We arrived on a Thursday and departed on a Sunday. I didn't catch their names, but the staff were all great! The park was clean and very family oriented. We will be back.

We basically used the campground while visiting with friends & family at Mill Creek Park. While we did not use much of the facilities, they were very nice & well kept. Everybody was very helpful & friendly. We plan on coming back when we can spend more time.

Me and my family stayed in deluxe cabin/cottage. Even though it rained most of time, we still had fun spending time together. Our kids played in the rain and got to swim at the pool for a bit. The area was nice and quiet, which gave us time to just sit back and relax.

Nice, clean facility conveniently located to a number of boat ramps on Sam Rayburn. Will definitely be staying here again.

For the purpose of having a place to rest our heads the facility fine, but I thoroughly enjoyed having a Kamp K9 at the other 8 KOA's we stayed at in the past 2 weeks. Shouldn't have assumed they'd have one, but they have plenty of room to incorporate it. RV spots were extremely muddy, but plenty of onsite activities for a family traveling with kids, good place to remove self from civilization.

The staff are friendly and very helpful. It’s was a great stay hopefully be back again soon. Plus it is kid friendly really enjoyed the outdoor movie they played while I was there.

cabins were clean,nice park and pond. close to lake.only problem was the a/c was not working very well.

I've been staying here since the first time the campground was turned into a KOA. The cabin was clean on the inside and the AC worked great. The added linen feature/option was a plus. The exterior of the cabins and the bathrooms could use some attention. I recommend this KOA as a good place to get you close to the lake.

Cabins weren’t very clean. Price is high for what you get. Food in store was outdated. Staff weren’t too friendly and accommodating.

Site was nice and grounds were well maintained. WiFi was non-existant, and no cable or satellite was available. My daughter wasn’t feeling good during our stay, so it would have been nice for her to surf or watch TV. Weather was terrific during my stay, but I’m concerned that the site and roads would have turned into mud holes had it rained. Folks at check-in we’re super friendly.

I brought the grandkids and they had fun on the swings and swimming pools. They are nice cream and fishing. I will definently return. I like movie night. It was quiet and great shade trees. Very friendly staff.

The staff here are awesome. We had a family reunion and used the hall for our gathering. The staff had everything ready and open for us upon our arrival. The kids had a blast swimming while the adults ate and visited. Cabins were clean and stayed cool throughout the night. Next time we will stay longer than 1 night.

Enjoyed the stay as always.. As I was fishing a local bass tourney, my wife and kids had plenty of fun at the swimming pool. Also enjoyed the movie Saturday night on the projector screen under the stars.. Can’t wait to see you guys next time!

We go every year to Brookland/SamRayburn KOA and stay in the cabins which are perfect and the staff is very nice and helpful. I will continue to visit this KOA and let my co-workers and friends know about the wonderful time we have when we visit the Brookland/KOA.

Poor lighting inside the cabin. The pull cord on the ceiling fan light was not accessible so you had to turn off the whole fan to turn the light off. Need a hook/bar outside shower to hang towels on (had to get out of shower and walk other side of bathroom to get towel). No TV remote

These people are awesome! This is our 5th or 6th year having our family reunion there. We are made welcome by their big smiles! If we need anything they do what they can to make sure it's provided. We were looking for something to cover BINGO spaces and they loaned us some pennies. The pennies worked perfectly and we returned them when we were finished. We're already booked for 2020!!

The camping grounds would be exceptional, except for the maintenance of several long term campsites. Example) The site next to #34 had aging lumber and “tub” or “tube” which contained stagnant water and debris. The camper appeared to be abandoned. Also, I waited 2 hours for maintenance to arrive from offsite to replace the faulty 30amp breaker. KOA had no one onsite who could make the

our cabin was at a slant. we had to change the end of the bed we laid on. it was nice having a toilet and sink in the cabin. but having a shower curtain around it didnt work. there was no light or mirror in the dark corner behind the door where the toilet and sink was. we loved the covering over the picnic table. we were perfectly located near the office, bathrooms, showers and the pool.

We were only there for a couple of nights but it was a wonderful experience! The staff were very friendly and held a very nice event for all the campers for Easter weekend! We came home with a bunny rabbit� Met some great people too! There were convenient, and clean accommodations, pool was clean ...even a washer and dryer.. Was very satisfied and will be spending slot of time there�

We love staying at the Brookeland KOA. There was a bad storm with a ton of rain and our site held a bunch of water. We were able to move to an upgraded site with no problems. They are always helpful!

It was our 1st stay at the KAO. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Our Cottage was very cozy and comfortable. We made friends with 3 ducks, who visited us several times throughout the day. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing.. most definitely will be returning.

We had such a great time here! The cabin was pristine and comfortable. We really enjoyed sitting out by the fire looking out at the pond, and the three resident ducks were great company! I love that there is so much to do here, with two pools and canoe rentals. We also found the store well stocked for anything we needed during our stay. Highly recommend!

Great campground and facilities. Bathrooms were clean and well maintained. Close to the lake and had some trails in the woods on the property to explore. Pool is open year round but is not heated in the winter. Had no issues with the RV hookups everything worked great
