Excellent! We really enjoyed all the trails and areas to walk dogs and enjoy the campgrounds. Very friendly and helpful staff! Spaces are good size and all hookups work great!! This will become one of our go to spots!!! Can’t go wrong staying here!! Everything is clean and well maintained.

We went over New years Weekend and was about to experience all the Texas seasons in 4 days. The sites was really nice and everything was super clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My husband inquired about borrowing a ladder to see the top of our trailer slide out and the owner delivered the ladder to the site while we were out at the store.

The only trouble I had was tv was not getting signal. Reported it and was back up and going with in thirty minutes. They did great

The cabins were nice, we upgraded to a larger one by the pond. The Office could have had more camper friendly items in the gift shop. Such as personal items like bandaid, female products and such. Other then that we had a great time.

The campground was incredibly quiet and peaceful. That was the largest "plus" for this stay. The only negatives were the dirt pad site, and the weather conditions during the stay. Dirt sites are not that bad, until the rain causes an absolute sloppy mess when it's time to pack up and leave. I know the weather is out of KOA's control, but concrete or asphalt pads would have been a lot better.

We had a nice visit. The park was clean. It was spacious, too! We did have trash that was left from the previous guests still in the cabin. The staff was friendly.

Stayed 2 nights. We arrived after hours but still received a nice welcoming with a welcome packet at the night drop box with a map and a line drawn with how to get to our camper spot and a Wi-Fi pass card. We found that the free firewood for the first night was very unique and thoughtful thank y'all for that. Clean pools and a nice walk out on the nature trails.

The campground is excellent. It has all the amenities one needs. The staff and owners are very nice and attentive.

Cabin very clean and when we arrived after dark concerned about cabin being warm as MT air cold and having to make our beds etc when we arrived the campground was beautiful with Christmas lights and warm welcoming cabin - beds made and kitchen ready to make a meal. Plus it was warm inside. A welcoming sight to tired travelers - recommend this KOA to anyone who desires a host who cares !,,

We had a nice time. I knew that the pool would be open all year but since it wasn't heated, we couldn't use it.

Neat, well kept and friendly KOA. I was there for four and a half weeks doing a job in Jasper. There's a campground that is closer to Jasper but it's more like a trailer parking lot. This KOA is a campground.

What a great facility! The restroom/shower at our site was the cleanest and nicest KOA facility I have seen. You all were also the first KOA along our 5 KOA stop trip, who provided some started fire wood. We arrived late and in nasty weather- so that was MUCH appreciated! The office staff was very sweet as well, and the propane top off was well-priced.

I stay there often. Love stating back behind the office. We were in #39 this time. Not my favorite spot. Could smell the sewer and leveling the rv was very difficult. Trees in way of slide out or canopy. Will definitely stay again but request that I not be in that spot.

Everything was ready when we arrived - had a great time! Cabin was clean and had all we needed. Enjoyed the stars and fresh air! The mattresses were a little thin but we improvised and made it work!!!

Beautiful campground and very friendly, helpful staff. The campground map doesn't do this place justice - the map really needs to be updated and made more accurate as to scale and layout of the campground. Also... PLEASE install fans in the bathrooms and showers

All went well, everything in the cabin worked fine, I personally feel the beds need to be a little longer..... I'm only 6 feet tall and I felt scrunched up, and the side rail of the beds are a nuisance and makes it difficult to get out of bed. otherwise everything was fine. I liked feeding the ducks.

The Cabin was nice and clean. We had some problems with the electric not working right in the cabin would suggest add some more watts to the breaker box. But the owner was very nice and tried to fix the problem as soon as he was made aware of it. Only gave 4 stars because of the electric problems . But would stay here again in the future.

It was a very good visit to your KoA on Brookeland. We enjoyed our stay, the Beauterful tall trees and the beauterful starry nights. The stars were plentiful and very bright. Your staff was very polish and helpful.

Only a one night stop but foyund the campground to be very clean and well maintained. It is well off the beaten path and very quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful

Looks like there are plenty of things for kids. For the older crowd not so much. WiFi useless, TV cable none over the air channels 2. I had asked for satellite friendly site they don’t have any.

Next time y’all should say and talk straight about leans and not just charge them I had only one bed I slept in and they charged me for 3 that’s messed up !

We had such a great time here! The cabin was pristine and comfortable. We really enjoyed sitting out by the fire looking out at the pond, and the three resident ducks were great company! I love that there is so much to do here, with two pools and canoe rentals. We also found the store well stocked for anything we needed during our stay. Highly recommend!

Great campground and facilities. Bathrooms were clean and well maintained. Close to the lake and had some trails in the woods on the property to explore. Pool is open year round but is not heated in the winter. Had no issues with the RV hookups everything worked great
