The wagon lot # 40 was where we stayed. It was perfect for us. We loved it. The sunrise and buffalo roaming all around us was an incredible experience. The bathrooms are extremely clean. I highly recommend it for families with children. I also highly recommend you ride the train, take a swamp buggy tour or visit the petting zoo. This was one of the most enjoyable stays ever. but fix the bed !!

The Camping Cabin was perfect for a 2 nights, even has a mini fridge, the bathhouse was immaculate look and smell like a new construction that you are the first person to used it. The campground is in more than perfect condition. I'll be back. Only need heater in the cabin.

We stayed in the deluxe cabin for thanksgiving and had a wonderful experience. The campground was well designed and had a lot of fun things for kids to do. The only thing I wish the campground offered was golf cart rentals. We will definitely be back.

Check in is super easy. So many fun amenities. Bath houses are new and I love the layout. They are always clean as well. Breakfast is available and delicious. This is our second time staying here and we can't wait to keep coming back!

First time there with neighborhood for our 3rd annual Friendsgiving. A few of them have been here before and just raved about it. Now I see why. Loved it and look forward to more future visits. All the staff were super friendly and helpful and I love that we are helping support the farm and the zoo.

We came for a weekend trip and stayed in one of your RV. We loved it. The farm rustic look is great and the animals are well cared for. I made sure before we left to get some produce and flavored butter and added some fancy rock to my collection. Highly recommend and already told one of my friends about you, she will be planning a trip with her boys in the future.

I waited a week to do this because I was hoping that I would get a call from one of the owners. There is not enough characters for me to go into it all, but I would appreciate it if someone contacted me. Someone besides David Hunsader who could seem to care less when I told him about my experience. Not even an "I'm sorry about that". Really horrible experience and I feel ripped off.

Sorry you were unhappy with your stay, we know you wanted a quiet work-cation. We unfortunately were not able to fully provide that, as a kids birthday party was happening at our pavilion until 7:30pm, which is an open area for guests to use and before our 10PM quiet hours. David did apologize.

My niece & I got off to a rocky start as our key for the silo was not with our packet when arriving, but thankfully there were people still there that could help as an event was going on later. The staff were very helpful and this would be a great KOA for children. The silo outdoor area was perfect and more private than others. We really enjoyed our campfire and so glad they had wood to buy.

Had a very nice stay. The only complaint were the three cabins across from cabin 29 that let their dogs bark too much, even leaving and tying the dogs up outside with no supervision.

We rented a camping cabin; this was our second visit. We did not stay overnight, but still spending the afternoon (about 1 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.) at Hunsader Farms entailed worthwhile memories. It was convenient to use the porch swing, the individual restrooms in the camping area, the game room (we had a child visit with us for a few hours), and to see all the animals. Thank you.

Im making it an annual staycation. Just relaxing & beautiful farm surroundings. Cabins are cute..Bathrooms/Showers are Fantastic. Family owned festival is the Cherry on. top. Dave & Kim Hunsaders Are The Best!

We rented both the silo and covered wagon.. they were both clean and had more amenities then were listed.. EVERYONE on site from check in to check out and grounds keepers were SUPER nice.. can't wait to go back!!!!

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful KOA! We had stayed before and booked again so we could be right there for the Pumpkin Festival. This KOA is immaculately maintained and the bath house/restrooms are the cleanest I've ever seen. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The campground was clean and well kept. The cabin was all that we needed and we had great nights’ sleep. The bathrooms and showers were very well maintained. All in all a great experience.

wonderful stay. The kids had a blast at the playground and the farm, the dogs loved the dog run! The cabins were cozy and comfortable. Great amenities including fire pits at all camp sites and community grills. The farm was AMAZING, especially for the annual Pumpkin Festival. We had a blast and will definitely be returning!

We had an amazing weekend for the Fall Festival. We had a propane issue and Larry had it fixed and ready to go within minutes. We always love staying at the Hunsader Farms Koa this was our 4th trip there. We will be back again in December.

I have stayed at many KOA‘s they all have been great the staff has always been amazing NOT this one it’s terrible . To many broken non working items for the price 171.00 + Playground has a trench digger sitting by it very dangerous. Game room broken, rotted warped items . Farm area used to be nice it has warped ,rotting wood , eat shack dirty tables, very bad wasp issues STAFF doesn’t care

Worst place ever!! We left before the night, It was infested with spiders. Managment laughed and thought it was okay, worst customer service ever!! Like seriously. This place is a joke! Don't waste your time or your money.

We checked your cabin after you left and found no spiders at all inside. A couple outside is typical in Florida as they show up so quickly. We absolutely did not laugh at you or tell you we thought it was okay. You threatening to sue us over a spider was unacceptable.

Our group rented 7 cabins for a 2-night stay. We had a wonderful time. The cabins were perfect, the bathrooms were clean, and the grounds were well kept. Our only complaint: there was no emergency/after-hours phone number printed anywhere on the check-in packet, nor in the cabin, and we had a situation the first night where that would have been helpful. Other than that- it was great!

My daughter stayed in a wagon, I stayed in your small camper. Both were lovely! Only issues were no electricity the first night for my daughter, and no one answered the after hours line after we made multiple calls from 7 pm on. It was fixed the next day. We enjoyed the property, the kids loved the zoo and the train ride. Wonderful property.

I thought it was absolutely beautiful and the staff was friendly and helpful. The only recommendation is we felt since we were spending money staying on the campground, a free ticket to either the train, buggy or petting zoo should be included.

This place has some really unique places to stay in like the covered wagons and silos. So we will be going back to check them out. We loved seeing all the animals. They have plenty to do there. I do think it's a little unconvenient that everything closes at 5pm. We loved our cabin. The only complaint was the water didn't get very warm in the shower. Also, every place in there was flooded.

Not great bathroom dirty we weren't told the farm was closed on mother's day. Nothing to do. Huge disappoinment no staff around.

We've stayed there twice, so far, in one of the Kabins. It's fun to watch the farm animals in the pasture right behind our Kabin. The restrooms are very clean, and private. No communal showers here! The huge dog park is great. Austin, at the KOA office was so nice and helpful. We've already made reservations to return in October. Best KOA ever!

We enjoy the stay at Bradenton / Hunsader Farm. Great friendly staff. Plenty of activities for the family. Very relaxing place. We will be back in the fall.

I brought my grandson to celebrate his 5th birthday, and what a weekend to remember! It was everything I hoped for and more! We experienced every amenitie except the petting zoo (he’s not a fan). We loved absolutely everything, from the rides to the fire pit marshmallow grilling! Our only negative was the bathroom smell in the RV...it was hard to sleep until we countered it by popping popcorn

Wi-fi did not work AT ALL. Regardless how much I rotated the dish. I was looking forward to this for wind down time for the kids. Main bed dipped in the center causing terrible sleep and aching back. Game room was deplorable. Almost everything there was broken or incomplete. Avoided it. Water Tank of kurig was cracked. All else was great but Thank goodness I went during the discounted weekend.

Nice atmosphere, clean bathrooms. No pool or splash area. Two outlets in cabin, AC, and fridge. Easy check in/out, friendly staff. All activities are extra and take place before 5 PM. Game room had lots of missing items and was very musty. Most food, shopping, and beaches are within 30 min- 1 hr driving. Family still had a great time glamping.

I went to different KOAs ,this one is one of my favorite now, love and enjoy the zoo, farm , activities for kids and adults, produces, all in one place , the wagon and the unisex bathroom are wonderful and so unique, it s different from the other. I would like to return when the sunflowers are bloomed and more to be picked. Recommend ��

We had a wonderful time and our kiddos had a blast! Old school kid fun.. bikes and playground and soccer and meeting new friends.. the gagga ball pick was a hit as well.. we had site 23 in the trees.. loved it , but not full hook up.. shaded and spacious enough for us. Some reviewers mentioned some maintenance needs to be done and I do agree they need to keep up better with repairs and such..and I'm only mentioning it because I know if someone isn't checking up on it things can get missed … also think the petting zoo should be included in the stay or at least after paying once you can go back as much as you want while you are staying at the camp grounds.. we will be back.. 😊

What a great place to stay!!! This is the first campground I've stayed at where you have so many unique options for what to stay in!! They have covered wagons, cabins, what looks like an Army tent, a modular building, a couple of silo/cabins, or bring your own tents, RVs, or travel trailers. There's different lots and some are surrounded by trees. There's a decent walking trail through trees with an obstacle course on one side that runs the length of the path. The bathrooms are nice and separate. Meaning you go into your own bathroom with a shower and not like at most places where you walk into a bathroom with several stalls and showers. For us dog owners, the dog park was big. Some places have a separate part for small dogs and bigger dogs. This is just one big area not separated. Will definitely go back again!!
