenna reception. Only issue I had concerned my neighbors behind me in a couple of cabins. On Thursday night at midnight they were still going strong outside exceptionally loud. Way too loud and made going to sleep impossible until they stopped around 1230.

Even though it rained quite a bit the first couple of days, we had a wonderful time at your campground! The staff was very helpful and the grounds were impeccable! We were very impressed with the quality of the bathhouses too!

We had a wonderful time and our kiddos had a blast! Old school kid fun.. bikes and playground and soccer and meeting new friends.. the gagga ball pick was a hit as well.. we had site 23 in the trees.. loved it , but not full hook up.. shaded and spacious enough for us. Some reviewers mentioned some maintenance needs to be done and I do agree they need to keep up better with repairs and such..and I'm only mentioning it because I know if someone isn't checking up on it things can get missed … also think the petting zoo should be included in the stay or at least after paying once you can go back as much as you want while you are staying at the camp grounds.. we will be back.. 😊

What a great place to stay!!! This is the first campground I've stayed at where you have so many unique options for what to stay in!! They have covered wagons, cabins, what looks like an Army tent, a modular building, a couple of silo/cabins, or bring your own tents, RVs, or travel trailers. There's different lots and some are surrounded by trees. There's a decent walking trail through trees with an obstacle course on one side that runs the length of the path. The bathrooms are nice and separate. Meaning you go into your own bathroom with a shower and not like at most places where you walk into a bathroom with several stalls and showers. For us dog owners, the dog park was big. Some places have a separate part for small dogs and bigger dogs. This is just one big area not separated. Will definitely go back again!!

A hidden gem! Absolutely beautiful and quiet. The restrooms are clean, and look brand new. We 💯recommend this very cool campground.
