If there was any problem small or big they get On it and take care of it ,When ever I go to Branson I will be staying at the KOA the manager is great her name is Mrs Kelly I think very nice person!!!!

The only issues I had were the internet connection and the cedar trees around the camp site 134. They were dying trees and therefore need to be taken out. The cedar needles from the trees were unbearable. They were on the floor, around the camp site getting on wet clothing. Then before leaving they were on every inch of the roof and the slides. Please consider taking those things out.

It was great. The campground was very nice and well kept. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Very clean park! It’s nice that the park is out of the way of all the busy-ness of Branson, but still just a few minutes drive to anything you want to do. Very pet friendly! The pool was very clean and a nice place to relax after being out and about all day. Staff members are very friendly as well!

Clean park. Lots of spaces. Small pool considering how many people are staying there. Didn't use restroom/shower facilities so cannot comment on those. Very friendly staff.

Everyone was very courteous and helpful. The mattress inerds to be replaced as it sinks into the middle and was very squeaky. One cabin was clean but the other had multiple spiderwebs and spiders. We appreciate that you had someone come and clean it. We wish you allowed pets in the larger cabins and would probably look to stay somewhere that had multiple beds that allows pets fir future visits.

The staff was so kind and accommodating! The bathrooms clean, air conditioned, and smelled nice. We loved the trash pick up! It felt secure and we saw staff constantly circling the property and checking in. Location was great! Downsides were the tight and extremely uneven spots. We were on a pretty steep incline, so many leveling blocks were a must. Overall, great 3 night stay at the KOA!

Very nice facility. Squeaky clean and friendly as can be. Easy access to all of the entertainment in Branson is a big plus as well!

We had a spot that was not acceptable (thought we reserved a Premium - our oversight). Staff went above our expectations in finding a Premium. Enjoyed our stay and will return.

This was not our best visit. The pool temperature felt like you were in a warm bath. Not very refreshing on a hot summer day. The cable tv would cut in and out and only had 3-4 channels. Still a great place to stay, just this visit was hot great.

Facilities are very nice, pool and even breakfast on the weekends! Our campsite wasn’t cleaned from previous campers as it had clumps if dog hair all over. Loved all the trees!! People were very nice that ran this koa.

We stayed three nights, the bathrooms were always clean, the campgrounds were also clean and well groomed, my children loved the pool. The girl at the front desk (Whitney) was really helpful, she answered all our questions, and even escorted us to our campsite. We would definitely recommend this place to our family and friends.

The tent sites are TINY! They're very crowded, 5 site shoved into a corner. The ground is gravel and on a hillside. All 5 sites share a pavilion with picnic tables. There was no parking available at the sites. There was also no water, we didnt know any of this until we showed up and it did not work for us at all. We had to leave and still have not received a phone call back from the site hosts.

When I arrived and walked up to the office, staff opened the door and greeted us in a very welcoming way. The campground was clean and had a K9 park. The pool was clean as well. We loved our stay and would do so again.

It was a good Campground nice and clean staff was great I do recommend for bigger families to get a luxury site for space standard sites are tight couple things I wish the pool would have stayed open later for a night swim and the store closed at 7. I seen a lot of people walk to store and have to leave empty handed .Cable and wifi not good. But we did enjoy are self all in all.

The laundry was a disappointment. It only took quarters so you had to get change in the office which is not open all the time. You need to get a change machine or a machine that takes credit cards.

The sites are super tight, no grass or tree shade. The site is level but the approach to the hitch is so angled our auto reconnect would not work. We had a premium site so it was very disappointing.. The only plus was the pool

Campground was beautiful, but our assigned slot wasn't. We were placed in the back of camp right next to the breakfast hall. A spotlight on the building was blaring into the left side of our camper all night keeping us awake. We were only there for one night, but there were multiple back-in spots vacant throughout the campground so we wish we were given another spot considering the price we paid.

Reserved paved site not appropriate for tent camping,new site on a grassy/rocky patch behind ,bathrooms with the only partially level area under the bathroom air conditioner and next to a l arge 4x4x3 electric ial unit. Very sleepless night. To add insult to injury we were charged $10.00 a night more. Handicapped bath was spacious,well lit, and very clean. Carlene

Great staff at this KOA. We had a big family reunion (50+) and this was the perfect place. Spend the extra $$ and get a premium space. Dog park is in the WORST location possible. Busy place that works well.

This was the nicest KOA campground we've stayed at since we began camping 8 years ago. Personnel at this facility were very friendly, professional, and helpful, we couldn't ask for anything more. Our site was a full hookup with concrete runners/drive for our 5th wheel camper. We had trees, green grass, concrete patio, table and chairs, patio swing for 2, fire pit, and charcoal grill. Everyone was so friendly and cared about our happiness during our stay. We will definately stay at this location again and we would recommend this campground to our friends and family. Happy Camper!
