This is a cute, clean campground with very friendly staff. The drawback is that they're trying to shove far too many campers into the area and the non-premium sites are narrow to the point of being nearly unusable but certainly too narrow to feel you can enjoy being outside. And some sites have your neighbors facing you so they're looking into your camper. Value was not good for $$ charged.

Very upset to be backed up to a bathroom with no picnic table.very close to walls, no room to walk around. I think the spot was 89. Total waste of an hour to figure out that was not going to work and have to move to another spot.

We stayed in a cabin and there was a hole in the wall next to the ac unit you could stick your hand through. They were dirty, found a bottle of curdled milk and crushed chips in the bunks. There was no place to walk your dogs. The bathrooms were dirty, and there was no direct access to them, you had to walk to the end of the road and backup or cut through someone else's site.

The Deluxe cabin was wonderful! We were able to cook and have our kids close so we did not have to use the RV which would be close quarters!

What a gem in the Ozarks!! We will definitely stay again. No need to look anywhere else..

Our hosts were very accommodating, even when we had to extend our stay because of a mechanical problem with our motorhome. The grounds were tidy.

Can’t believe the spot they put us in for 4 days and charged me 200$. No place to cook, no place to put your camp chairs. You were stuck inside. So many people in the pool. Other than the jacuzzi . I left early by about 2 days. Will not be back

Always super nice and helpful. Very Clean pool area and laundry areas! Staff super friendly even greeted the dogs! Loved the KOA 4th of July parade it was so fun to see all the staff having fun.

This was an exceptional campground. Clean, well kept. Helpful staff. Bathhouse was like a luxury hotel. A great home away from home. Walking distance to several great stores and restaurants. Nice out of the way road to avoid major traffic getting around Branson.

Horrible sites. Way to packed together. No fire pit. Horrible WiFi. Poor service. Could not even depart early to get money back. The worst KOA in 55 years. How can you allow sites to be so close together. The trailer next to us could not even open up the pull outs. Really bad experience. We would like our money back for this stay

The oven in our unit did not work. The guy that fixed it said they (mgt.) does not do upkeep when the season is busy. The WIFI the camp markets does not work (too slow to no connectivity). The sights have no green space - it is all concrete/blacktop aside from the cabin. The boat did not work and that wasted half a day of our vacation. Overall - poor mgt.

Friendly staff. Very helpful with getting Branson show tickets. Campground did lose power, but was restored in good time. Breakfast was good.

We enjoyed our stay. The only thing we needed was a later trash pick up service. We were up late at the shows and missed the 7am trash pick up. This was our 2nd stay at this KOA.

Mini vacation for 7 year old grandson and he had a blast. He was so happy to be in the pool and at the playground we skipped our planned visit to Silver Dollar City. The staff was beyond exceptional. Thanks for an excellent visit, we’ll be back as we’re close by in NW Arkansas.

i would suggest allowing campers with dogs to a certain section of the campground. we had a camper next to us with 6 dogs and one behind us with 3 dogs (two of them great danes) with the storms at night the barks were abundant also for the size of campground the pool was small and often overcrowded. maybe with the additional campers on the hill an additional pool is needed

Not enough showers or bathrooms. Pool is way too small. No transportation. Sites are too close together and are full of stickers! Dog park is horrible! Its at the very front of the Park and is very small. I would like to know what the $2 charge per day is for? I would not go back.

This was the nicest KOA campground we've stayed at since we began camping 8 years ago. Personnel at this facility were very friendly, professional, and helpful, we couldn't ask for anything more. Our site was a full hookup with concrete runners/drive for our 5th wheel camper. We had trees, green grass, concrete patio, table and chairs, patio swing for 2, fire pit, and charcoal grill. Everyone was so friendly and cared about our happiness during our stay. We will definately stay at this location again and we would recommend this campground to our friends and family. Happy Camper!
