Great weekend with the family. Loved having all the animals around us. The staff was very friendly and quick to respond to any concerns. Beautiful bathrooms. The kids have already told us we will be going back. :))

We only stayed one night in a cabin. We had a campground tour from the work campers and thoroughly enjoyed the unique campground features and the care that goes into keeping it nice. Bathrooms /shower houses are impeccable. Wish we could have stayed longer but will be on our return list. We even met the owners and family!

Distance to activities good. Otherwise... Bathrooms were great but cabin doors were sticky. No grates for the fire pit. No grill at the cabin. Had to supply own propane for grills that were at the shelter. Just not what I expected from a KOA. Camp store not open after 4/5. Had to go out 10+ miles for campfire wood so no campfire experience for the 2yr olds first one. Beds weren't comfortable.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

oh no! we were not informed that the communal grill was out of propane, we do supply the propane for it. all of our deluxe sites have grills on them, however our primitive cabin sites do not, as portrayed on our website.

Campground itself very clean and quiet. We rented a camper. Awning was broke which made it quite hot and sunny. Wish I would have known as I would have brought My canopy. Would be helpful to include instructions on how to use all the equipment in the camper, including the cooktop and oven. Had some issues wjth the internet and could not get TV to connect. Petting Zoo and farm stand were great.

We stayed in the covered wagons and the staff at hunsader farms are all very friendly, welcoming and helpful.

We first stated when they opened a few years ago. Everything worked then. Now everything seems to be in disrepair. Broken air hockey table, broken bbq on our patio spot #98, leaky water hookup etc. please keep things running or word will spread fast…!

Wonderful farm/ Best KOA that I have stayed at. Very comfortable/ interesting. Weekdays more desirable for us/ less crowded. Only thing we would have liked is a swimming pool ~ but of course the beach is not on far! Very responsive hosts. Excellent 3 nights there!

We did not stay here.No electricity,even though it has lights & outlets.I didn't notice in the listing about no electricity but did notice the lights in pics.We needed electricity so called, left voice-mail, & emailed.We drove to another town & stayed elsewhere, even though we paid for this place.It's been a week and they still haven't responded.Looks like nice place but poor customer service!!

Everything is very well maintained; the staff is so friendly. We loved being able to go to the produce market every day to buy fresh veggies and meat for our dinners. We like it so much we are bringing our family for the Christmas celebration this December and staying there for the following 2 months. The petting zoo is a wonderful place and just relax and spend time with the animals.

What a wonderful experience we had. We were sad to have only stayed 2 days! Beautiful campground, very well maintained. Staff was friendly, and helpful. So much to do and explore. We look forward to many more stays in the future!

We enjoyed the stay in which we had 2 cabins and a tent site. The facilities are nice however we would like you to consider adding a dish washing tub maybe near the exterior of the laundromat as a central area for the campers in tents and cabins to wash dishes. Most state parks have this service and it is very useful.

We stayed in the bigger silo with the full bath #99. It was awesome! It was well stocked. Ac worked great. We enjoyed the gas fire pit outside every night. We had the best sunset view. Everything was pretty good . From the pick your own strawberries , snack shack, petting zoo, ice cream shop ,and produce stand. We are already looking to book our next trip.

We stayed in the silo and it was worth every penny! It was clean and stocked with everything that we need for a comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend staying here.

My friend and I stayed in the cover wagon. It was very cold. But everything was outstanding . We will be back. Have already told many about your place. Thanks for a great experience. Everything was so clean. All were very friendly .

This is our favorite KOA in Florida. The staff is always friendly and personable. We stayed in a pet friendly cabin that has views of the farm animals (pure joy)! There’s a Produce Market that allows you to enjoy a true farm to fork experience! The bathrooms are clean and private. The Wi-Fi was recently upgraded and we had a strong signal. Endless amenities at this family-friendly campground.

We were in the Covered wagon and it was so nice, clean, and a king size bed! Nice patio with a wood firepit as well as a gas fire table and gas grill. Very clean and nice bathrooms and showers.

From the moment we stepped inside the RV, there were issues. The gas stove didn't work- one tank was empty and the other was turned off. It was resolved quickly but all should have been ready to go. More towel rods in the bathroom would have been very helpful. But the biggest issue was the TV which was pixelated most of the time and my husband missed the football games he wanted to watch!

Great time for kids and adults alike. Had so much fun we are already planning our next trip to the farm. Some things not even advertised in the park can keep the kids entertained all day and night long. Best vacation in a while.

This visit over New Years was my first time at the farm and it was wonderful! I stayed in one of the little cabins, while family were in an RV and Pop-up. With grandchildren from ages 9-14 months, we had plenty to do. We loved to petting zoo, obstacle course (especially the zip line), animals, fireworks and picking strawberries! The KOA facilities, playground and dog park were great!

Was an amazing stay with alot todo. Everything you would need being out in the country. Great staff and very clean. Only suggestion I would make for the warmer months is to install a swimming area. We did not need it with being there in winter but would be a great thing to add to the park.

Cabin amasing but animals not well cared for... Activities rarely open.. Eat shake said holiday biscuits gravely so didnt plan breakfast those days and they didnt open at all. Couldnt get wood after 5 pm some days at all store never opened. Buggy rides train never opened and we stayed a full week.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

All of our animals are very well taken care of, our store hours are 9-5 M-T 9-8 F-S. However we did close for Christmas so our workers could be with their families. other than that we were open normal store hours.

It was interesting watching the animals out our back window from the cabin. I was going around taking pictures of all of them and even then I’m not sure I got all of them, you have so many. We traveled outside of camp to the surrounding areas to explore. We had a delicious breakfast at your camp also. It was sad though that you had all of your Christmas decorations down before we got there.

Unique stay, exactly what I was looking for. Quiet at night, during the day it is a working farm and there was some work going on, but it was only during daylight hours so very reasonable. Loved being able to walk around and see the animals, a new lamb was born the day I checked in. Great place for young kids, lots for them to do.

The campground is clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and responsive. The Christmas festival that was happening during our stay was very nice.

We stayed in cabin 28. When we first walked in there was dirt and hair on the ground. My daughter climbed up on the bunk to find 3 old water bottles and a toy that must’ve been left behind from a previous stay. Also it smelled like wet mold and the ac unit kept making a loud noise all night. The campground itself and our country Christmas experience was great however, the cabin was awful.

We had a wonderful time and our kiddos had a blast! Old school kid fun.. bikes and playground and soccer and meeting new friends.. the gagga ball pick was a hit as well.. we had site 23 in the trees.. loved it , but not full hook up.. shaded and spacious enough for us. Some reviewers mentioned some maintenance needs to be done and I do agree they need to keep up better with repairs and such..and I'm only mentioning it because I know if someone isn't checking up on it things can get missed … also think the petting zoo should be included in the stay or at least after paying once you can go back as much as you want while you are staying at the camp grounds.. we will be back.. 😊

What a great place to stay!!! This is the first campground I've stayed at where you have so many unique options for what to stay in!! They have covered wagons, cabins, what looks like an Army tent, a modular building, a couple of silo/cabins, or bring your own tents, RVs, or travel trailers. There's different lots and some are surrounded by trees. There's a decent walking trail through trees with an obstacle course on one side that runs the length of the path. The bathrooms are nice and separate. Meaning you go into your own bathroom with a shower and not like at most places where you walk into a bathroom with several stalls and showers. For us dog owners, the dog park was big. Some places have a separate part for small dogs and bigger dogs. This is just one big area not separated. Will definitely go back again!!
