We were put in a pretty rustic tent site - after exploring we saw prettier, grassier locations that would have been better for us. Our bathrooms were not cleaned daily, or even replenished with tp/soap. Reported feces in the pool and staff did little to correct it. Two pools are nice, lots of land to explore, relaxing spaces.

The farmhouse cabin we stayed in was awesome. Only complaints was that the two a/c units were on one side of the cabin and did not cool the cabin as a whole unless you left the bedroom doors open; also, there was no plunger for the toilet and no way to call the front desk at 10pm.

The staff was personable and helpful. They tended to our two requests quickly. We had no complaints at all.

Beds desperately need to be upgraded. The store had 10 day expired bread, no plastic utensils and only 2 boxes of worms. They were not getting more bread in for a week. The man working in the store was very courteous. We didn't get any info on canoe or paddleboat rental. The pool was nice, but need more spaces with big umbrellas or covering from the sun.

Nice park with a lot of amenities. Close enough to Jasper for convenience and very close to the lake for recreation. Quite and clean with a friendly and helpful staff.

The camp was clean and well kept, but we really wish that since they went through the trouble of putting a toilet in the cabins, they could at least put a curtain around it, if not a wall. Also, we were expecting to be able to kayak and ride horses. Neither were available. The kids had fun fishing, though. And we enjoyed walking the trails & riding the golf cart around.

Would have appreciated a canopy at our site. Especially since it poured down rain and we basically were stuck in the little cabin. Also, trash bags would be nice for liners In the trash can (we had to get trash can after check in.) Otherwise Tony is a great guy and also very helpful and accommodating. Nice, clean, very pet and family friendly.

This was our first time to stay here. We had a great time in spite of the rainy weather. Our site had a newly built deck which was perfect to help stay nice and dry outside while it rained. The owners were very nice and came around to check on us several times. Will definitely be back again.

This is a great KOA! Every staff member we had contact with was so awesome. They were able to put us and my brother and his family next to each other. And my sister and her family had a great cabin. The park itself had great amenities, although, we didn’t use all they had available because of the weather but we will be back. Thanks again to Tony and the entire staff!

Enjoyed the weekend, as always staff was kind, friendly and always make sure everyone is having fun. Enjoyed the community fire, got to meet new people. We love the FAMILY Atmosphere... To many things to list , th we re is always something for every kind of camper. Cant wait for our next trip!

We were first time campers in a brand new travel trailer. We were nervous but they helped us and made us feel comfortable from the moment we checked in. Great place for family time with lots to do. Park is also extremely clean.

Cabin was a little dirty, wi-fi wouldn’t work, no chairs or rockers on porch. Golf carts are not worth the price since you can only drive them on the property, and it’s very inconvenient to have to turn them in by 9 pm for charging. Staff was super nice!

It was very hard to get our reservation confirmed but finally got the confirmation after several phone calls and e-mail. However the reservation was made to the wrong VKR Account & the e-mail we sent to the Brookeland KOA regarding this problem was never answered. We are not sure that we received the discount that we were supposed to get, and the stay does not show on our REAL VKR account.

This park is beautiful, clean and welcoming. The owners have put a tremendous amount of effort into giving you a relaxing and memorable vacation. The cabins are clean and comfortable, the office is well stocked and the staff is kind and friendly. We look forward to many more trips to this KOA.

Everyone at the Brookeland KOA are so accommodating. We have definitely been a challenge and they go out of their way to make your stay perfect. Everything is so clean and obviously well taken care of. We love you guys!

Wish that the 10-6 quiet time was in forced more. Had a few loud people around us both nights other than that very pleasant and will probably be back.

The stay was great! This was our second time here, we have a 5th wheel RV. With all the acreage to explore and so much nature to see you can not go wrong! Our dog just loves it. The staff is great and very accommodating. We are actually planning to have our family reunion there next year!! My only complaint is that there are not enough deluxe patio sites....and Tony.... you are great. Thank you!

It was a beautiful place. So pretty, well maintained, friendly, helpful staff. Loved the movie night. That was a happy surprise.We will visit there again sometime.

The camp itself was great and the staff. The only disappointment was allowing only one tent per site. Also have a suggestion... I had 5 generations with me so included my mom and grandmother .. it would be nice if there was a handicap bathroom with a ramp and or rails. But overall we had a great stay :)

We had such a great time here! The cabin was pristine and comfortable. We really enjoyed sitting out by the fire looking out at the pond, and the three resident ducks were great company! I love that there is so much to do here, with two pools and canoe rentals. We also found the store well stocked for anything we needed during our stay. Highly recommend!

Great campground and facilities. Bathrooms were clean and well maintained. Close to the lake and had some trails in the woods on the property to explore. Pool is open year round but is not heated in the winter. Had no issues with the RV hookups everything worked great
